The Santika is fantastic value for money and far better than other hotels in the area we have tried before (and paid twice as much for). Staff are genuinely outstanding and helpful. Rooms are very slightly dated, but they are immaculately clean and cannot fault. They do not advertise their facilities that well and you have to ask about hotel info e.g. Spa, Restaurant etc. Without a doubt superb value for money and will definitely stay again! |

I enjoyed the resort being so quiet yet so close to all the markets. the staff are very friendly and helpful. thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back. the water in the pool was very warm |

the pool closest to the beach was stunning, where the pool in the second section was very relaxing and family orientated. Pool bar was a definite feature. The pool bar pool needed a little more attention but was generally clean. |

Staff were very courteous and very helpful. The hotel was very close to shops and restaurants. Had 2 nice swimming pools and a nice beach. |

close to shopping and the beach cannot find the light switch for the lights and the lights have no on/off switch. Cannot turn off the light without pulling the card out of the power unit. When you pull the card out, it shut everything including air cond. We end up unscrew the light bulbs to turn the lights off and kept the air cond going at night. |

Very nice property , calm and serene. lovely pools and beach.Very nice gardens and bungalows, we stayed in a standard/superior room and it was more than comfortable as well as big and spacious, especially loved the bathroom space. Spa should be more well equipped as they only have some cots in an open air bungalow structure , no spa rooms. well at least I did not get to see any. |

Iliked the location, it was close to the restaurants, discovery plaza and city action There many things missing, for example the room was dusty you could smell it in the air, there were moskitos in my room and nothing was provided to protect guests, there was water but was not informed and when I found it I needed a special opener that was not in the room, no robe is provided, and when I had a question about the above I was transferred or put on hold for as long as 4 minutes. |

Personeel is enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Verder is het een bijzonder mooi hotel dat direct aan zee ligt, over een aantal mooie zwembaden beschikt, een grote tropische tuin heeft en net buiten de drukte van Kuta ligt. Het is echt een klein paradijsje op Bali. De laatste dag vertrokken we pas om 00.45 uur. Derhalve hadden we de kamer met een halve dag verlengd voor de helft van de prijs van de kamer. Echter bleken we maar tot 18.00 uur in de kamer te mogen blijven in plaats van 12.00 uur, waardoor we dus voor maar een kwart dag de helft van de dagprijs betaalden. Voorts was de airco in de hotelkamer niet erg goed, veroorzaakte een zeer droge lucht in de kamer. |

Hotel met stijl en zeer goede service. Opvallend is de autenticiteit van het gebouw dat zeer veel degelijkheid uitstraalt en toch een originele Balinese indruk nalaat. |

Bijzonder mooi resort, gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van Kuta. Hotel ziet er goed uit en ligt direct aan het strand van Kuta. Bijzonder attent en vriendelijk personeel. In verband met een overboeking moesten we van kamer wisselen. Echter kregen we wel een bungalow hier voor terug. |
