I like the The Hamsa as beautiful natural shades. Very good service with friendly staff. The location is pretty good for a honeymoon. It's just that far from entertainment. Bungalow makes lazy to get out. Hahahaha...If you have a promo please be informed .... you have my email, right? Dogs are everywhere, quite a lot. This is disturbing. Maybe a Chihuahua and Angora can be entertaining. Meals is very good.Far form anywhere, 2,5 Km from mainstreet, and uphill road.

The views are fantastic and the rooms clean. A great peaceful getaway and just as pretty at night as during the day. The food was average and it isn't as close to the beach as the pictures suggest. The place is tucked away too so it took a long while to find on top of the three hour taxi ride from the airport.

The views were amazing and the Hamsa is simply gorgeous. My mother and I went there to relax and that's exactly what we did. I was surprised that we actually got a welcome drink (a beautifully chilled coconut) and a welcome massage. I already felt very lucky to have found an amazing deal. Air conditioning would be a bonus. Also I slipped on one of the mats coming out of the restaurant just after we got there. It had been raining and the mats on those slippery tiles are deadly if they're wet. Putting a towel UNDERNEATH the mats might help.

Staff is very nice. Located on the hill, view to the ocean. Quiet, not much ppl. Good place to escape and relax. Not easy to find the hotel. And around 30 minutes to the Lovina beach. Need to arrange a car to pick up. Far away to walk there.

Superb views over Lovina and the sea. The hotel was built on an old rice- field so plenty of terraces. Very nice swimming pool. Great kitchen staff. Very quiet property. A bit far (uphill) from Lovina but it is a positive point as Lovina is not the nicest place and full of tourists. Despite the lack of air-conditioning in the room we would recommend this property. The property is fairly new and there is only a small fan in the room...no air-conditioning which is surprising for this category of hotels.

There is a great view from this hotel located 2 km op in the hill. You can relax by one of the 2 pools. The staff is kindly and very help full. You can easily rent a scooter and visit the hot springs or lovina 5 km away. You can join free yoga in the morning on the roof of the restaurant at the hotel. A perfect start of a new day. The food was to expensive and therefore we will recommend you to rent a scooter and visit some of the restaurant in Lovina.

Not to close to the crowd, beautiful scenery. The bungalows do not provide Airconditioner, that make me upgrade to villa rooms. The breakfast is too simple.

The view, the pool. Free wifi. Free drinking water. Confortable bed Absolutley to far from the ocean and the village. It took us 1h to get down from the montain and the transport the hotel had was expensive. The food was ok but to expensive. Didn't change sheets and towels every day. The communication between us and the staff was at times difficult. Be aware of the distance, we couldn't see that om the map at all.

It was a relaxing trip. The Hamsa is a quiet, peaceful and very beautiful place. Ideal for isolation and relaxation. Hotel staff was very nice and the food excellent. If you go there of you are there now you have to try piece of chocolate cake is delicious. The only thing that does not suit me was the lack of air conditioning in the room (when I booking hotel I know that there will be only a fan but it was not enough).

We were welcomed at the Hamsa as vips. A cold fresh coconut and an ice towel were offered to us and give us from the start a welcome and at home feeling. The staff are very friendly and genuine. They introduce themselves, remember your name and ask about your well being which makes you feel special. The villa apartment we stayed in was very clean, comfortable bed and nicely decorated (as all the Hamsa is). The food was nice although I missed my morning cappuccino. Their french pressee was ok though.Complimentary breakfast was the best, large and fresh fruit and choices. The massage I had at the spa was the best I have had during my stay in Asia because the masseuse pays extra attention to the areas you need it most. Yoga every morning at 06:45. Early, but you start the day fresh. We didn't have any yoga experience and it was very doable. The general manager is very kind and you can tell he takes are of his employees. A must visit when in Bali and you want to enjoy some peace and quiet time. No cappuccinos :-)

The view to the ocean, but that's it. The smelly room (chemicals in the toilet), the potholes on the way up the mountain, the food, the barking dogs of the owner, the fact that dogs were welcome in the restaurant kitchen, the broken light switches in a new room, the creaking bedsteads and the list goes on

The views the views the views! The location is spectacular. It is a wonderful retreat for relaxation. Staff are happy to organise day trips and any transport you require. We did a snorkelling day tour and also hired a scooter for trips to town (a must if you want to check out Lovina and around, at your own pace). It was nice to lay by the pool, soak up the sea views and read a book, or play a game of dice. The staff also are very lovely.
