Change in management 2 times in two weeks = confusion ?

Usually I never send my comments to booking.com even if I am a usual customer of this site and I travel very frequently There is really nothing positive in this hotel sorry

We arrived in a day of hard rain and they given to me the key of villa N.21. When the staff opened the door big surprise to find out that the roof was broken and it was raining on the bed !! The staff called the reception and rhey given a new villa number 24 so we moved my bag there but when we openes the door we found out that the room was a mess and not clean so thwy asked me to go back to reception and wait there. After 30 minutes they informed me that the villa N.24 was ready so I returnes there and checked inn but when I tried to make shower another surprise...no hot water do they sent a tecnician and for another 40 minutes I waited for my room. At the end I made the shower but I have to ingotm you that my fantastic pool villa have a pool so small that I cannot even lie down inside and the description on the web-site of ocean view it is impossible considering the huge mulia hotel they build between sekar villas and the beach my suggestion is...stay away from this place it is a wasting of time and money better a 2 star hotel....last words about the breakfast is...terribly poor and even impossible to eat due to the terrible quality of food !

Spent there with my gf for two nights, one of the worst accommodations I have ever had. it is at a remote location, basically it has nothing around the resort except a construction site, impossible to go out on foot, the environment looks completely dark and scary when we get there at night, anyway we safely arrive and check-in. staffs lead us to the room, they r bringing a maga size spray with them, we start feeling something wrong and really wonders why; staffs lead us through a very dark route, few frogs jump out suddenly and frightened us, we get into the room which is pretty dark, staffs spray everywhere in the room, yes it is an insect spray, and then left without giving us the key, and we spent 15min found out they left the key at the front door, very sloppy and unprofessional service. then we found out, the real room is, it is not sealed from the outside, part of the room is "open air" and bugs and mosquitos gets in right their way, bugs and mosquitos can fly all around you when you are brushing teeth or in getting change, very bad and stupid room layout design, that's why they need so much spray. don't get trapped by the pictures, the villa in fact looks very dirty and old and unpleasant, it is dark and not enough lighting in the room, it is freaky at night, find dirts at nearly at every corners, seems like no one ever clean it for months. and, we also found few ...bed bugs. no other guests are in the restaurant during the breakfast time, it is very weird, we wonder whether we are the only guests. food are..... or I can say there's no food, just few cold fish ball and fried chicken on the tray, and flies are everywhere around the 'food'. nothing is eatable except some eggs.

Luxury hotel, cheap, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean. Large bath. I liked the private hydro massage tub. The breakfast buffet is excellent and plentiful, excellent omelettes. What we most appreciated are the bikes, we were able to move freely and visit different beaches and shops.

Old hotel. The hot water is not enough to fill the bath. I had to fill half bath and then wait 10 minutes for the water to warm up, and in the meantime the water goes away because the cap does not close very well, I do not know if the cap was broken or old. Unfortunately the private hydro massage tub was broken when we arrived, but they fixed it right away. The bikes were old, and while my friend was riding, a pedal fell to the ground. Luckily she did not fall, otherwise she could get hurt.

Maybe the location of the hotel was not perfect but the hotel can serve you with free arrangement and transportation to most of the places which you might looking for; such as the beach, shopping mall or even a nice restorant outside of your hotel.

Every thing was perfect, clean swimming pool. Beautiful area

The speed of internet was not good. The staff does not know english very well.

The location is not the most convenient. No walking in the aera but always dependant on driver.

the breakfast was poor. Location is not good if you want to go shopping, no beach.

Privacy and beautiful room

The only thing I could mention here is the staff not speaking english well, we had some confusion with food orders.

The staff is very very kind and very efficient. Rooms are huge and lovely; don't hesitate to take the ones with a private pool. The hotel and its garden are full of traditional charm, very quite, very relaxing. It is about 25 minutes from the airport, 45 minutes from Uluwatu and 1 hour 30 from Ubud. We enjoyed a lot our little week there!

It is not possible to join the beach by foot; however, customers can be driven there for free. There are constructions around; they hide the hill side, but not the sea side.

The location quite and relaxing,close to good quality shopping and restaurants,though lots of building alongside no sounds,no mosquitos.Staff couldnt do enough for us with arranging transport,anything we needed was found or arranged

The only bad thing if at all was the food selection,not a big variety to choose from maybe some change in that direction would be good.

