it just. value. for 2 star hotel. You cant rate. for. 4 star hotel. Very poor facilities and tiny Room size.

Convenient location

Too noisy, room has no sound proof. There is a rock bank playing at the adjacent mall until 11pm and the entire room can hear. The room near the lift is too noisy too.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Many taxis available outside hotel to take you anywhere.

Staff did not have good command of English. Housekeeping could not understand my request for a change of towels and I had to call another time to speak to someone who could understand English. Hotel room which had windows facing the shopping complex was rather noisy as it was hard to sleep at nights because the band in the mall was playing past midnight. Hotel room although on smoking free floor had strong smell of smoke. Room size was a bit too small for comfort.

Close to the airport

Service was so slow. Required one hr for me to wait the room ready for me eventhough i checked in 10pm.

In city walking distance location that close to malls, small stores and restaurants.

Superior Rooms to tight....

Mall omtrent i samme bygg. Wifi, selv man må ha passord forskjellig fra rom og lobby. Business center.

joint with Teraskota Mall, easy to find a place for dine, shopping, or just hang out with friends. good staff performance. secure system since you have to swipe your room card to go upstair.

unavailable refrigerator in the room. really small plasma TV.

Location convenient for my purpose

-Upon check in they made us wait for 20 minutes because the room is not available, but its already 4pm. It would have been okay if they made us comfortable, but there was no effort to make their guest welcome. Then, informed us that the room will be noisy, if I have not been persistent and demanded that I badly need a quiet room, then they would have not cared. The guys receptionist just dont care at all, we were lucky that there was another lady receptionist listened to us.

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis. Berada di lokasi prestisius di BSD City, berdampingan dengan mall teraskota sehingga apabila kebosanan melanda bisa meluangkan waktu di entertainment center di mall tersebut.
