Sun Island Hotel Kuta    

Odalar gercekten cok guzel. Hicbir olumsuz sey gormedim. Temizlik acisindan da hicbir sorun yok. Konumu muhtesem her seyin ortasinda gibi sanki. Otel personelleri cok yardimsever, canayakin ve saygililar. Kahvalti da secenekler baya genis rahat rahat doyuyorsunuz. Kisacasi verdigim paraya degdi. Boyle ozelliklere sahip baska yerler eminim ki daha pahali oluyor. Nerdeyse butun otelleri inceledim. Gercekten mukemmel bir yer :) For foreign visitors, all facilities and features are excellent. My friends and I highly recommend it for all kind of guests ;)

The staff were so lovely, courteous, friendly, helpful. If I needed something all it took was a call to reception and it was taken care of straight away! The hotel looked lovely, rooms were clean and fresh.

I upgraded to a pool access room for an extra $100 US for 2 nights and was very disappointed! Guests from the hotel used our poolside balcony as a place to lie and sunbake, sat on the step from 8am having conversations, It was not worth it. I feel I paid $100US to have people invade my space. Would not recommend this room. Was not offered any compensation when complained. Staff at the hotel should ask guests to move away from these balconiesand certainly not allow them to sunbake on them at others expense!

Best location at Center of Kuta. Staff very friendly and helpful. My flight had been postponed, the hotel staff offered me hospitality bathroom for me to take a bath before proceed to airport. Fantastic !!

I was booked pool view room at first floor direct in front of pool, abit noisy in the morning 7am when people swimming in the pool.

Staff were great Location was great for our last days as we had already done the relaxing part of our holiday. Close to shop and restaurant

I was extremely happy with sun island hotel ,there staff are friendly and welcoming.The staff was very helpfull they aloud us to check out at 1pm and have a spare room to freshen up at 6pm due to our late night flight departure.

I was a bit anoid whenever I ordered room service they required payment at the same time when room service was delivered.

Everything was realy good, hospitable and good staff, not so expensive

The location is ideal for Kuta. Lot happening around. Breakfast Buffet was good and room with pool view was great

The Internet was too slow and sporadic. No easy access to the beach. The room privacy will be an issue for those staying in Pool view rooms. Rooms have no bathtub. No minibar in rooms. They really need to change the bath towels which were worn and dirty.

breakfast was disgusting , had a meal in my room same thing , would not recommend this hotel rang down for the bell service to collect my case ,my taxi was waiting , still no one came for my case, i had to drag it up stairs to lift , not the service expected of a so called 5 star.

Great value for your money in central Kuta hotel aand shopping district. Easy walk to the beach. Great breakfast buffet.

Doesn't understand English very well. Had hard time communicating.upon checking in the hotel they made me put down $200sgd which I didn't expect too. Could have inform me before hand.

Our rooms were very noisy. No face washers provided.

From the time we arrived until the time we checked we had fantastic service and was always greeted with a friendly face and smile. Will recommend your hotel. Room cleaner was always very friendly as were the breakfast staff.

The noise from the street was very loud.( motor bikes) was constant, early morning till very late.

The room is big and nice. The hotel is so near to Kota beach and convenient.

The room is not garden view and facing the road. The sound proof system is not good till whole night can hear the vehicles passing by the road.

Everything! The cost benefit is very good! Location awesome! The staff excelent! Really liked this hotel! Specially for group of singles'! Lots of bars near by!

I liked the location ,staff was very polite,value for money,

I left a make room sign on the door which was cleant by the house keeping but failed to changed the sheets of the bed ,I noticed a stain on the sheets before and after the room was cleaned

Staff were very courteous and always ready to help and please.Hotel facilities are good. Location is very central and near the Beach. Breakfast was very sumptuous and restaurant prices are reasonable and comparable with others around and the food is good. Would happily recommend to others

WIFI was weak - May not be a hotel issue but a provider issue. Suggest have an internet set-up at some place in the hotel with 2-3 terminals.

No beach view

Very close to the airport. That was our mean need. They offered a 1 hour room for shower before go to the airport. That was very kind.

The hotel has limitations, but good for transit. We don't like Kuta at all, be prefer Seminyak.
