De accomodatie, de faciliteiten en het personeel zijn in 1 woord fantasties!!!

de opzet van de villa's is erg mooi, dat maakt het een hele mooie locatie. De private diner aan het prive zwembad was mooi opgezet, jammer dat de wijn niet te drinken was. maar het idee met de kaarsen en bloemen in het water maakte een hoop goed.

het personeel is eigenlijk slecht: niet op elkaar ingespeeld. 1x meer dan een uur op busje moeten wachten, nadat we dus voor een 2e keer weer moesten bellen, bij aankomst geen cold towel en bruidstaart, wat in onze package zat. bij bestelling van ontbijt(waar je meer dan uur op moest wachten) kregen we niet alle dingen die besteld waren. we hebben wel aan 4 personen moeten vertellen wanneer we zouden uitchecken, de massage zouden doen, en wanneer we de transport naar vliegveld wilde. Voor een hotel in deze prijsklasse moet de service ook gewoon goed zijn, want dat geeft uiteindelijk ook een deel je ontspannen tijd daar. Er waren veel trainees, en erg jong personeel (niet opgeleid denk ik) ongeveer 16 jaar. Dan is het niet zo gek natuurlijk dat er dingen niet soepel lopen. Jammer dat er voor de rest niet veel aandacht wordt geschonken aan het feit dat je een honeymoon koppel bent, (bijv. gewoon door te vragen bij de receptie hoe de honeymoon was, etc)maar daar spraken ze te slecht engels voor, wat niet zou mogen bij zo'n hotel.

We checked out early because of worries over our sons safety about pool just outside our door and they have tried to charge us ten nights instead of the two we stayed. And on top of that the neighborhood around the hotel is not safe anytime of the day or night. Would never stay at this villa again or recommend it to anyone. and we have called credit card company to have them handle matter of paying for nights we did not stay. Paul Colby

The staff, friendliness and service level, was fantastic. The hotel has very beautiful grounds, it is small and each villa has it's private garden and pool, which makes it perfect for honeymooners. All of this contributes to a nice and relaxed feeling of total comfort and privacy.

Sometimes the level of service was almost a bit too good, with many offerson participating in activities and quite a few knocks on the door/phone calls each day.

i like the privecy of the villa , private pool , nice American breakfast with fruits dially delivered to your villa , the staff are so friendly and the arrangment for the honymoon is fantastic.

the road that lead to the location of the villa was so poor, one of the shuttle driver was not Honest as he deliver us to a mony changer that his rate was Rp 9220000 for each $100 and i isked him if he know any other many changer he stated no, but i request him to go the the center of the seminyake and i got rate Rp 9320000 for every $100.

the staff were great very friendly, free tansport was a good service and the rooms were lovely food was good too

This is by far he best hotel experience I have had - Beautiful surroundings, great amenities and services and friendly, helpful staff. I went with a girlfriend of mine, so we were a little out of place amongst honeymooners, but we had an amazing time! The people are so friendly and accommodating. I will definitely return here on my next visit to Bali. Would highly recommend it!

The cooking was very good....normally in Bali not of this quality....

Overall very good but a bit expensive compared to similar offerings in bali in particular the outdoor area of the villas are very small and not very comfortable to relax....still overall vety nice but for the size too expensive

Total seclusion from other units.

Next unit's loud door bell was ringing after midnight. Quite noisy setting.

good price, given the facillatiy level.

Privacy is not very secured, as the villas are located closely only with one wall.
