The availability of a free shuttle service to restaraunts and shops was a very valuable service. We found that the villas were very nice and clean. Very friendly staff and drivers. The location and the limited in house eating facilites |

This Hotel is slightly off the beaten track so they supply drivers who take/collect you. All great guys. We had expected the 'villa' to look like the villa on the web site. Instead we had a tiny space for the day beds each so close to each other it was 'space invading' We had booked a 2 bed villa and ended up staying in a 4 bed villa which gave us some space, however, only two people would be able to lie in the sun and this villa could sleep 8. Cleanliness? We went out and bought our own cleaning supplies and worked with the housekeeper to make the villa clean. After that the housekeeper knew to bring a fresh bucket of water and chemicals to clean the floor daily as opposed to simply a damp mop etc. We were very very disappointed in the place, if it had been an $80 a night stay - fair enough but at us$240 P.N. I expected much more. |

Bali Dream Villas were a disapointment. The whole area was claustrophobic and the staff were slow at every request. The food was of poor standard. unfortunately the mosquitoes were a menace and so the coils and spray became necessary but affected our breathing in any fresh air! Would not stay again.... |

The villa was large but intimate and beautifully appointed. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Its immediate vicinity was a bit remote, but the drive to Semanyak and Kuta was not long. |

the shuttle was very useful buffet breakfast was insufficient and staff took a long time to refill them. the milk was sour on the second day. there was alot of mosquito in the villa. the counter staff did not tell us about the hotel shuttle service in detail and they were not very willing to help. we waited quite long everytime we need to use the shuttle service |

The staff were fantastic and quick with requests, they were always interactive and accommodating with our children. Bedrooms were always nice and cold. Fresh water bottles and towels were supplied daily. The shuttle service was great and would pick you up and take you whenever you called. Parts of the villa need a bit of maintenance, our 2 bedroom ground floor villa was too confined and no outdoor space for our kids to play. Needed another daybed so all 4 of us could sit down comfortably. Wooden floor around pool and 2nd shower floor were very slippery and we had to lay towels down everywhere. just needs some anti-slip mats. |

we thought the hotel was great the staff was fantastic they offer a shuttle service to kuta,legian or seminyak which was great we could not really fault anything the private pool was deep but it is not a swimming pool but it is not small either the pool was shaded hence a little bit cold but not a fault really |

Behaviour of staff was excellent and coordial. They tried to cover up lot of short coming during our stay. Overall quite disapointment. Location is quite far from city and sea beatch. Choice of food are limited and taking so much to serve because they have to take from other location. Lots of lizards and tiny pool made us disappoinment. |

The staff were friendly, the return airport and seminyak, legian, kuta transfers were a huge plus, the villas were clean and reasonably spacious. We were upgraded to a two bedroom villa which was nice but unnecessary. the cost was given in US$ however they do not charge your credit card with this, they convert it to IDR so you end up paying a couple of hundred dollars more. You can pay in cash but for some reason we were told that only US$ issued after 2003 were acceptable The front office staff seemed a bit vague |

The hotel is away from the city it does not have a gym nor any activiyt for children . for 245 usd per night the facilities are ridiculous . The pool does not a temperature control . honestly i wouldnt pay more than usd 100 for this hotel . |

I loved the hospitality of the staff and their willingness to go the extra mile. I fell sick on the last day and was due to travel in the evening. Though they were running full and could not extend our room, they very kindly offered me to use the spa room to rest until it was time to leave for the airport. |

It was amazing! firstly our plane was a bit late, but their driver waited over an hour for me and my sister, had a smile on his face...still... and was very professional. Then the villa I booked actually exceeded my expectations! It looked so great and very clean. The staff was always smiling. And it was close to their main shopping street, just about 10 minutes walk. I'll definatelly stay there again! |

the staff was really nice & hospitable. the private pool concept was good, more because I was on a Honeymoon. All in all the stay at the villa was value for money especially at the 1 bedroom villa suite. I had stayed at 1 bedroom villa suite as well as 2 bedroom villa. The 1 bedroom villa suite (honeymoon package) was really value for money except for a minor thing that the staff only provided the afternoon tea on just 1 day and it seemed as if the towels were not changed every day. During my stay at the 2 bedroom villa I was really disappointed. Even after complaining at the reception regarding a stink in the bathroom and the WC flush being problematic on the 1st floor of the villa, the issue was not taken care of. Also the towels were not being changed everyday. I felt the food at the villas was somewhat expensive. The villa was a little far from the beach & shopping centres but makes up to some extent by providing free transfer shuttle. |

Not a great deal- the website promised a kind of haven, and the "villa" that we stayed in was far from that. So many things went wrong.The internet was intermittent- technicians called twice but the problem of intermittent and poor connection persisted. Phone didn't work and we had to the tech to come...3 tech visits so far.On our last day, we had to call housekeeping as the beds and bathrooms had not been attended to by 5 pm...The electricity meter outside the villa was beeping continuously for 24-48 hours; despite requests to silence this, it only occurred on the day of check-out. Our neighbours were extremely noisy at 2 amd and 5.15 am. Repeated reuests by us to front office staff to at least call the guests in question to ask them to quieten down resulted in a 30 minute wait for any action to happen. I had to speak to these agitated and drunk |

Found the rooms and staff exceptional, would definately stay there on my next trip to Bali. Only thing that was dissappointing was the location of the Villa's in term of being close / walking distance to anywhere. |
