In term of location , the hotel was good. Not too far from the airport and also from the city center (despite Jakarta's traffic jam). Very disappointed service. Some of the hotel staff were very rude. The breakfast buffet was not good enough. Rooms were a bit smelly!

Hotel was terrible and not worth the money spent. Stayed two nights- the first night there were bed bugs and the bathroom had a wicked smell. We requested a wake up call but they forgot and we nearly missed our boat. Second night was a little better, though staff didn't go out of there way to make us welcome. WiFi was slow and made it impossible to check emails. Also, hotel was not surrounded by anything. If you arrive hungry, good luck trying to find something decent from their overpriced hotel restaurant.

Cheap. The King size bed was nice for the price. The hotel looks like it was once decent but it's not looking old and semi-run-down. The walls are discolored and cracking, the carpet super nasty looking, etc. Breakfast was standard affair for Indonesia, I guess (rice, egg, etc.)

My window couldn't close and I could hear the noises of the street. After taking the shower, I couldn't stop the water from running, the faucet just didn't work. It takes 30 mn to get a taxi, so if you're heading to the airport like I was, you'd better order the taxi the night before.

Close to the airport if the taxi driver would now the way and if there is no traffic, than its just 15 Minutes. The desription on the portal does not match the things you'll get. We book a deluxe room with certain things, and we didn't get it! Seems like a big fake. We asked for another room, and the refused to give us one, even online where still 4 rooms of this categorie available. The rooms are really old and not like on the pictures. The free coffe and tea is not even one per person it is just one coffee and one tea. There is no minibar. THe breakfast buffet is very poor in quality and not so much on it. If you come to early they donÄt even have averything ready. We were really disappointed and we can't recommend this!

.The staffs are friendly,the breakfast also very good I stay in hotel 4 days , every day cannot open the door, go to reception and card reprogram then can open,really I sad about that situation.the hotel recommended blue bird taxi driver is actually blade.

The living room looks great. 1. The bath tube cannot be used. It has no cork stopper. 2. I was almost get charged for the Kratingdaeng beverage that either me or my mother never even open / drink it. How come this happen to us? 3. The security didn't want to help me to find a taxi. I wonder if he's not allowed or he was lazy to help me as their customer. 4. The shuttle bus is very expensive. It costs IDR 150,000 for one way trip to Muara Angke Fishing Port, while it only cost IDR 25,000 if I get there by taxi.

Nothing about this hotel let me have any good memo about it, Yes,staff not taking responsible for the health and care of the customer,rooms dirty like 1 or 2 star hotel,dunno how they make it to 3 star hotel,,how I wish I can pose all those photo I have as evidence to show other tourists about the cleanliness and hygiene of this hotel,there's more than 20 mosquitoes in my room that first night I stay in that hotel with my pregnant wife and I can't get to sleep I even request to change a room but they said they can only promise me on the following day morning,so I had to stay awake the whole night killing mosquitoes to prevent my wife getting bitten,That's where I collected those mosquitoes and taken photo of those mosquitoes I killed,,,,All I can say is that's the worse hotel I ever stay in my entire life.

The staff were more than helpfull despite lack of English. Meals and particulary breakfast was of a high standard. The dayshift porter was a really helpfull person and nothing was any problem.I Think it would be a great value hotel and should be promoted as such. Thank you for an enjoyable stay and would use you again in the future. It is a shame that this hotel is not more tourist friendly as lack of english is a problem. The shops across the road were helpfull and after a couple of visits they could understand quite well. Isla travel had a good knowledge of english and made bookings to bali without any problems. Dissapointed with Bluebird Taxi as had no English and on one occasion asked Bluebird to take from West Jakarta to Sanno Hotel and ended up at Airport which was expensive.

Staff helpful and friendly. Reasonable price Internet was not working for 4 days straight. Telephone could not connect internationally very poor breakfast in the mornings, served cold. Would be better to reduce the room rate and not serve breakfast at all.

The staff is nice The staff is nice but the level of english is really poor, and it becomes very difficult to deal with the staff!!! Also they do not have even a good wifi connection, and on 23 days I was able to use it only 1 good time!!! I complaign every day about it and they did nothing to improve it. The magnetic key of my room did not work and I had to change it every day! It is a poor hotel, in a very poor location. Good for 1 cheap night only

It costed under 100,000RP by bluebird taxi from hotel to airport. And it took around 30 min in trafic jam of afternoon. Facilities in superior room were old, not so good. There were no room shoes. I could bear this hotel because of just 1 night stay.
