The staff were great! The hotel was nice and clean. The room were good and just as we expect it to be except we are expecting for the pool view. Nevertheless, everything is great. They have a nice roofdeck pool with pool bar on it. Breakfast was great.. always had a full breakfast. The hotel is just 10mins walk to the beach.

    Central location

The hotel has upgraded however still feels more like back packer accommodation as it is a youth market.

Good staff ,good location ,good value. Well designed hotel which catered well for most of our requirements . Nice area to relax on seventh floor rooftop. Very comfortable bed , quiet rooms .

Rather limited breakfast , poor variety of fresh fruit, coffee undrinkable , evening meal in hotel restaurant also disappointing main meal very small , with only about a mouthful of vegetables , very strange as they are so cheap to buy here .

The Akmani Legian is nestled in the middle of (what we assume is) the main street in Kuta, a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to Kuta beach. The rooms were very clean and there was a decent selection at the buffet breakfast. The rooftop pool and bar were really the icing on the cake as it was breezy and peaceful, especially at night. The staff were exceptionally courteous. Would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable beds. Lots of tv channels, including movies. Excellent, polite and very friendly service. Great location in the heart of Kuta, yet, because the property is set back from the road, it is quiet.

We prefer resort-style accommodation where you can participate in activities, mingle with people and spend time relaxing in the tropical grounds/pool area. The Akmani did not have this feel - which is fine if you are just after a hotel to lay your head :-) Bottom pool is aesthetic but very cold - no sun. The top pool is warmer but very few people go there and it isn't overly inviting. The view from the pool area, and from the restaurant at breakfast, is of rusting rooftops. Breakfast is limited in variety (unless you like soup, steamed veges and other Indonesian foods in the morning) - gets boring after a few days. I would have liked to have seen more than just Cornflakes as a cereal choice. Baked beans and scrambled eggs to go with the bacon, would have been nice.

Beautiful hotel in a central location, rooftop pool and bar is a magnificent place to watch the sun set and the downstairs pool was an awesome way to cool down after a hot Bali day. Super friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until we departed 7 days later!

constant traffic jam on Legian Road, not much they can do about it though.

Staff, location, pools. Value for money. Decent room for the price

Hot gym and smell in bathroom some time. Not enough pressure and no hot water in the sink

Loved the rooftop pool and bar. The room was great, spacious and perfect for what we needed, it overlooked the ground floor pool, was very clean and tidy.

The breakfast was average, a limited selection and the muffins, croissants etc weren't fresh - the eggs and bacon were all fine though.

Close to shops and restaurants. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Nice and quiet. Very comfortable bed.

Could be closer to the beach. Pool water a little too cool to swim in the morning, but nice and refreshing when hot from returning from shopping/walking. Breakfast could be better as in taste and quality of food. More lighting required in stairwell. Toilets should be available on the same floor of rooftop pool. Outlook from breakfast area is unappealing - with views of exhaust pipes, aerials and zinc roofs.

good room, comfortable bed, awesome big bathroom ,although the wood lined shower is not practical, its uncomfortable underfoot and I doubt its all that hygienic long term. good complaints...staff are great...

the narrow building design, the pool that hardly anyone swam in, the long narrow corridors...all in all not the greatest designed hotel. I would,nt stay there again. for the same money you could get a much nicer hotel.
