I like the restaurant in this hotel because the food are great and the ambiance is good

I don't like the bathroom since the walls are made by glass and it only uses curtain to cover, so we don't have privacy there

My room was little spooky

the staff are long timers. they are there because of their dedication to service. i love the warmth and sincerity of people who work there.

the neon light at the reception and lobby ceiling was tacky. doesn't go with the historical feel of the rest of the hotel.

Variance of the food need to be improved

The variety of the food that was serve for breakfast was excellent. The taste and the scene was very nice. The hospitality was also unforgettable sweet.

We had trouble using the WiFi, so unfortunately we couldn't use it. The bath tub was too conventional and out of date...

Friendly staff, well located in the centre of Bandung.

As of 06.30 hours in the morning little noisy. Inventory somewhat outdated.

its room is spacious. the location in the center of Bandung city, surounded by heritage buildings.

Wifi access is bad, i do even used my Broadband modem to access internet and VPN form my office matter.

The location is near Braga street... so we love it, can be reach by walking.

The services is superb!. We were happy from the time we arrived till the date of our departure. Staff were very friendly and respectful. However some information obtained from staff are not convincing such as shopping malls location & operating hours.(small matter though). Certainly I will return to this hotel on my next visit!. Thanks to the Management & staff for their services & hospitality rendered to us.

Internet nicht verfügbar, Rezeption kaum telef. zu erreichen. Hotel lebt von altem Glanz, die Ausstattung ist etwas angejahrt und veraltet.

Tegenover 10 jaar geleden een wereld van verschil.Vies ,niet onderhouden,vuile tapijten,vlekken op stoelen en gordijnen..alles versleten en goor.Badkamer met beestjes.Kortom:vergane glorie!!!!!!Jammer,jammer,jammer...nooit meer!!!!

Letak hotel jauh dari keramaian dan kemacetan.

AC dikamar kurang dingin.

Très bel hôtel art déco. Personnel aux petits soins. Chambre spacieuse et très bon petit déjeuner.

Hôtel vieillissant. Un rafraîchissement s impose. Les chambres sont toutes fumeurs, odeur de tabac persistante.
