very well presented room, excellent attention from very friendly efficient well spoken[english] staff. good dining. very good location for shopping, business. very good overall feel. I dont like being quoted in USD and being charged in rupiah, its common practise in Bali, but it costs more in currency conversion. |

Brand new, very flash rooms and friendly staff. Location was also reasonable. Happy to stay there again. |

The staff were very helpful. The room was very well kept. The breakfasts were good. The hotel advertised one price on booking.com and then charged a different one at checkout. They did this by advertising in USD and then charging in Rupia at an inflated rate. When I challenged them on this (it represented a +5% increase per day) the reception apologised saying many customers had complained about this.... Of course, this was not mentioned at any time during our stay. As we had a flight we had to pay and leave. Booking.com and The Haven need to fix this. Also, the hotel has one section still under construction, we had numerous fire alarms while staying there. They started when the workers arrived around 7am. :-( |

location Not informed that hotel had only been open a few days until arrival, no hot water available in the shower, shower flooded the bathroom and into the bedroom, hotel not fully open, swimming pool not available. Staff not aware of hotel facilities, had trouble showing me to my room, and were not knowledgable on the hotel. In the end hotel upgraded me to a suite to resolve water issue, however hotel should not yet be accepting paying guests until they sort out their teething problems. |

The hotel staffs are very warm, helpful and friendly. The room is new and clean. Hotel location is quiet and peaceful. Beach is about 10 minutes walk and there are shops just outside the hotel. It was my birthday during this trip and they even made an effort to wish me Happy Birthday when they see me and present me a chocolate cake. Very sweet of them!! It's one of the most memorable stay I ever had in all my travels. Well done! |

The Haven has moved away from the "traditional" style but still retains the real flavour of Bali. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Access to the Hotel. Good signage at the small road off of Jl. 66 is needed. and also in the lane itself. If you are not in a taxi its hard to find |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The accomodation was excellent. The only issue we had was that when we arrived at the hotel at 6pm our room wasnt ready even though we had been told we could check in after 2pm. The room was eventually available at 8pm as previous guess were still using the room. This was not good. |

We got upgraded to the one bedroom suite upon arrival, which was large and spacious. Great for our two lil tykes esp with the cable channels. The staff were exceptional and very friendly. This hotel is located at the start of Jalan Seminyak so if you are taking a taxi, you have to turn in at Jalan Double Six and then turn right into Gang Rajah. There are great restaurants nearby and if you are lazy, they will deliver for a small fee. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, as the facilities in the room was well thought of. Not enough sun at the pool area. =( |

The staff at The Haven was extremely friendly and cheerful. Cleanliness of the place is excellent. Breakfast was good as well. A definite stay at Seminyak! |

the rooms were amazing. 2 bedroom suites were huge, plasmas in every room very trendy,plenty of room to move for families.close to everything,2min to shops,5 min walk to beach...great breakfast...stafff and service were great...everything was new..lovely...we"ll be bac pool in shade most of the day if you wanted sun but beach is short walk |

It's new so it's all clean. the only down side is the bathroom.. it's very clean but the the water system is not supported well for showering. The bathtub is nicely done though. Love the design. minimalist and spacious. |

wir hatten eine 2 Bedroom Suites gebucht und erhielten ein upgrade auf die 2 Bedroom Villa. Diese war super! Daher war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ausgezeichnet. Viele der Leuchten funktionierten nicht, ansonsten sehr schön. |

Het hotel ligt gunstig, loopafstand van het strand, winkels en restaurants. De bediening en service van het hotel zijn uitstekend. Erg ruime kamers. Het is een splinternieuw hotel maar de kwaliteit van het materiaal(meubels, vloeren) is van een mindere kwaliteit. Er zitten nu al scheuren in de vloer, fineer van de meubels. Brood bij het ontbijt was niet zo goed.Er was alleen toastbrood en oud stokbrood. Weinig ligstoelen bij het zwembad, gedeelte staat heel de dag in de schaduw. Het hotel ligt in een achteraf straatje, beetje rommelig. |

Zeer net en aardig personeel. Zakelijk hotel is het meer, wij waren er ivm vakantie, zou er daarvoor niet snel terug keren. Badkamer was niet heel schoon en er hing een vreemde geur. Zwembad niet echt gezellig om bij te liggen. |

The haven is net geopend. Wij hadden een kamer in het hotel geboekt, maar omdat deze nog niet klaar waren kwamen we in een suite (voor dezelfde prijs)! Echt heel mooi en super groot. Tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Perfect ontbijt en het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Echte aanrader. |

geweldig hotel, bijna koninklijk zo luxe, heerlijke spa is wat verder van het centrum van Ubud, maar wel gratis shuttle service ieder uur, helaas niet meer na 18:00 |

房间宽敞，干净以及舒适。 酒店设施不齐全，没有商务中心，如果有急事需要用电脑上网，请记得自带电脑。设施都不是很完善，早餐也不是- 自助早餐，没有什么选择，每天都是一样的东西，而且上菜的速度很慢，要吃个早餐至少要花一个多小时的时间，- 酒店服务人员英文不是太好，让人有些失望。酒店的地点也不是很方便，走去海滩要10分钟，最近的海滩也不是- 很干净。 |
