Staffs are very kindly and Villa is very good.. Really romadtic...

I don't have it.

High level of privacy as villas are separate. that is why I recommend for newlyweds or couples. good food and well established system of room service, including possibility to get freshly prepared food 24 hours.

Hotel is quite far away from the beach, but shuttle bus service is provided

The breakfast was very nice, the staff are very nice, very friendly and happy to help with anything. Our room was huge and so to were the garden area of our villa also a lovely bathroom

This hotel is not near the beach, it is a 10-15 minute shuttle bus ride away. Also bare in mind once the bus drops you off you have a rather danger and unpleasant walk down to the beach. This hotel uses far to many beach images in their marketing for a hotel that is not on the beach. I know we are spoilt in Australia by wonderful and easy accessible beaches so I am a harsh critic but we very dissapointed by this aspect we felt cheated. The hotel was wonderful it doesn't need to deceive people by this false marketing.

Hospitality of the staff,open breakfast buffet,cleaning of all resort and quick respond for any request

only that there is no delivary service to airport on departure and no 24 hours access to intrnet at villas

The pte pool in the villas, the morning part which some birds will come landing on the green n we can enjoy the natural feel of it.

The housekeeping came at about 8plus 9am pressing on the bell while we are still sleeping, i think is too early for the services.

villas are of an excellent standard, with all facilities you could need. pol and day bed are great. breakfast - good choice. spa - nice massages. great staff.

we asked for a transfer to the airport, that was included with the price of the room, they said ok, but then the following day when we were supposed to leave, the was no shuttle for us. They had forgotten! They said they could call a taxi but we would have to pay... I complained and was really angry because I did not want to miss my flight. they finally sent us a shuttle of the hotel, that was available... we had to complain to obtain it, not very serious. We also rented a bike, they gave it to us an our late, I suspected they had also forgotten. the reception is service is not very serious

excellent facilities, the villas are big and very nice, staff is super friendly

The villa was clean and furnishings new and in good condition. The photos on the website do not do it justice! For the rate we paid, the villa was definitely more than we expected. We were especially pleased with the staff's attitude and willingness to help. Our flight out of Bali was at night and they helped to send our bags to the airport so that we did not have to bring it along with us after checking out. They were also happy to assist us to make restaurant reservations. All our requests and queries were answered with a smile.

Nothing. Just a suggestion, perhaps could consider increasing the frequency of shuttle service to Kuta and Dreamland..

Endroit paradisiaque pour un prix tout à fait raisonnable.Les villas sont très confortables et le service excellent.Ideal pour un voyage de noce ou une escapade romantique.

Attention l'hôtel n'est pas dans Kuta mais un peu isolé à 10 km.Mais il y a un service efficace de navettes

Sehr freundliches Personal, Tolle Gartenanlagen, Villa ist grandios, Rundherum absolut empfehlenswert. Eigene Villa total abgekapselt von der Aussenwelt. Schönste, sauberste, freundlichste Hotel was ich auf meinen Reisen besuchen durfte.
