We really enjoyed our stay at Tangga bungalows! We extended our stay for 4 more days because of an amazing experience thanks to the fantastic hostes doing everything in their power to make us feel at home! We would highly recommend staying in the amazing, fresh and clean bungelows! The atmosphere was amazing, and it was never noicy!

Amazing place in nature with a comfortable balcony, birds are singing all day. The service is 5*, it's like being a part of a big family with many brothers and sisters. They help you with everything, literally every detail is taken care, wow. They even put our shoes inside when is started raining. They sell water refills for 5k, and there is laundry service. The wifi was good in our room, but maybe we got lucky. The location is awesome, there is a shortcut to the harbor and the sea is also very close. We saw many turtles in the evening during high tide, probably one of the best places for snorkeling.

Sam and Ika are the most wonderful hosts. The room was big enough for our family of four and extremely clean. They cleaned everyday and made us breakfast and fresh juice every morning. It was a quick walk to the beach and Sam took us on an amazing snorkeling trip out on the reef.

The breakfast included was good, wonderful hosts, location close to best swimming beaches on Gili Air. The mosquito netting in the room was great for the night time. Nice porch with hammock on the bungalow. The hosts organized laundry and bikes for us which we appreciated! Good value for budget accommodation.

Basic bungalow but very comfortable and welcoming! The owners are so kind and considerate and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Bungalow is just what you need as a base to enjoy Gili Air. Accommodation has a comfy bed, good mosquito net, and a hammock to chill in. Breakfast was yum, and accommodating for vegans. Overall, excellent value for money and we enjoyed our stay so much that we are considering returning to Gili Air at the end of our travels in Indonesia.

I booked for 2 nights but ended up staying for 6 because I was so comfortable in my bungalow. Tangga exceeded my expectations. It's in a great location steps from the beach, and has a very kind and helpful family running the property. I especially enjoyed using the hammock on my terrace :) see you again next time!

while beachfront is almost always better, Tangga is just enough removed that it offers the added benefit of seclusion and an added feeling of security. The property caretakers (Zap, Ika & family) are so incredibly, sweet, personal and accommodating. They genuinely (& seemingly effortlessly) make you feel at home in every way! Another benefit is the reef directly in front of the property that is teaming with marine life and many sea turtles!
