Nice garden area and swimming pool, air-conditioned large rooms. The deluxe rooms have a quiet location in the side of the garden. I have heard that the superior (standard) rooms are all on the street side and they are then having much more noise. Therefore, I think that deluxe rooms are a better choice despite of the higher price.

When we arrived at the hotel, they welcomed us warmly and the best part was the upgrade to 2 room Villa with pool! The villa was authentic Balinese style, clean and comfy. The private pool with jacuzzi was a big hit, and Sanur beach was only a short walk away. On the whole a very good stay, which my family truly enjoyed.

Friendly staff and nicely laid out rooms with a relaxing natural environment. Bathroom smelled stale and there were confusions regarding some of the resorts services such as spa timetables and laundry services.

All the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Convenient location. Very good value-for-money. The attached bathroom needed to be better cleaned and maintained especially as the hotel is quite old.

Rooms enormous but not enough sun loungers to go round. You need to be up by 8 to get one! Also, restaurants are a taxi ride away but this is really cheap so not really a problem. Very good value hotel

Close to the see but not a beach hotel. It's a basic hotel with a very small pool and simple breakfast. Don't expect much of the hotel and facilities.The hotel is a bit far from the town center, though (meter)taxi brings you everywhere.

Room is very big, clean and confortable. Breakfast is great and you can chosse every day. Views from balcony are beautiful. A little far from sanur main streets, 20 min walking.

a lot of greenery aroun the hotel (marvellous view),good,friendly staff,exellent restaurant with tasty meal (great diversity of breakfast) bed linen is not very snow-white(but always clean). bathroom equipment is out of date( some times bath was leaky)

vriendelijk personeel,dagelijks verschoning van beddengoed,intieme sfeer, is opgenomen in een mooie tuin,zwembad is aan de kleine kant,kamers daarintegen aan de ruime kant,op loopbare afstand van het strand onduidelijkheid over het verplicht ouderjaarsavond diner en invulling van de avond(hier was wel voor betaald)!

Prettige ontvangst, zeer aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Wij hadden een lichte en vooral ruime kamer in het hoofdgebouw. Schoonmaak is goed. Klein zwembad. Het strand is vlakbij, evenals wat winkeltjes en eettentjes. Geldautomaat op de hoek. Zoals bijna alles op Bali in deze prijsklasse komt het geheel wat gedateerd of niet goed onderhouden over. Maar dit hotel is verder prima. Geen kluisje op de kamer, wel koelkastje en waterkoker. Schimmel op de muur in de kamer (die van de badkamer) zodat het beetje muf kon ruiken. Internet/wifi is gratis maar alleen te bereiken in het restaurant in de tuin. Vooral in de avond is dat erg onhandig, als het dicht is en je in het donker zit.

Mycket vänligt bemötande och hjälpsam personal. Vacker innegård med pool. Närhet till Sanur Beach där man kan göra långa promenader. Rummet vi hade var mot huvudgatan och tidvis bullrigt. Vi skall tillbaka dit på samma resa och har redan bokat på innegårdssidan.

Ho soggiornato allo Sri Phala Resort per una sola notte perchè il mattino dopo dovevo prendere il ferry per un isola vicina e l'albergo risultava essere in una posizione comoda al porto d'imbarco. Le camere sono molto spaziose ed abbastanza pulite. La colazione inclusa è nella norma. L'unica pecca dell'albergo è la lontananza alla spiaggia ed il tragitto per accedere alla stessa soleggiato e sterrato, quindi poco comodo.
