The staff was helpful, We checked out early because of worries over our sons safety about pool just outside our door and they have tried to charge us ten nights instead of the two we stayed. And on top of that the neighborhood around the hotel is not safe anytime of the day or night. Would never stay at this villa again or recommend it to anyone. and we have called credit card company to have them handle matter of paying for nights we did not stay. Paul Colby |

Warm and caring staff. Excellent facilities. Housekeeping did not remove the dinner dishes and they attracted lots of houseflies. Table cloth and washing detergent should be in the kitchenette so that we can wash up ourselves. Old towels. Staff should politely ask guest to lower their Karaoke singing volume so as not to disturb other guest. |

The staff, friendliness and service level, was fantastic. The hotel has very beautiful grounds, it is small and each villa has it's private garden and pool, which makes it perfect for honeymooners. All of this contributes to a nice and relaxed feeling of total comfort and privacy. Sometimes the level of service was almost a bit too good, with many offerson participating in activities and quite a few knocks on the door/phone calls each day. |

i like the privecy of the villa , private pool , nice American breakfast with fruits dially delivered to your villa , the staff are so friendly and the arrangment for the honymoon is fantastic. the road that lead to the location of the villa was so poor, one of the shuttle driver was not Honest as he deliver us to a mony changer that his rate was Rp 9220000 for each $100 and i isked him if he know any other many changer he stated no, but i request him to go the the center of the seminyake and i got rate Rp 9320000 for every $100. |

Loved everything about our stay, from the hotel staff, food, private pool was fantastic and the whole villa was very private and relaxing. There was a power outage most nights that lasted for a couple of hours (wasn't just the hotel, but the whole area), but the staff came around and lit up our villa with candles, which was very romantic. |

Room was excellent and with the private pool it made the accomodation Nothing near it so everytime you ventured out you need to get the shuttle. Also no real Bar area for a drink. |

This is by far he best hotel experience I have had - Beautiful surroundings, great amenities and services and friendly, helpful staff. I went with a girlfriend of mine, so we were a little out of place amongst honeymooners, but we had an amazing time! The people are so friendly and accommodating. I will definitely return here on my next visit to Bali. Would highly recommend it! |

only the villa was quite nice and private. the rest of the facilities - breakfast, restaurant and spa were below par for the price we paid. slow service + response rate. also they reception staff were very eager to know when we were checking out. the same question was asked every time we went to the reception from the time we arrived. |

The cooking was very good....normally in Bali not of this quality.... Overall very good but a bit expensive compared to similar offerings in bali in particular the outdoor area of the villas are very small and not very comfortable to relax....still overall vety nice but for the size too expensive |

The staff were wonderful very very helpful, nothing was to much trouble. The shuttle bus service was very prompt. The complimentary wireless internet was a great. Once again the staff were fantastic. We had a lovely stay, and it is only small personal things that i didn't like but that is not the hotels fault, ie. i love sitting in the direct sun for long periods of time but our garden only caught the sun for a short period of time. Overall it is a very well run establishment, well run and good value for money. |

The privacy of the individual villas, the descrete/politeness of staff, the food, the massage facilities. The transport facility to/from town. Could be better signposted, as it is tucked away in a small street. There are two Bali Villa complexes- taxi drivers get confused and go to the wrong one! Suggest they call it Bali Villa 2, or something |

- Nice spa, friendly staff, excellent honneymoon arrangements (e.g. flower bath, romantic dinner etc.) - Quality of the breakfast was average to poor / staff too often used the phone to contact us in our room with various requests. While this was with good intentions it could have been coordinated better. |

I loved everything about this villa. Design and layout was fabulous while services was top class and villa was prestine. The villa transit car made it so easy to nip into Seminyak for beach, shopping or chillout yet it was located in a quite area which was perfectly quite. |

We enjoyed the privacy and the pool at the villa, as well as the free upgrade to a two bedroom villa. The lunches we had at the villa were excellent. Although the staff were very pleasant it was clear that there was no management system. This meant that simple requests were not easily responded to. In particular, our room was extremely dirty when we checked in and we had to ask three times for this to be rectified. In the end, in fact, I cleaned the pool deck myself because I hadn't been done despite repeated requests. Also, some features of the room were worn out or broken, such as every blind on the doors and the toilets continually blocking. The transport system was also very badly organised, with many guests besides ourselves kept waiting, sometimes for over an hour. If no car was available this should have been stated and we would have made alternative transport arrangements. |

the staff were flexible and accomodating. The spa at the hotel was wonderful and can be done in your own villa The villas were a little small and just out of seminyak so you couldn't really walk to the shops. Not much variety in the minibar |

The private villa which was close to all the action of Seminyak, but far enough away from the hussle and bustle The reception staff, inparticular one of the males who was not at all well versed in the offerings of the villa and couldn't answer more than one question at a time. I also didn't like the fact that the Villa transport was pushed as the only transport option which was about 3 times more expensive than taking a taxi. |

Excellent services from hotel staffs; Adorable honeymoon room setup, such as heart shape flower bathtub and even heart shape flower in the swimming pool; Free romantic candle light dinner; Last but not least, the joyful spa treatment and of course, free transportation to center and airport. Overall speaking, they really give us a very sweet & memorable honeymoon holiday at Bali. |

We stayed at the one bedroom pool villa for our honeymoon. We loved it, very romantic and intimate. Staff very kind and helpful. If you can, have a candlelight dinner... it's so romantic!!! Cleaning could be improved |
