Ottimo per chi usa la camera d'albergo solo per dormire. E' davvero in centro a Kuta e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Le camere non sono un granchè ma la posizione e il contesto, visto il prezzo davvero basso, merita davvero un voto positivo. Colazione basica ma sempre fresca. Per chi ci tiene molto all'igiene, consiglio di portarsi dietro un paio di lenzuola e una fodera per i cuscini, ma questo solo per chi è davvero schizzinoso. Le lenzuola sono lavate ma si vedono spesso macchie di ogni genere.... La piscina è carina e la si usa spesso. Ho fatto davvero dei bei incontri in questo hotel. Onestamente ho gradito tutto. Come spendi cosi mangi..... non mi aspettavo di ritrovarmi in un 4 stelle quindi..... Ripeto.... se si usa la camera solo per andarci a dormire, consiglio questo hotel. |

I like the food because the Halal food is available. The staffs are also friendly and kind. My room is too hot to stay in whether in the night or during the day. it is not comfort. But I realise because the price is cheap. But i think the hotel should standardize its service at least the room must be comfortable especially if it is international level. If i knew the room is not comfortable and had not paid, I would choose other ones. I know, it is my mistake because i did not check first the room before paying. |

Most of the service staff were friendly and obliging enough for us to enjoy a cup of free tea after we missed the stipulated breakfast time. Bedsheets and pillow had hair in it, mattresses were saggy, pillows were yellowed and stained. Room in need of renovation as it looks old and dusty. |

The location was good. No. The place was misrepresented on your website. It is not 2-stay hotel. My room was advertised as reduced from $48 to $12 per night. There is no way that the room would be worth $48 per night. $12 per night is what all the other guests were paying. After I saw the room, I tried to cancel and get a refund, but they would not allow it. |

Near Beach, Market shops and cheap Restaurants Bathroom wall tiles need cleaning. New paint needed bathroom ceiling . Air cond was very noisey !!!!!! |

It was great value for money. A few issues -- we sometimes did not have hot water in the shower, and the rooms are not very soundproofed. We heard our neighbours flush their toilet, etc. But at the price, we hardly felt the need to complain. The location is fantastic, the staff were helpful and the pool is great. |

The hotel was pretty ok, esspecialy for that price 50usd for 2 nighs in one of their delux rooms. Size and cleanness of the room and balcony were ok except the bath tub. There were some problems with the shower - assistance of the second person was needed to take a shower due to damaged shower battery also shower curtain would be good... :) |

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Suited myself at this time. Is not somewhere to take kids. No hot water in shower but not a real problem as hot outside. |
