Big and clean rooms but no wi-fi in rooms you just need to go to cafe on 1st floor to use free wi-fi

The hotel staff and manager were very helpful; as well as the police officers around. We arrived late due to flight delay and they went out of their ways to help us. Thank you very much! The location is excellent, just outside the train station. Exactly what we needed

The hotel is a bit old, but the sheets were clean. So it was ok.

the bed too soft ; make my back pain hurt. also picture in the internet is president suite room, after i arrived they change for me deluxe room, it not same as the picture that i booked.

Located is nice near mall

Restroom is not clean,service is long,food in breakfast is messy.it's a not recommend for 3 star hotel.

We stayed here overnight during a wonderful train journey across Java. The hotel is perfectly located, an easy 5 minute walk from Gubeng railway station.

The rooms need a lick of paint and the restaurant furniture could do with re-upholstering.

De service van het bali personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam .

Wat mij erg tegenviel was dat het een uitsluitend rokers hotel is ,dus geen kamers beschikbaar ,voor niet rokers ,zoals ik zelf. De kamers stonken dan heel erg na sigaretten rook. Dat was voor mij niet akseptabel,dus met behulp van het bali personeel dat zelf voor een vervangend hotel voor mij regelde ben ik weggegaan. Vandaar mijn opmerking erg behulpzaam .

staf yg baik dan ramah, kebersihannya juga baik, kamar luas dan rapi

variasi menu sarapan pagi yg kurang banyak, dan rasanya yg perlu peningkatan

Saya senang menginap di sahid, awalnya sy ingin membatalkan menginap di hotel tsb krn membaca bbrp ulasan di internet, tp stlh sy menginap di sana fasilitas hotel bagus, kmar hotel nyaman, harga terjangkau dan breakfastnya pun enak sekali, serta lokasi yg sgt strategis membuat sy ingin kembali k sana

De bedden.

Alles behalve de bedden. Het was oud, versleten, vies. En het ontbijt was zo erg dat we ergens anders zijn gaan eten.

Not far from Mall & Restaurants, taxi is always standby at parking. Reasonable for a few days business trip to Surabaya.

Not preferable attitude of persons in front desk.

E` molto vecchio e sporco ovunque. Ha bisogno di essere ritoccato pesantemente. Non vale assolutamente il prezzo pagato.

For two days only one lift functioning. Make us waited for 1/2 an hour. The out of service signage was put on the floor which was not visible. The hotel needs refurbish.Room condition especially bath room very poor.

Pelayanan baik sekali

Hotelnya kurang perawatan. Kusen jendela berjamur dan lapuk, sehingga saat hujan, airnya merembes msk kamar dan membuat karpet lembab

Schoon, goede service.

Het viel zeker niet tegen, bedenk alleen dat het naast het station/spoor ligt. Dat kun je als vervelend ervaren.

Old hotel. Ac and Internet hopefully will work sometimes...
