Beautiful garden, great pool. Quiet location.
The staff, the pool, the food in the restaurant and the general atmosphere. I extended my stay here.
service oke friendly people well organized
Hotel Suma was recommended to us and we will recommend it to anyone... The free upgrade was a bonus and breakfast was delicious! Also look out for Ady a local tour guide - outside the hotel - to get you anywhere in Bali! He took us on an incredible adventure to Ubud via two breathtaking waterfalls and shared his knowledge and laidback ways to make an unforgettable day for us all.
didn't get any internet connection at all with use of their lobby computer
Breakfast was good. Pool area was nice and the hotel was nice looking too. For the price we payed, rooms was ok, bit outdated and dark.
Wifi did not work at all!
I love the room, how clean the room was , even provided free tissue boxes, bed was very comfortable and soft. The staff were very friendly and nice too. The daily free breakfast was yummy too. Had a pleasant stay at the hotel
One thing I didn't like about the hotel was the restaurant environment and especially the SPA. The restaurant wasn't an enclosed area , so there were many mosquitoes , ants crawling on table and flies when we were eating. It was very hot too. Even though I may understand they wish to provide a "outdoor and garden atmosphere", but I feel that it is better if they could build glass walls surrounding the restaurant and place air con inside so the guests can eat in peace and in comfort without those insects disturbing us. I had the worst experience in the hotel's spa among all of my spa trips in Bali most. Not only the spa was not an enclosed area but open area, it was SUPER humid , hot , mosquitoes flying around, the towels and massage beds didn't looked clean either. Took the foot massage and i didn't really enjoy it because of those irritating flies , and so hot , no soothing music to complement the treatment at all, and I don't know what was the masseur massaging which caused me to kept praying that she can quickly massage finish. Supposedly Spa is a place where guests should enjoy and relax themselves but the hotel's spa didn't meet any of the requirements at all .
We were upgraded to a special room which was very large and overlooked the pool. We ate in the restaurant and found the standards good. The swimming pool was quite large but the chlorine level was unacceptably high (about 6 when 3.0 is the maximum strength)
I jumped into the pool and found the chlorine level was too high. I asked the pool attendant to show me the tester kit he uses. The kit he produced was old and no fluids in either bottle. The manager then appeared and he was very keen to lower the level of chlorine. He asked the pool attendant to go and buy a new kit. When I demonstrated how to use the kit the chlorine level was extremely high. The attendant stated that he threw chlorine into the pool everyday - despite not checking the levels. The Hotel Manager said he would supervise the pool maintenance daily. He emptied 15 cl of water on a daily basis to get the pool back to customer standards. I will write to him in the future to ask how his pool is. PS - I have a large swimming pool in Thailand.
Nice pool Good location Cheap massage Spacious room
Cats walk and hustle on the paperthin ceiling at night Some kids belongigng to the staff or to the owners are extremly loud and disturbing
Good location, friendly staff, clean and nice swimming pool. helpful in organising your local trips
Wifi could be faster, but on the other hand is helped to relax and get away from the phone.
Enjoyed our stay. Staff very polite and helpful. Nice pool room OK put off a bit by ants and mosquitoes. Gardens nice close to beach.
Empty rooms are left with doors and windows open so we suspect the mosquitoes then move in. Our first night we had a problem even with the mosquito net around the bed. Once we killed them all and made sure room door was kept closed no further problems.
The room was very nice and clean. It ha da big bathroom and a hot shower. There is a relax lovely pool and the staff is very helpful.
The pool was very nice but needed more maintenance. Staff were mostly helpful.
General maintenance of facilities. They have allowed a fine hotel to become run down. Wi-fi was "broken" and no attempts to fix it. When there was language issues with staff, they just ignored it rather than seeking assistance.
Best place to stay in Lovina to get the boat to Dolphins watching,1 minute walk to the beach. Service is excellent, any enquiry attend immediately.Wifi can access very easy.Love the relaxing and eco environment.Temple next to the hotel.Restaurant just outside the hotel.
Nice quite spot - no loud music or party people. Very friendly staff members.
Only one bottle of water provided on arrival. I e-mail special request, but did not get any answer.
near the beach, convenience for see the dolphin, good breakfast
room is small, bed is small also, wifi can not use in the room, no hot water for shower, no water for drink
Great swimming pool, comfy beds, lovely and quiet atmosphere. It's clean, but if you need cleaning in your room you have to ask the staff; otherwise they won't clean the room.
Location is far away from "pantai Lovina" (where the restaurants are), laundry service was really expensive (everything you book through Suma is expensive: snorkeling, diving, motorbike rent, laundry, taxi service - ask the locals for the normal prices), the shower was either cold or awfully hot!
Swimming pool is good, first mistake our room but later change for us that's great! The staff is nice!
But the infrustruction is old and the sheet is not clean
Beautiful property. Matress uncomfortable
Wifi was terrible
Close to the beach, conveniënt hotel, large size rooms and nice pool. À hotel from where you do activities, i would not stay there all day. Overstaffed, but genuinely friendly.
Through bathroom you can hear the noise of adjacent room. À lot of staff, not very efficiënt.
Nice hotel, feels like at your own house
very nice place to stay (rooms, pool, garden, restaurant), breakfast was very good (unlimited drinks and toast with jam + one choice from breakfast menu)
beach that is only 10m from the hotel is not very nice, when we went to the restaurant for a dinner we waited for more than hour to get the meals, even though there were not many customers
The hotel is very clean and well appointed. The staff is very helpful including finding me a glasses place to fix my broken glasses. The surroundings are beautiful. All rooms face a gorgeous pool.
Not on the beach but only a minute walk. You could hear the waves.
The gardens and swimming pool. The breakfast selection was quite good. The staff obliging and helpful. The quietness was greatly appreciated.
Initial room that we were given. The location of this room was very claustrophobic .
the pool was sometimes busy but lovely with some shade spots.
its on a surprisingly compact property.
