Nice rooms, centrally located in Kuta beach strip. Great food at hotel at cheap prices.Surf across the road with lifesavers tower at beach for the inexperienced.Good range of shopping and many resturants to choose from, food wise and price wise.Good hotel for all, couples, singles and family groups. Nice mainly quiet and relaxing around pool area. Highly recommend a stay here!

Wifi worked when it wanted to but other than that every other time was working fine. Sometimes our room wasn't clean as good as we wanted it to be, we had a baby staying with us and so we found that the room shouldn't been cleaned better, it was always left to smell :(

The location and the staff

The website I booked off "booking.com" gave me false pictures as I booked a standard room it was that disgusting and foul I had to pay a extra $175 to upgrade to a better room as I could not stay in the room I was put in as your website does not give accurate pictures of a standard room!!

superb haven from the busy kuta streets, lovely green settings with pool and bar. staff very friendly and helpful couldnt fault the accomodation or setting.

Squeaking door onto outside balcony. Asked for this to be fixed but wasn't. No lifts to the second floor. Guests should be warned about this. Particularly older guests.

Enjoyed the closeness of kuta beach and shops staff always friendly and helpful will stay again

It is a good clean hotel with great staff but I think it is a little bit to high priced but I and my wife will defiantly stay here again

Given the Hotel is located in the middle of Kuta it's surprisingly quiet, with a beautiful garden connecting the various buildings and the pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very small distance to beach and restaurants / bars of kuta. Pretty good breakfast, they do fresh omelettes / fried eggs on demand.

Wifi was only so-so. Nothing the hotel can do about, but maybe worth knowing: The beach and water near central Kuta were not really clean, sometimes even full of plastic waste. Needed to walk up north for cleaner areas. However this might also be depending on the weather.

I love staying at Satriya as it is a quiet location but close to beach, good restaurants and massage spas. The pool is clean. It is good value for money.

The older rooms are still awaiting refurb but even then they are ok and good value for money.

rooms are not soundproof- you can hear people in next room, no hot water, beds were not comfortable

We had a standard bedroom! It was clean! Pool is great and restaurant is very good food and the personnel ist very friendly! The location is perfect! Every evening there is a live band in the restaurant until 10 pm

The bathroom was very old and in a bad situation ! Toilet was a bit smelling! Aircondition could be cooler!

First time in Bali, was abit worried about staying on Poppies Lane but after staying 10 nights at Satriya Cottages, I'm so glad we did. The Staff were always happy, room cleaned every day, the pool was awesome, food was good for the price and was very quiet. The air con was great in my room but not so in the other room. Same with the internet, my room 246 had great reception but in 237 it dropped out alot. Had a king size bed in my room and 2 very large king singles in 237. There was no dvd player in the rooms but had to hire one. Location is fantastic, about 100 metres to beach, perhaps 200 metres to McDonalds. There is a brand new shopping mall about 200m down Poppies Lane II from the hotel with Burger King and Dominos plus all your coffee shops. All this at your doorstep but was quiet at night. Breakfast was ok, kids were happy when they did pancakes. Will definately stay there again!!

The best thing is there is no extra charge for room service/pool service and they were very accommodating the fact that we arrived at midnight and said we could use the pool which was closed at 10 pm. Would recommend them......

The internet was off a lot of the time which was a little fustrating when trying to contact family but apart from that real value for money was a bonus

Le calme et l'aspect traditionnel du lieu en pleine verdure à 150 mètres de la plage bouillonnante de Kuta et son centre commercial... La qualité de l'accueil du personnel, le restaurant et son animation. Le service de location de chauffeurs...

Salle de bain pas du tout à la hauteur. Pas d'écoulement de l'eau de la baignoire sans solution de la part de l'hôtel.

O design do hotel, todo característico balinês, mantém um clima esotérico e relaxante, principalmente na área da piscina, e sua localização, bem central, há 1 quadra do mar, onde não se escuta o barulho do agito. Os quartos luxo são muito bem decorados, com portas entalhadas de acesso ao banheiro, com banheira e fonte com estatuetas típicas.

O café da manhã deixa a desejar, e os quartos standar possuem banheiros velhos e mobiliário bem usado. Aconselho reserva nos quartos de luxo, pois a diferença é enorme, e os preços são acessíveis, pois lá é tudo muito barato.

αυτό που μου άρεσε περισσότερο και το διέκρινα και από τις φωτογραφίες και ευτυχώς επιβεβαιώθηκα είναι το ότι έχει παραδοσιακό στιλ (αρχιτεκτονικές γραμμές δικές τους) και συγχρόνως σου παρέχει ένα είδος πολυτέλειας σε προσιτές κατά κάποιο τρόπο τιμές.

κάτι που να με ενόχλησε έντονα ώστε να κάνει την παραμονή μου εκεί άβολη όχι,,και αν προέκυψε κάποιο μικρό θέμα όταν μίλησα μαζί τους λύθηκε άμεσα.
