nice room, nice bathroom. good service. nice lobby. korean restaurant. fantastic breakfast buffet. room safe included. nice view if you are on > 20th floor.

fridge closed by key. very bad and uninteresting location (impossible to make a walk in this area, you will be killed by cars), nonstop traffic jams in the hotel area. Wifi incredibly slow and thus not useful at all. a lot of guests, it can take long to get to your room by elevator.

The grand deluxe room had a panoramic view over the mangga dua landscape. Beautiful sunset view from the room. Spotless cleanliness.Sumptuous fine dining at the restaurant at lobby. Free shuttle to mangga dua square mall.

No eating places in walking distance from hotel.

We had grand deluxe, our children like to play at bathtub after playing at cold water pool. While the children play at bathtub, we can still took shower cos its separate. Bfast was satisfying, & although imlek Dinner was fully booked the manager still was trying her best to arrange for us but didn't make it.

The floor without carpet was too cold at night, have to use sleeper to go to bathroom. For tat big bathroom, 1 doormat at the bathroom is not enough. Need 1 in front of shower door, 1 at bathtub & 1 in front of the bathroom door.

Location close to one of the Mangga Dua and Ancol which is a plus. Distance to Train station is not too far for those who prefer to travel by train. The room is clean, however a bit noisy at night

The design for the swimming pool is great, however the water is very cold and swimming is not enjoyable The hotel only provide certain unknown brand of taxi which didn't provide good service There are no amenities around the hotel. Was trying to look for pharmacy and ended up with walking for 15 min before managed to find one. Nowhere near to a mini market and places to find food

Too much defective equipment and damaged facilities. Staff with poor English speaking. Hotel is located in worst city part. There is nothing to remember.

It took me 30 minutes to check-in and 20 minutes for room to be available.

I made my reservation with Forex Travelers Card (Debit). They charged me with the complete amount 1 day prior to my check-in & more interestingly they charged me again at the time of check-in. Even though, they assured me to refund the amount but, in my opinion it is not a good practice to follow with the customer without his/her consent. The only think that I don't like is the area around the hotel is so dairty and you can not go for a walk near by the hotel , pollution of the air due to crowded area of carbon that comes from the cars , also their are a vally near buy has a so dairty water and. Very bad smile comes out from this place , I do recommend any body wants to go to any mall to use the hotel taxi.

I like the fitness club in this hotel though it's a bit small.
