The presentation of the villa was good. It being close to the seminyak bar and restaurant and the facility to shuttle you from the villa to main shopping area was good. - the buffet breakfast was average, the drive to the hotel location is a bit dodgy and scary to walk at night, this hotel has 3 different villa's.the one we had was villa 1.was just ok. villa 2 looked better from the outside.

The villas were so heavenly! Just very well thought of and executed. I felt that they thought of all the facilities any vacationer would need and gave them all! I didn't expect so much freebies to go with the one-night stay - welcome fruit basket, welcome drinks, welcome massage, afternoon cake and turn down service. Wow! The location, but they more than made up for it with the free transport to and from the city.

Well..i liked the spa. This was the worse hotel ever..and I 'll tell you why... 1. When we arrived the staff were really nice to us but one of them cheated me. 2. Air conditioning was very bad i mean we were swetting at night. 3. The mosqiutoes or however it's spelled were everywhere. 4. I asked the receptionist if he can provide who can drive me somewhere 5 minutes away and wait for me because i wont take more than 40 min ...guess what it was supose to be free of charge and the driver asked for 100000 indonesian rupies i didnt know about it till i talked to the reciptionist and he didnt do anything about it 5. I booked for 11 nights and i left the hotel in 3 nights..i blame booking.com for this.....if you notice on the hotel page on booking.com regarding sea view.....trust me there was nothing to see.

Wonderful private villa with our own pool, staff were fantastic in meeting any request. We loves the peace and quiet this place had to offer, yet you are only a few mins away from the beach, and shopping. The bedroom and bathroom were awesome, and it was always so clean, with daily fresh fruit and cakes and water.

Drove up a battered old road, thought my god what have we got our selves into only to find the most beautiful villa. . Got up graded from a 3 room to a 4 room villa with no extra cost. Service was excellent. Went with family and friends but would also be a great romantic holiday. Needs more signage for the taxi drivers at night. Was away from the hustle and bustle which was a bit hard with teenagers but the taxi only cost $3.50 Aussie.

The lemonade on arrival This hotel is terrible, there is false advertising on your website, the rooms are not what is pictured. The Bali Dream Villa itself is beautiful and im sure the villas and facilities are wonderful however on arrival we were driven out of the complex, down a dirt road to a construction site where cattle where and checked into our 1 bedroom villa. This was not part of the Bali Dream Villa and not what was advertised, it was more like a concrete jungle. No telephone, No towels, No drinks and no way for us to know where we were or contact anyone. We demanded a refund as this was our last night in Bali and we had paid $170 for the room compared to the $80-$100 accomm we had stayed in for the previous 2 weeks, Staff refused to give us a refund and basically didnt care about our frustrations. This is false advertising!

Loved the privacy the villa offered, a car was always available to drive us into 'town', very friendly staff, and nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely breakfast everyday, and thanks to Chef for the great omelettes!. We felt very relaxed on our weekend away to Bali, this was a great introduction to Bali for us and we will come back to Bali. Many thanks to all of the staff at Bali Dream Villa's xx The complimentary tea and coffee sachets were not replaced, however, one phone call and a pot ot hot coffee and tea were delivered with a smile.

The place was incredible. To be able to wake up and just step out your door into your private pool is amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful in any way the could be. Would definatley recommend this villa if you are after something quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of the city.

All the hotel staff are nice and helpful, they are always ready to answer your questions and help you. The villas are fabulous. The pool and all the othe facilities in the hotel are superior.I Recommend all honeymooners to stay at this hotels. I liked the privacy of the pool and the candle dinner, which is done at your villa. The hotel location is the only negative point. To overcome this issue, the hotel offers free shuttles to Seminyak beach and Kuta city, which I this it is a good service. Breakfast buffet is small and few choices, it was not a problem for me.

The honeymoon decorations... With lovely decorated bathtub with flowers. The staff Putu is extremely nice in assisting my 2 nights stay there. The place is remote and bit eerie at night especially I encounter blackout at night.

The staff were helpful, the shuttle car service was brilliant, the breakfast was good , the main meals could be improved. The finishing of the bathroom, kitchen sinks and tiling could be better done as it takes away from the rest of the room. Was great to be given bottled water everyday. Thankyou

I would recommend Bali Dream Villas for couples & families. It was pure luxury to have your own space with your own private plunge pool. The villas are quiet & away from the hustle & bustle of Kuta/Seminyak & a shuttle service is provided to drop off & pick you up. Internet was very slow.

Very quite and peaceful environment, suitable for honeymoon or couple. I love the private villa with pool. Polite and nice people. Location is not far from town. If you rent a car like us, going to kuta or seminyak is just 10mins drive. Location of hotel is very near nice lounges and bars, examples: Potato head and ku de ta. Mosquitoes..Annoying, and the lights, every time we turn on the hair dryer, the electricity drop, and we have to call front clerk to turn on the main power circuit to get electricity on again. besides that everything is pleasant.. nice people.

Beautiful Villa, private pool, friendly staff. Some staff working hard to speak 'Aussie'. Free Shuttle to Seminyak, anywhere. Turn-down service. Spa and massage was good. Tv in the outdoor area; nice to have a swim during commercials. Pool was beautiful. Outdoor shower; Bathroom massive. Great bed. Very private; were left alone during the day and room was cleaned whenever we went out. Got sent to another villa for first night (of 4) due to 'plumbing problems'. Other villa was good, but check-in/out takes up a bit of the day. There are 3 Bali Dream Villa sites and it seems that most Taksi drivers dont know which is which; neither did we.

The villa is exactly what I wanted, typical Balinese style. Staff there are friendly and helpful. Facilities in the villa are well-equiped and I like bathroom the most, quite spacious and nice. The location is a bit tricky or the address on the name card is not clear enough. So that made taxi driver not easy to find the place or confused the Bali Dream Villa with the Bali Dream Villa Suit.

The stuff is very friendly, food tasty. Very nice option is breakfast in villa(included). The Villa is great, ideal for honeymoon. The location is terrible, but the shuttle service helps. The beach is far(10 min by car)

the original idea is not bad and if properly managed & maintained could be a very nice place. Very friendly staff pity that the management does not invest in an english language course for all ! for a property calling itself Dream Villa , I had expected more. The 2 bedroom villa only had 1 bathroom without ventilation incorporating the 1 toilet which is to be shared by all . Humidity is a problem in the villa , towels with holes , clean sheets with staines that could not be washed out , not sufficient lighting in living area, poor cleaning & maintenance in general.
