Relaxation and chilling out on the way home for Christmas. The massage and body scrub was great. Daughter loved the pool. Having to pay for wifi was a bit off when every other hotel of similar (or lesser) quality we've stayed atin Bali recently just gives it as part of the package. |

The room is quite clean except the toilet bowl. Fast service. The double bed was made from 2single beds, not very comfortable. Room service close at 10pm, not very handy for someone arrived from red eye flight. |

The room was large, clean and everything worked! I did not like the breakfast, it was included as American Breakfast but was very basic and small. |

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful and really nice. The breakfast was excellent as you had a choice off the menu which was included in the price of the stay, not just a regular buffet cold breakfast , was cooked fresh to order. The room was cleaned daily and the sheets changed every 2 days. This hotel is very good value for what it cost to stay. The bathroms could be updated a little and the location although was only 10 minute walk from the beach during the day as you use a back street, however at night did not feel particularly safe to walk back from the beach and had to take a taxi as a lone female travellor. Hey you cant have it all! |

Bad location - quite far to the beach (10 minutes to public beach), very small pool in hotel, quality of rooms (I had de lux) differ from internet webside, high humidity in the room. Overall, Sanur is a dirty, ungly and unpleasent place for tourists (two classes lower than Kuta and three classes vs. Nusa Dua) |

El hotel es muy bonito La limpieza del wc y de la habitacion en general. Todos los precios extras estaban indicados en booking.com pero a la hora de pagar aparecia un cargo extra del 3% por pago con tarjeta que no aceptamos. |
