The Kayana  

The Pool Villa was extremely spacious and well fitted out. Having our own courtyard and pool added to the sense of privacy. We didn't really have to leave the Villa. Staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. The food in the restaurant was good but not exceptional

Nothing to complain about. We did some research before hand and discovered that the access road to the newly opened w Resort runs along one side of the Kayana property. We requested a Villa on the opposite side of the complex, which we got. This was extremely peaceful. We did talk to some people who were close to the access road and they did comment on some traffic noise.

Proximity to beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Cleanliness and friendly staff.

Just the location, unless you just plan to stay and relax. Not a great place for walking distance and due to the roads being small in the area, it is a bit dangerous to walk among the cars/bikes trucks. Also bit disappointed that the pool was not heated as stated. So a bit too cold.

I love the personalized service that the staff provided. A group of them came out and sang the birthday song with a cake for my bf when I told the hotel it was his brithday. This is something that really touched me and my bf. Thank you is not enough to express how we feel

The Kayana was one of the nicest hotels I have ever visited. The staff were extremely friendly and made a first class effort to make you feel at home.

Good location if one wants to be in Seminyak.

Staff was not very friendly when we first checked in. We thought the hotel was of luxury standard when we looked at it on the website - however, it was disappointing that the service was not of that level and the interior of our villa needs re-decoration/upgrading. We were greeted with ginger ale from the can as our welcome drink - think the hotel can do better than that as we paid more than USD 300 per night.

Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä ja erittäin palvelualtista. Kaunis ylellinen design sekä yleisissä tiloissa että yksityisessä villassa. Paljon kylpytuotteita suuvettä myöten. Shuttel-service toimiva. Hedelmälautanen huoneessa päivittäin. Ilmainen iltapäivätee. Iso uima-allas yleisissä tiloissa jossa voi uida "matkaa."

Villan auringonottotila oli pieni ja varjoisa. Hotellilla ei ollut omia rantatuoleja rannalla.

La piscina junto con el jardín son muy pequeños,y además la piscina tiene el ruido del agua demasiado fuerte , lo cual te impide dormir bien,por otro lado el hotel esta bastante alejado de la zona de ocio.al irnos como habíamos roto un vaso de agua nos lo cobraron a 10 euros, lo cual me parece una vergüenza después de tener una factura de 700 euros aproximadamente,por otro lado la habitación tampoco estaba muy limpia.la ultima noche la pasamos en un bli bli residente y esta mil veces mejor con una piscina privada inmensa y ademas mucho mas céntrico y mas barato
