None, except for the on time airport pickup and free internet The room was full of crawling insects and was dirty, electricity went down 4 times every night, no room service after 11 and very isolated area |

The hotel was clean and well maintained.Very friendly staff. Hated the Breakfast. Very poor quality of food. The villas are far away from main city which make it difficult. |

very friendly staff, very good service, was treated like a king.The food service was good esp the morning bfast delivery to the room. yes no generators and the power went of 3 times in 5 days. |

Excellent friendly and accommodating staff, convenient as drivers willing to take you anywhere and pick up back to the hotel, private villa which is romantic and perfect for honeymoons. Mosquitoes ! And it's not walking distance to the streets for shopping, food, etc. Location is isolated. Although there's shuttle services, but last shuttle back to the villa is at 10.30pm .. hence can't spend much time walking around of have a drink in the city. Although we could take a cab back, but due to the isolation of the villa, it's unadvisable for tourists to do so for safety reasons. |

The villas were beautiful, with lovely furnishings, a great small pool and plenty of privacy. Nice to have our meals served in the villa. Service was good and the shuttle service excellent. The food was very ordinary, breakfast was cold even when we ate in the restaurant, and it was very hard to communicate in english. |

The villa was beautiful, i liked the private pool and the service was good. The staff are friendly and the option to have breakfast in the villa is a nice touch. The shuttle service is convenient and quite punctual. The outdoor shower was bad, the water pressure was too strong that it hurt to shower. There was a bath tub which we used to bathe instead. You can't walk anywhere from the hotel, this was quite bad as my partner and i enjoy walking or shopping till late and the hotel shuttle service only runs till 10.30pm. |

The luxury and appointment of the room. Staff were very good but some need to brush up on english skills with some misunderstanding with a pick up after being dropped off at the beach. |

The one bedroom villa with pool is fantastic for couples.The staff are helpful and provided excellent services. I am very impressed by the service. In general, the hotel has good services - especially transportation & staff friendliness & service.The only thing was we were allocated to a villa next to the public pool & bar. A little noisy for our privacy. |

i like the pool,pool flower arrangment & the sense of having an atmost private comfort. it is a bit far from the down town & you can not even take a walk from the hotel to the down town. |

We loved having a private pool and being able to take meals in the villa which were included in our package. The villa was nice and clean and food very nice. We also had a 15min massage in package which we took on last evening which was lovely. They let us check out late which was handy as we had a very late night flight back home. Breakfast orders did not turn up one morning o villa so just ate at buffet after that. We had to drive to another location for the buffet breakfast which was time consuming. Every morning there was banging and drilling right next to the villa from 7am each day so not peaceful or relaxing in morning. |

The friendly staff and the fact that all conveniences were catered for by the hotel such as entertainment facilites in the room, transport, good food and the care taken to ensure our comfort at night from insects etc. we also admired the lovely relaxing atmosphere of the Villa. The remoteness of the Villa would have been a concern, however, the convenience of the complimatary transport provided by the Villa overrode this. |

Very relaxing environment, cleaning staff very friendly. Villa very dirty upon arrival. Cleaned thoroughly the following day. Shuttle service hopeless, probably due to communication problems with reception at times and heavy traffic at Christmas time. |

the free shuttle to kuta and seminak.....the generous portion of breakfast served in our own villa..... the aircon leaked on the 2nd night. when we woke up the next morning, our handphone and books on the side table were all wet........ |
