The living room looks great.

1. The bath tube cannot be used. It has no cork stopper. 2. I was almost get charged for the Kratingdaeng beverage that either me or my mother never even open / drink it. How come this happen to us? 3. The security didn't want to help me to find a taxi. I wonder if he's not allowed or he was lazy to help me as their customer. 4. The shuttle bus is very expensive. It costs IDR 150,000 for one way trip to Muara Angke Fishing Port, while it only cost IDR 25,000 if I get there by taxi.

The location only. Because very closed to the airport.

I booked Deluxe room. It was saying 32sqm and well stocked Minibar. But the room much smaller, the minibar empty, the air condition also not workedand the shower also broken. Even I asked many times, they always said this is deluxe.

My window couldn't close and I could hear the noises of the street. After taking the shower, I couldn't stop the water from running, the faucet just didn't work. It takes 30 mn to get a taxi, so if you're heading to the airport like I was, you'd better order the taxi the night before.

.The staffs are friendly,the breakfast also very good

I stay in hotel 4 days , every day cannot open the door, go to reception and card reprogram then can open,really I sad about that situation.the hotel recommended blue bird taxi driver is actually blade.

Big room and right across the street in the apartment towers is a food court great cheap Chinese food

They seemed to have a problem with mosquitoes

Rooms were dirty with mildew infested, absolut discussting.

Staff helpful and friendly. Reasonable price

Internet was not working for 4 days straight. Telephone could not connect internationally very poor breakfast in the mornings, served cold. Would be better to reduce the room rate and not serve breakfast at all.

Hotel was terrible and not worth the money spent. Stayed two nights- the first night there were bed bugs and the bathroom had a wicked smell. We requested a wake up call but they forgot and we nearly missed our boat. Second night was a little better, though staff didn't go out of there way to make us welcome. WiFi was slow and made it impossible to check emails. Also, hotel was not surrounded by anything. If you arrive hungry, good luck trying to find something decent from their overpriced hotel restaurant.

Dekat dg pusat perdagangan,bandara,akses ke jalan tol cukup dekat,

kamar gak bagus,banyak nyamuk,sarapan pagi tidak layak,tempat olahraga gak ada,kunci kamar setiap hari hrs di set ulang,air kamar mandi warna agak kuning,handuk sdh sobek masih dipakai,TV masih kecil seperti di kelas melati,kertas tulis n amplop gak ada,lampu utk baca ga ada,pokoknya serba minim.

Hotelnya lumayan, muudah cari makan krn disekitar hotel banyak warung2 makan yg murah meriah cuma sayangnya kamar yg aku tempate ac nya bocor jadi kalau ac di hidupkan airnya menetes aja dan lagi banyak nyamuknya........hehehehehe hotel bintang 3 kok ada nyamuknya....baru kali ini aku temui....utk yg lain lumayanlah...

sangat tidak suka apabila kamar hotel yang saya dapat tidak ada akses internetnya karena internet terbatas hanya pada Lobby dan lantai 7 dan 8
