The Hotel and it's manager suck!! It's been my worst experience travelling. The place is great. The Food and Restaurant Great and Cheap... But the manager is complete incompetent. It's a 4 star hotel. They did not have internet for 2 days. I'm an internet marketer.. I travelled to that hotel to have internet access during my stay in Bali. They couldn't solve it. When I ask for a discount they threatened me to call the police, the worst customer service ever. Simply don't Go! |

I really like the Jacuzzi Bar in your Hotel, had a good time over there. And also the other pool facing the beach was excellent. Food and Service was good. |

Great location with immaculate beautiful grounds and pools. No iron available. Bathrooms could do with a face lift. |

The grounds which are extensive and the style of the buildings. The three choices of swimming pools make it interesting too. It is also in a very convenient locality. I would like if it was more reasonably priced but most hotels on the beach seem to be similarly priced. |

The resort itself and gardens were really beautiful. We stayed in one of the cottages which I really liked, it was very private. |

Stayed at the village 2 worth the extra money espcially the pool and free bar 5-7pm. All bars resturants very close by and all the main tourist sites are only a short taxi ride away. Staff are very friendly good breakfast very relaxing. The bathroom was a little shabby but clean. |

Good Hotel for relaxation.... Majorly for beach side and leisure... Staff was friendly and welcoming and co-operative. Would have like to stay for some more time.... The food was good.. still some more vegetarian items on the menu would draw in more guests..... |

The staff at the hotel where friendly, courteous, helpful and went out of their way to make sure that any request that we had was never too much trouble. The room was serviced twice a day and they even put our two year olds sons toys in displays, which delighted him every time we returned to our room. We emailed the hotel a few days before we left to let them know we would be checking in quite late and they arranged some room service for us even though the kitchen would be closed. When we required last minute, sanity saving childminding they arranged it with no fuss at all. The afternoon tea by the pool was delightful and the service on a whole was fabulous and I could not praise the staff at this hotel more. Everyone at the hotel appeared to be relaxed and having a lovely holiday - families, couples and singles. I have worked in the hospitality Industry in Australia for years and we certainly have alot to learn about customer service from the Balinese. We had a fabulous holiday thanks to these crew it just wasnt long enough. Beware of the harrassment just as you cross the path from the hotel to the beach. They will rip you off as soon as you step out onto the beach if you agree to any of their goods and services and they are relentless. There are also a ton of drivers located across the road from the entrance, they are also merciless with harrasment, if you are travelling short distances use a taxi and make sure you ask the driver to turn the metre on as soon as you get in and if travelling to Kuta etc use a driver and agree to a price for their services before you leave. Dont use the money changers, use the BMC around the corner, you might not get the best exchange rate but you will get all of your money back, believe me. Tidak Terimi casee is No thankyou - make sure you remember it. |

Friendly staff. Nice beach and pools. Close to shops and other restaurants. Although I was travelling alone, it looked like it was very family-friendly. Rooms a little "tired". They appear to be in the process of renovating some of the rooms. The room I was allocated was a bungalow in Village 3 - when I opened the curtains I was overlooking the renovation work. Staff were happy to move me, however. The new rooms look like they will be much better. Buffet breakfast mediocre, but that is often the case in Asia. |

The hotel was exculsive enough for guests to enjoy their stays away from the business town and crowd but at the same time not to far away from all the other amenities, e.g. shopping and having good food at Kuta and Ubud. Once we stepped onto the beach fronting the hotel, we were 'harassed' by vendors to have massage, manicure, pedicure, etc.... We did not manage to relex at the beach. However, the pool and service rendered there was good. |

infinity pool with deck chairs in water, cool towel service (should be complemented with ice water), spaciousness of grounds, staff very friendly and service minded cocktails at jacuzzi bar are bad and twice the price of other beach cocktail places, room (cottage) too small, breakfast selection so-so, each room should have a safety deposit box |

very relaxing atmosphere. can just stay in sanur beach and enjoy the friendly surroundings without having to go anywhere else the massage place should have a seperate room in the shop for massage so that guests have more privacy. the masseur did not even bother to ensure that the curtain were close properly during the massage session |

Beautiful hotel territory in truly balinese style and good swimming pools. Feels very relaxing. I wish the beach would be at least more clean, if make it less crowded is impossible. |
