strategic location, affordable, comfortable room

I like the variety of food, good ambience, cleanliness, facilities, and staff friendliness.

Bad view, bedding preferences that not suited with my order, hot water that was difficult to setup, and bathroom floor that was so slippery.

Great breakfast,various menus,from international to indonesian.Provide shuttle service to the airport with a reasonable price.

Becak's fare from the hotel quite expensive as they charge me for rp 30 thousand (they asked for 40) for a ride to malioboro while in the morning before I only paid for rp 10 thousand for becak from outside the hotel.

Great breakfast buffet, spacious and comfortable guest rooms.

The enamel of the bathtub was a bit broken.

The location is close to the town and some of the main attraction like Kraton and Malioboro Road. The staff was attentive and service was good.

Love the ambience, clean, the traditional atmosphere, though the hotel looks old. The staff was nice & helpful, many variety of bfast from western to traditional dishes. And all are yummy!! Located near to the Malioboro street & also Kota Baru area. Very recommended hotel for leisure & business

Room look nice, bed feel comfort, and the view to the pool nice i think. The breakfast good.

The windows not comfort. They Should give the big windows that can open to see the full view.

Hotel Staff quiet Friendly

Some of the facilities already getting old need for renovation.

This was our first encounter with the Santika hotel chain. Overall a pretty and relaxing experience. Good value for money.

The hotel bar was under construction and caused some trouble/noise.

Location, close to Malioboro street

I stayed in 3rd floor room, the room condition is seems cheaply re- furnished and the bathroom is even worse, the toilet looks so old. But what I really annoyed is the fact that the room is not sound proof, you can literally hear the noise from the street, the looby downstairs and even from people passing by in front of your room!!! To make it worse withthis kind of room condition they had somekind of event where they gathered and whaching soccer match together in the middle of the night!!! So I had to put up with the noise from audience screamming and cheering thru out the night. Another thing, I ordered non smoking room but they gave me room that smell like ashtray

It was a very comfortable stay at Hotel Santika Premiere Jogja. Great location too.

In generall the hotel was good, breakfast at the hotel restaurant was very nice.

On the first floor the view of twin room is blocked by a wall. I wish the floor is carpeted because its cold. No hair dryer and ironing facilities in the room. Hangers need replacement.

Lokasinya dekat sekali dengan stasiun kereta jadi mudah sekali untuk pergi dan pulang dari sana.

Pilihan Breakfastnya tidak enak.

Saya sangat suka dgn suasana lobby hotel yg mewah namun tetap mengandung unsur tradisional jawa.

Saya kurang begitu suka dgn kamar mandinya yg agak berlumut dan licin. Cukup bahaya utk anak2.

Sesungguhnya kami sudah lama berlangganan Santika Premiere Yogyakarta karena service yang prima dan hospitality dari seluruh staffnya serta ragam kulinernya yang tasty

Sering sulit booking secara direct, sering kondisi fully booked

pelayanan dari karyawannya khusus di recepcionist begitu ramah dan seakan akan sudah kenal lama demikian juga di restoran sangat sopan dan ramah menyambut ke hadiran kita

1. Pelayan check in dan check yang tidak sesuai dengan slogan "Premiere",serba lambat, kurang tangkas dan tegas. 2. TV LCD tidak sesuai dengan ukuran ruangan,dengan kamar deluxe TV LCD seharusnya pakai yang 25 - 30 ",tapi kenyataan di kamar LCD pakai 20", sangat memalukan 3. Baru kali ini saya menginap dihotel bintang 4 dengan kondisi yang tidak selayaknya,seharusnya fasilitasnya ditambah 4. internet conection lambat

Lokasi sangat strategis. Petugasnya ramah dan peduli.

Kamar mandi sudah saatnya dilakukan renovasi
