etwas abgelegen aber für leute die ruhe suchen ist das ok.

Katastrophale Lage des Hotels, fernab jeder Infrastruktur. Hoteleigener Shuttleservice überlastet, einzige Lösung ist eigenes Fahrzeug. Hotel-Service bemüht aber unzureichend, Wünschen wird erst nach mehrfacher Aufforderung nachgekommen. Internet WiFi funktioniert in der Villa nicht, der bemühte Techniker hat's auch nicht hinbekommen. Schöne große Marmorbadewanne versprach Baden zu zweit, leider reichte das warme Wasser nur für 5 cm Wannenfüllung. Im zweiten Bad gar kein warmes Wasser. Insgesamt eher unzureichend.

Wunderschöne, kleine Hotelanlage. Sehr schöne und grosse Zimmer mit allem Konfort, den man sich wünscht, ruhig. Moderate Preise im eigenen Retsaurant. Gratis-Shuttle in die Stadt.

Schlechter (gratis) WLAN-Empfang. Nicht sehr zentral gelegen, resp. unmittelbare Umgebung nicht einladened.

The staff was helpful,

We checked out early because of worries over our sons safety about pool just outside our door and they have tried to charge us ten nights instead of the two we stayed. And on top of that the neighborhood around the hotel is not safe anytime of the day or night. Would never stay at this villa again or recommend it to anyone. and we have called credit card company to have them handle matter of paying for nights we did not stay. Paul Colby

The staff, friendliness and service level, was fantastic. The hotel has very beautiful grounds, it is small and each villa has it's private garden and pool, which makes it perfect for honeymooners. All of this contributes to a nice and relaxed feeling of total comfort and privacy.

Sometimes the level of service was almost a bit too good, with many offerson participating in activities and quite a few knocks on the door/phone calls each day.

i like the privecy of the villa , private pool , nice American breakfast with fruits dially delivered to your villa , the staff are so friendly and the arrangment for the honymoon is fantastic.

the road that lead to the location of the villa was so poor, one of the shuttle driver was not Honest as he deliver us to a mony changer that his rate was Rp 9220000 for each $100 and i isked him if he know any other many changer he stated no, but i request him to go the the center of the seminyake and i got rate Rp 9320000 for every $100.

the staff were great very friendly, free tansport was a good service and the rooms were lovely food was good too

This is by far he best hotel experience I have had - Beautiful surroundings, great amenities and services and friendly, helpful staff. I went with a girlfriend of mine, so we were a little out of place amongst honeymooners, but we had an amazing time! The people are so friendly and accommodating. I will definitely return here on my next visit to Bali. Would highly recommend it!

The cooking was very good....normally in Bali not of this quality....

Overall very good but a bit expensive compared to similar offerings in bali in particular the outdoor area of the villas are very small and not very comfortable to relax....still overall vety nice but for the size too expensive

Total seclusion from other units.

Next unit's loud door bell was ringing after midnight. Quite noisy setting.

good price, given the facillatiy level.

Privacy is not very secured, as the villas are located closely only with one wall.

the design of the villa & the shuttle service provided

We enjoyed the privacy and the pool at the villa, as well as the free upgrade to a two bedroom villa. The lunches we had at the villa were excellent.

Although the staff were very pleasant it was clear that there was no management system. This meant that simple requests were not easily responded to. In particular, our room was extremely dirty when we checked in and we had to ask three times for this to be rectified. In the end, in fact, I cleaned the pool deck myself because I hadn't been done despite repeated requests. Also, some features of the room were worn out or broken, such as every blind on the doors and the toilets continually blocking. The transport system was also very badly organised, with many guests besides ourselves kept waiting, sometimes for over an hour. If no car was available this should have been stated and we would have made alternative transport arrangements.
