Everything was perfect! We were treated like a king and queen with friendly smiles and greetings from any staff you see.. The room is superb, very very comfortable and huge bed, decor is beautiful, surrounding are calm.. They will go an extra mile for your request if they can. They are very careful with our don'ts and likes.. Indeed worth every penny spent. I had my very 1st romantic candle light dinner set up by them with no additional cost except for the menu on our 15th anniversary. Thanks to them i had a beautiful one..very touched and pleased by it.
Sudamala is beautiful small tropical resort, right on the beach. The staff is extremely friendly, and very polite. We can definitely recommend the sunset view suite, with the awesome outdoor shower (makes getting up early so much easier). Food and cocktails are excellent, as are the massages. Can't wait to come back.
Hawkers on the beach take away from the experience, but when asked to leave they did.
The accommodation was beautiful and comfortable, however I booked an ocean view room and didn't quite get it. But they do call that room ocean view. The staff is super friendly! But as I was traveling alone and lost count of how many times I was asked about my girfriend. I understand that they look for an approach, but It felt a little odd. The food was great.
They had an activity schedule board by the pool that was clearly out of date. I prepared myself to attend to two of their scheduled activities and neither of them happened. BIG FAIL. And the SPA is extremetly wrong. They planned and open doors SPA, which sounds beautiful, however the experience is totally different. The hot and muggy weather in indoneasia don't allow you to relax and enjoy your treatment. Your are constantly sweating and feeling sticky on the chairs ( quite unconfortable ) during a foot spa, besides dealind with insects all the time. The other bad point is that they built the open doors SPA just by the road, therefore, instead of enjoying a great silence or a nice music during your massage, all you hear is cars, trucks and motorcycles.
Staff very nice and profecional and easy to talk to , like them a lot!!!!!! Gave me the best room 210 love it !!!! Will be back , lily on the food side , Ida in message side and Rude in staff extra thanks for your help miss you a lot cheers henk
Remove this page no need to be here !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yip
Great private pool.. nice staff.. recommended for honeymoon
Wifi too bad
Balinese Decoration. Friendly Staff, and Good service provided from Hotel Staff. Very nice scenery, good seaview, best beach and i like breakfast ala carte menu. its Good enough for my days .. thanks .
Wifi in room not stable, couldnt connect few times. but public area wifi is quite strength. Staff serve breakfast seem more like to serve foreigner from Europe, i can hear from them to get communicate with them but not US for two days breakfast.
The location of the property ESP our ocean view suite.
good place to live in ,but a little expensive
Outstanding service from all staff! The suite with the sunset view is well worth the extra cost. Very private and right on the beach. The food is excellent and that view..... Great snorkelling a few metres South of the hotel. As good as the Gilli Islands.
The Spa - air conditioning not working.
Laid back small size resort with relax being the major activity
The staff were super friendly and accommodating with every request, especially preparing food that wasn't on the menu for our 2 year old who was sick.
I was expecting the food to be better, especially the local cuisine (it was also more expensive than the resort next door, Qunci, which tasted better).
Lovely location overlooking beach. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast choice. Massage and facial in the spa were both a very good standard.
Staff pushing for add-on sales constantly. Every morning at breakfast we were asked if we wanted to book for dinner/evening entertainment.
Our stay was very good. it was relaxing the place is beautiful and the fact that the hotel is not so big it's very nice !
It is a lovely hotel, moden but with a traditional design, not too big nor crowded. The rooms are very cosy and elegant with amazing balconies overlooking the ocean (ocean view room is a must in this hotel - it is great). The location is quiet, a short taxi ride from Senggigi. It is directly on the beach.
Lots of mosquitoes in the room which made sleeping a bit unpleasant. Very slow wi-fi.
A stunning location right on the beach with obvious benefit of being relatively new resort. Only small resort with friendly personalised service which was amazing - nearly everybody new our name/room without asking. Food was good - varied and quality. The restaurant setting and pool area with views of sunset over Bali was stunning. Our pool villa was to die for - brilliantly designed with double sliding doors to big bathroom and thneen again to gorgeous freestanding bath and direct access to pool, then 'open air' toilet and shower areas. Lovely covered area to relax in shade beside pool - all very private and quiet!
Could have been a little more attention to detail like more complete better room servicing during 'turn down' like experienced in other premium accomodation resorts - taking waste, washing glasses etc. Did have some problem with air cond but fixed promptly. Staff we spoke to weren't very knowledgable on tourist information.
Pool lounges Rudi the Pool attendant
I thought staff could have been more welcoming. No help with the luggage No hotwater first morning Forgetful staff when ordering
I loved the quiet location and thebeautiful view over the ocean towards Bali. All the staff are so friendly and the villas are very clean. Loved the comfortable bed.
The light from the pool restroom is not turned of at night and shines into room 217 at night. The salon is very over priced.
I have so many positive things to write about Sudamala. The garden villa we stayed in was pleasant and quiet and the spa was relaxing. The view of the beach, especially from the swimming pool was stunning. We enjoyed the quiet beach and almost exclusive snorkelling there. The floats, balls, flippers, etc and towels from the little cart next to the swimming pool were an excellent idea that provided real enjoyment for my kids in the swimming pool as well as snorkelling on the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the front desk when we made enquiry on boat trips to Gili island, or restaurants in town area, and a request to pick us up from Mataram Mall to the airport which the staff accomodated readily. When we booked a boat out to the Gili islands, we appreciated the towels and water provided. When we left behind my son's life jacket in the boat, the front desk staff contacted the boatman immediately and the life jacket was retrieved and returned to us promptly. We enjoyed the excellent hospitality and the little touches were pleasant surprises akin to icing on the cake, notably the birthday cake that I received at our villa! The watermelon carving on one afternoon and the leaflets of various local legends and folklore for bedtime stories each night were really entertaining. The sandwiches, bananas and drinks provided to us when we left Sudamala was a pleasant surprise indeed. The food was rather delicious, and I enjoyed the tuna sandwich the most where I can taste the nice big chunks of tuna. The private barbeque dinner on my friend's birthday was great although there was too much food in the end. Of course, the roving live band was really entertaining for the family and friends. Overall, we really had an enjoyable stay at Sudamala.
There seemed to be some confusion over breakfast orders and complimentary breakfasts but all was sorted out in the end. The touts on the beach broke the pleasantness and tranquility on the beach.
I can't fault anything about my stay at Sudamala, the staff, the surroundings, the room and the food/drinks were all amazing. We will definitely return and stay again!
I like every thing about Sudamala Suites really best place to stay in Lombok. the most thing I like the professional way of dealing customers and food taste with normal prices also the coast view from restaurant.
WiFi in some area not covering well.
The staff were wonderful, food on site was great and pool magnificent. We fell asleep everynight to waves crashing. We took a trip to Sengiggi to look but didn't need to leave the resort.
We had taken snacks for our daughter and found we had to be careful not to leave opened packets or uncleaned bottles or ants will find it (not the hotels fault). For me I would prefer the option of a firmer pillow, however I didn't ask to find out if any were available.
Such a lovely place the rooms were large bright and clean. Would not hesitate to return.
Perfect for honeymooners as it is a boutique hotel with wonderful service, great food and excellent spa.
The fact that we had to leave...
I was looking for the perfect place to relax and get away from it all, it was perfect. The staff were amazing, always a smile on their face and nothing was too much trouble. The view from the restaurant looking over the pool -then over deck on to the ocean was stunning. The food at the restaurant was good, better than the meals that I had in town. It is a $2.00aud taxi trip in to town. Can not wait to visit again.
Everything is perfect
