The family was great. Every morning fresh fruit and some Balinese breakfast. Their son was so kind. He speaks very good English and because of him we got to know the Balinese culture a bit better. The patio was nice to sit in the evening. Also very good location, 5 min walking from the mainstreet. There is a lovely restaurant at the beginning of the street, i think it was called the Sari Foundation Restaurant. From every meal you eat there (good food and vibe!), you give 2 people free medical health care through that foundation. Must go!
For this price nothing! But if I should give some feedback to the guesthouse; a little light next to the bed would be great for the atmosphere inside the room.
Good location (about 10-15min walk to main street & near many eating places), very friendly owners.
The room I stayed in was a wee bit shabby. Heard that the room with aircon is much better so go for it if you're picky.
The family was extremly nice and friendly. Their home is about a 10 min walk from the center, which makes it a lovely quite place, without much luxury though. The family and especially their son helped me whereever they could, put fruit on each veranda for free each evening besides free tea and coffee all the time. The highlight: they took us to a lokal temple ceremony (and gave us all thr cloths necessary for attending). This made the stay just really great. THANKS
Equipment, especially bathroom not the newest and their was a construction site next door...
Great super nice stuff/ family, good breakfast, cleen rooms...
Nothing that I didn't like..
Friendly helpful staff; pretty garden; comfortable beds in good sized room; thoughtful welcome fruit platter; decent breakfasts. Overall a lovely place to stay.
Just a little far from the main streets which made it tricky to just pop back to if you needed to.
The cheap price, the homemade breakfast (tasty fruits :) ), the kindness of the family, the location of the place. We book a tour to mount Batur which was really nice and the guide chosen was wonderful. We also have tickets for Balinese danse show who was really nice ! I totally recommend the place.
I think the price of transportation is a little bit overpriced but it's like this in all the hostels I think.
Clea, no insects. Home stay is the way to really experience Balinese culture. They provide fruits from their garden. Wonderful people.
A few more extra blocks from main road but I never got issues with it.
Very friendly family. Nice beds, breakfast. Lots of fresh fruits, free coffee and tea. We had the aircon room, it felt like being in a little temple. We would definitely come back when we visit Ubud again.
The staff was so nice, they brang us some fruit when we arrived, so tired. Perfect location: near the main street in Ubud, (2 minutes), restaurants, markets, laundry, etc. Good breakfast, good wifi, nice rest.
The house is so beautiful and so clean. The staff is nice and helpful, ask Suparsa for anything you need.
The welcome fruit platter was a nice touch. The owners of the guesthouse were very friendly. The thermos flask was always full and the drinks selection was very good. On top of this, there was a water dispenser where we could fill our bottles. It was such small conveniences that makes us wanting to return to Suparsa's.
The family is very friendly and helpful, they will help u with any question, if u have morning flight they will even prepare breakfast only for u. They rent scooter so you can go anywhere, just bring international license.
Noisy if there is party or laud people.
The breakfasts were tasty and filling and the location was very tranquil and quiet. We arrived late, and were given fresh fruit to eat in case we were hungry, which was very thoughtful. The seating outside the room with free tea, coffee and hot water is a nice touch. The staff remake the bed daily and supply fresh towels every few days. There are scooters for hire and it's possible to arrange reasonably priced tours with the host. There is no on-site laundry, but there is a laundry service 2 doors down which is very cheap.
Good breakfast, hot water, tea and coffee always on the terrace just outside. Really nice staff who are helpful
Rooms were a bit dingy and the bathroom wasn't all that clean. Honestly, it's a decent place for the money but there are other options just doors away that are much better and offer the same conveniences.
Everything was simply great. Definetely it was better than any big hotel with x stars. Totally exotic house, and the room was very comfortable. Ac not really needed because fan was doing just great. Breakfast brought to us whenever we woke up very convenient. The place is very climatic and you really feel you are in some totally different place - peaceful and happy. I strongly recommend!
Our stay was too short! If it was 5-star hotel I probably would think of some minor inconveniences but since it is just a homestay ran by a family (!!!) it deserves highest opinion!
Everyday a different breakfast is included and it is served on individual terrasses. Rooms are neat and the place is beautiful. It is possible to do tours on Bali with the (nice and devoted) son of the owner. We highly recommend this place if you plan to stay in Ubud!
Excellent value for money. Nice to wake up to breakfast and coffee. Room was big and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
- very friendly staff - location - breakfast in front of your room, in a beautful surrounding. - offers lot of daytrips
Peaceful, lovely compound just far enough from the noise and bustle of Ubud. Very friendly owners/staff, excellent breakfast, nicely furnished, clean room that was comfortable just with a fan.
Wi-fi only worked for a few minutes during our 2-day stay.
The breakfast is delicious & staffs are helpful. All of us like this place so much. Definitely will stay at here for next visit.
Can't communicated well with some of the staff.
Everything (rooms, garden...) is clean, very friendly staff, quite location, near to the center of ubud, tea and fruits by arrival, breakfast was good
Bathrooms should be renovated
The whole family made every effort to assist us and make the stay in Ubud enjoyable
The electrical power points need replacing
great breakfast, good location, very very nice family. Shower was very good and hot
the bed was average
The banana toastie for breakfast is so nice!! And tours are good
this is the second time we have stayed at suparsa's and yet again we were welcomed and shown to our lovely, clean room. ubud may have become less backpacker, more money making but suparsa's is still as welcoming, clean and traveller friendly. from the room, to the breakfast, to the free water on checking out, we love this place!
