The staff is very friendly. They offered themselves and provided in time airport transfer for free.

The hotel provide free pick-up service from the airport to the hotel, which is convenient to people who are new to the city.

It is too noisy. It is a family run hotel with two levels. Staff are nice but too noisy at night and in the early morning. The staff played and screamed loud downstairs. Breakfast is poor. Compare to what we paid, I think can find better hotel in Kuta centre with same price. We will not stay again here in the future.

Staff is very nice and helpful, speaking english. They picked us up and dropped us off to the airport. Good location (very close to airport and 10 min by walk from kuta's restaurants, shops and night life. Rooms are very clean with a balcony, new and well furnished.

Nothing, except the breakfast that is good but simple (noodles and egg or toast and egg + coffee or tea or jus)

The towel had a big hole in it. The breakfast was very poor (just a sandwich with a slice of cheese and an egg with coffee/orange juice). The WC wasn´t clean and with a bad smell. The place was all in a mess (the view was to work constructions). The photos on booking.com made us thought of something different. No lights at night. Very expensive due to the conditions that offers to guests.

Very friendly staff, and they even stayed up in the night to arrange for our checkout and transport to the airport. Good bed (I fit in it, being almost 2m tall), and a few free bottles of water. The hotel is south of the busy touristy part of Kuta, and gives you a much better view of local life.

There was quite a smell in the bathroom. I think it was just a matter of dried-out drains, as the smell was completely gone after I took a shower.

The hotel is very nice. It is a small family hotel. The room is clean and very simple. The best thing is that it's very close to the airport and the transfer from the airport is for free, it's very important if this is your first time on Bali. We spent there only 3 days and went to Lovina and Ubud. Kuta is not the best time to spend all vacation there as the beach and the sea are very dirty! Ubud is much much better!!!

The staff is really nice, free airport shuttle at any time of the day and night. Location is just perfect if you need to stay next to the airport. And you don't hear the aircraft noise. Also it's just 10 min walking distance from the beach.

The owner is very thoughtful. He picked up us from the Airport and arrange decorations for our honey moon. The homestay is close to that airport might be 5 minutes driving.

It's too far away to kuta beach and center. It doesn't have a swiming poor or garden. Just like a normal motel.

The facilities were very good and the room was clean and comfortable. The owner was very nice and drove us to the airport in the morning.

The breakfast brought to the room was very basic (two pieces of white bread with an egg and coffee). The person working the front desk wasn't too informative about tours, but she did help us book a tour we found ourselves.

The best part is it is very close to the airport. Breakfast is simple but nice. No swimming pool.

Good place to stay within the airport vicinity. Accomodation is for those who wants a simple lifestyle and ok with basic necessities like shower and bed for sleeping. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room is nice, the bed is very comfortable. There's a free airport pick up. The water is powerful.

The location is on the very small road. Along the road at night is very dark. Underneath the bed wasn't so clean. The signal of the internet is poor.

The kindness and helpfulness of the saff impressed me. It's location is great. Only 5 minutes drive to airport, 5 minutes walk to Kuta beach and 15 minutes walk to Centro Shopping mall.

Basic, but very clean. Very friendly staff with good English. Ideally located for the airport -- we had to catch a flight just after midnight so stayed at the hotel to have a nap during the afternoon and evening. Some excellent and budget-friendly cafes are on the beach - about 10 mins walk away. Note that despite what the booking confirmation said, you have to pay the hotel direct in cash.

The location and environment around the hotel is soooo nice. Surya Inn is a family hostel, you will feel very comfortable. The room is also excellent ecsept the facilities is not very completed.

Airport pick up even after midnight, very nice behavior of Hotel staff are attractive features.

Surya Inn is value for money. Room was tidy and clean. There was arrangement made for vegetarian breakfast as well. The staff was very friendly and co-operative. They are always open to help.
