Starbucks on the ground floor , how helpful and friendly the staff was

The bathroom no big enough

Clean secure efficient place with friendly staff.

The price was a bit excessive especially over the counter.

The staff where great the room was great and I liked that we where able to use a room to have a shower as our flight out wasnt till 11pm and we had to check out at 12am so that was really appreciated.

Nothing bad to say about this hotel.

The hotel is really good, pool is wonderful, exactly what you need after waves and ocean. Really enjoy dj in the evening near the pool. Breakfast is perfect.

I was so surprised thay there were not closet in the room. During all vacation clothes were in the case.

The price was a bit overpriced for the rooms. Very small should be a bit cheaper especially as they are nothing flash!!!

Location is central

The hotel requires that you have a printout of your booking, but it does not inform you of this before. They cannot process your booking without it, even if you have the booking reference and your passport! The rooms are tiny and you can hear everything in the rooms next door and outside. The mini gym has 3 pieces of equipment, one of which didn't work.

Good breakfast buffet, rooms a bit small but comfy, check-in was tedious and long, location very near shops, spas and about 15 mins walk to the beach.

I loved the roof top pool. It was so relaxing and the staff were very attentive. The view from the rooftop pool was brilliant and we spent a lot of time watching the hustle and bussel from the roof. Breakfast was amazing and very fresh! The beauty spa also gave incredible massages.

It is a party hotel! The parties one day took so much preparation that the roof top pool has no sun beds to sun bathe on. People were walking drunk around the hotel and dogs were loud outside windows. One night i didn't go to sleep until after 5-not through want of trying!!

A/C turning up to 26 deg in middle of night waking me up. Short Beds. Noise from chairs being dragged across floor from the dining room above. Noise from the young ones coming in late waking us banging on doors etc. Felt like hotel was more for younger party going people than a family hotel.

The roof top area was amazing to watch the sunset with views of the area. We staying in April and there was no one on the roof top bar/restaurant so got to watch the sunset in peace in a lovely comfortable cabana. Good choice of breakfast. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. The rooms are clean and quiet, good size, small bathroom with good working and quiet air conditioning unit and good selection of movie channels. Good security- safe in room and to get to the rooms you must have a swipe card. Free wifi and internet for 3 days. Good base to go shopping or to the many clubs that are within walking distance. Beach is a 10 min walk or a taxi ride that costs no more than a dollar.

Very slow check in. Arrived at 1pm and was told that our room was not available and check in was 3pm. Went out shopping and returned at 4pm to be told our room was still not ready as they were still waiting on connecting rooms. I had not requested connecting rooms just two rooms next to each other. The reception then had to go and ask about two rooms next to each other and this took another 20 mins before finally getting to check in at around 445pm. I don't like the $50 per room deposit and if you use your credit card it will take 14 days to have that unblocked. This is the only hotel during my stay in Bali that takes a deposit on the room. We checked in on a Wednesday and each Wednesday night the hotel does 'fogging' to get rid of insect. The hotel did not tell us about this and when we left our room to go out for dinner we thought there was a fire in the hotel. The hallways were covered in what appeared to be smoke. The smell was very chemical and I am sure it is highly toxic/poisonous. Another guest told us what was going on. The hotel should have informed us of this procedure as initially the kids and I were panicked and I am sure the fogging is not healthy. Slow service at night on the rooftop bar/restaurant area. On the first night no staff came and gave us a menu and after 10mins of trying to get someone's attention had to go to the bar even though there was no one else on the rooftop. The pool is on the roof and at sunset is full of young people drinking and smoking in the pool. The music is too loud and the pool is too hot to be refreshing. Young people would like the area but for me it was too loud, didn't like the music and not relaxing area to lie around.

Right in the action part of Kuta, close to some of the best night spots. Great roof top pool, price was great. Nice clean place to stay, staff are very friendly, too much mischief to be had in this spot be careful!

the hotel design was amazing

The staff are always Extremely friendly and helpful. It is extremely close to Kuta & Legians main attractions, especially for young travelers. The rooftop pool is the best in Bali, and the pool parties are fun! Loud music in the afternoons at the pool, but it is good music.

For the money that the hotel costs and it's facilities, there isn't really much I can say I don't like. I have stayed here 5 times now and thoroughly enjoyed every visit.

We found the staff very friendly and helpfull Thew hotel has luxury atmosphere with a budget price we were very happy being locked in this hotel on Nypie day.It is central to Kuta shops etc
