The staff were always very friendly and helpful, it was clean. Easy to get too and close to nightlife, restaurants and markets. Sometimes a little loud late at night but thats too be expected when Bali is overpopulated with aussies! |

Its central location and tranquil setting As our flight only arrived at 9.30pm, we requested for complimentary pickup from airport but was told that they do not offer the service after 8pm. When we request for them to arrange a transport and we will pay, they just said no. It is also too noisy to have a quiet night sleep and management did not do anything about rowdy customers who came back from clubbing in the early mornings. |

Overall I feel ok to this hotel, the staff are polite and efficient, but the hotel is not so up to my expection for usd 50 per nite. There is no door for bathing room, no privacy for having showering although I share the room with my family. There are two lights are not working even though I have feedback to the staff. |

spa? the staff were nice, the breakfast was ok for the money and the location of the hotel pretty good if you don't need to be staying by the beach and if you for some reason want to stay at kuta beach at all. I strongly advise everyone to avoid the place (kuta, that is) altogether. horrible. the 20 or so australian week-enders made a wee-bit noise... not the hotels fault as such but anyway, did bother us. |

Relaxing and quiet but close to allthe action... shopping, restaurants, etc. Also, drivers were available right at the entrance evveryday. We asked the flight attendants about the time zone ans were told it was the same as Jakarta. Therefore, we missed breakfast by an hour. However, a very nice staff member gave us some toast and a very nice fruit plate once we explained our tardiness. |

Is a nice hotel near the busy street off Legian and a few blocks from the beach. The staff is like family very warm and kind as everybody on this island. The Hotel has nice rooms, a wonderful bed, air conditioner, safe, and the towels left for us each day, smells marvelous. The water, don't have enough pressure, so you take a little longer to have a shower. The TV is good but there is a need of checking more often the quality as the channels appear in the rooms. The closet doesn’t have enough hangers and the ones that exist are too old and damaged! In the WC there isn't a brush so it's uncomfortable and sometimes the pipes send a terrible smell! The pool is beautiful but maybe to small for the guests that hotel has. The breakfast is one thing to improve, the orange juice isn't natural, the food offer isn't like a continental breakfast is more like an American way... to many eggs and bacon, no cheese or ham, no small fresh bread and no butter with salt. |

Perfect location if you want to be in the center of Legian Street. It's back far enough from the street that you are away from (most) of the noise making it easy to get some sleep. Pool is nice. Breakfast is outstanding as it is cooked to order: eggs any style, bacon (thick good quality), coffee, tea, toast, pastries, fresh squeezed fruit juices. No WiFi, in fact, no internet access at all. Sometimes a slightly bad smell in the room. No desk or chair in the room. Price is a bit high for the area and type, but means that you can get a room here at the last minute. Less expensive options are booked months in advance. |

The staff were very friendly. The Samsara Hotel is in need of a facelift. My room was had a damp odour and the shower only dripped out water. |

Staff was and helpful, they replaced the room we did not like with another one Very basic rooms with bad smell, old and ugly furniture, dirty bathroom, no view, small pool with yellowish water, very limited breakfast, no drinking water/mini-bar/coffee facilities in the room, room in reality having nothing to do with pictures on their web site |

The Samsara is close to airport now we know its close to memorial it should have been easy to find! Clean cheap friendly helpful staff. Very good value. Nice rooms. Kuta is hot & very busy with beer swilling holiday makers! But even though kuta is manic, its a very quiet hotel up a little lane. |