Hotel bietet über Hompage sowie Ihre Buchungsmaschine ein Restaurant sowie eine Pizzeria (Lokal) an - beides leider nicht vorhanden bzw. die in der Speisekarte aufgelisteten Speisen sind nicht vorhanden (auf Rückfrage - ausverkauft), da sich dieses Hotel scheibar auf asiatische Gäste spezialisiert hat, war es sogar ein Problem Butter od. Milch zum Frühstück zu bekommen (teilw. ausverkauft !) und wurde erst nach Intervention bei Geschäftsführung bereitgestellt

环境还过得去

1.酒店的地理位置比较的偏，出行很方便。虽然有班车可以免费接送到海滩或者市区，但是只有一辆车，很不方便；- 2.酒店内部的灯光偏暗，没有大灯；3.订的2晚，第一晚是带spa的padma别墅，800多，第二晚订的这个泳池别墅，所谓的泳池很小，只比那- 种padma大了一点点，美观度和可爱度上还不及padma别墅，但是价格却贵了将近200元RMB; 4.最让我郁闷的是，check in的时候交1000k的押金，说余款check out的时候付费，这个是可以理解的。但是在我们住完第一晚预备第二晚换泳池别墅的时候，中间有跟服务人员- 咨询spa,对于酒店推荐的spa的价格我表示比较贵的时候，过了没有多久，服务员表示我需要现在支付2晚的房费，让我- 非常的不爽。4.去的时候酒店里面、以及酒店出来对面的马路上有一个很大型的酒店，都在装修建造，感觉环境不好。 跟在乌布住的相比，感觉不值这个价钱。

这个带spa的padma比较的小巧和可爱，房间会赠送一份水果很喜欢。

L'acceuil du personnel, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse . Les services de l'hotel, la piscine, les chambres

La situation géographique : 2 énormes hotels en construction devant et dérrière.

La chambre très spacieuse, grand lit avec moustiquaire efficace, deco balinaise soignée, très belle Sdb avec douche italienne et grande baignoire, terrasse et jaccuzzi privatifs pr la villa de base, room service efficace, grande et belle piscine a débordement avec transats matelas et serviette.

L'environnement de l'hôtel, avec chantier de contruction d'enorme ressort en limite de propriété de l'hôtel. Nuisances sonores importantes pendant la journee et la vue sur la mer depuis la piscine complètement gâchée par l'imposant bâtiment en construction. Chemin d'acces à l'hôtel très chaotique!

Personnel at the front desk were trying to be helpful and polite.

Room while clean had a stale smell. Hotel room had a room service menu, but when we tried to order the hotel had nothing and we ended up having to go to the local supermarket to get our own drinks. Room had a bar fridge, but it was empty. No bottle opener. No lighting outside the villa. Full of mosquitos. Would classify the place as an expensive backpackers.

The Villas are very nice, big and clean. The resort is not big but presents two beautiful swimming pool. Few rooms for a confortable staying.

Personnel have to improve English.

We like everything as NUSA DUA is the best place in Bali specially there is what is called Bali collection:)we enjoyed it well..

The insects i.e. mosquitoes.

Wij zijn niet gebleven. Reden: lawaai en stof vanwege bouw van een enorm waar Sekar midden in ligt.

Hotel licht in een bouwput. Waarschuwing dat er renovatie werkzaamheden zijn is zacht uitgedrukt! Er wordt een mega resort gebouwd rond Sekar met alle gevolgen van dien! Elke dag van 6 tot 20 uur drilboren, heipalen, vreselijk. De weg naar het hotel is al een voorbode: alleen maar bouwwerkzaamheden de vegetatie is niet groen maar grijs van t stof. Wij zijn dus niet gebleven en uitgeweken naar Amanusa resort, dat een stuk terug ligt en zelfs daar hoorde je nog het lawaai! Het is echt te erg voor woorden. Over een paar jaar is er van t prachtige Bali niet veel meer over als corrupte mensen mogen bouwen wat ze willen (zelfs de regel in Bali niet hoger dan de hoogste palmboom bouwen). En Sekar zal er zeker daar zeker als eerste de dupe van zijn. Jammer voor hen. Dus geef aub niet aan renovatiewerkzaamheden, maar resort ligt midden in een enorme bouwput met alle gevolgen van dien!

Vpechatlenij hvatilo!

Pozalui neskoljko ne produmali raspolozenie chkafa dlja odezdi...nahodilsja v vannoi komnate,a tam net kondicionera,vlaznostj visokaja,vse vezji stali cherez nekotoroe vremja sirimi,ot metallicheskih detalei plechikov ostalisj sledi rzavchini na vechjah,mnogo chego isportilosj... Mebelj...kresla toljko s vidu vnuchajut doverie,na samom dele luche ne saditjsja...provalivaechsja! Vsje kompensirovala krovatj!Razmer I tolshina matrasa Vpechatlili,spasibo!

Staff level is very high. We were moved by their service. Especially, Ms.Tata is very smart and kindly staff. We would like to see her high service again.

One of staff was very low level. But,Ms.Tata covered his low service.
