Friendly butler service, great location close to dining and shopping, wonderful pool villas The road to w resort goes just behind the villa we stayed in and it was slightly noisy at times. Although mosquito problems cant be controlled, it would be nice if the villa provides mosquito repellent and such.

The Pool Villa was extremely spacious and well fitted out. Having our own courtyard and pool added to the sense of privacy. We didn't really have to leave the Villa. Staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. The food in the restaurant was good but not exceptional Nothing to complain about. We did some research before hand and discovered that the access road to the newly opened w Resort runs along one side of the Kayana property. We requested a Villa on the opposite side of the complex, which we got. This was extremely peaceful. We did talk to some people who were close to the access road and they did comment on some traffic noise.

Beautiful place, friendly staff. A place to get away and hide to relax. Just the location, unless you just plan to stay and relax. Not a great place for walking distance and due to the roads being small in the area, it is a bit dangerous to walk among the cars/bikes trucks. Also bit disappointed that the pool was not heated as stated. So a bit too cold.

The layout,ambience of the villas, especially the pool villas and clensiness was excellent.The villas had everything you would need.The staff were very good. We enjoyed our stay there. The Staff at the Spa and their services were not up to the mark. Definitely needs improvement. Ambience though was excellent.The menu at the restaurant needs to be agumented to include some more vegetarian and Indian items. The chef at the restaurant and quality of food was very good. Airport pickup by the hotel, should be part of the room booking.Wi-fi speed and connectivity throughout the resort, should be done.Include a few indian TV channels, especially news.

I love the personalized service that the staff provided. A group of them came out and sang the birthday song with a cake for my bf when I told the hotel it was his brithday. This is something that really touched me and my bf. Thank you is not enough to express how we feel

ヴィラのセンスは良い。プールは小さくて泳げないけれどメインプールは広いので問題なし。部屋は清潔に保た- れ毎日蚊除けのスプレーもまいて下さり安心して眠れました。お湯も十分に出るしトイレも全く問題なく快適に- 過ごしました。

Die Ausstattung - der Service ist einfach spitze-angefangen vom persönlichen Butler, bis zum kostenlosen Shuttle Service im Gebiet Seminyak. Das die Villen durch eine Mauer voneinander abgetrennt sind, stört nicht wirklich.

Very nice villa, great service, excellent breakfast A bit noisy in the villas at the back and also didnt like the idea of the service entrance in the villa by which the staff could come in and go as they like, invades privacy.

La piscina junto con el jardín son muy pequeños,y además la piscina tiene el ruido del agua demasiado fuerte , lo cual te impide dormir bien,por otro lado el hotel esta bastante alejado de la zona de ocio.al irnos como habíamos roto un vaso de agua nos lo cobraron a 10 euros, lo cual me parece una vergüenza después de tener una factura de 700 euros aproximadamente,por otro lado la habitación tampoco estaba muy limpia.la ultima noche la pasamos en un bli bli residente y esta mil veces mejor con una piscina privada inmensa y ademas mucho mas céntrico y mas barato

Good location if one wants to be in Seminyak. Staff was not very friendly when we first checked in. We thought the hotel was of luxury standard when we looked at it on the website - however, it was disappointing that the service was not of that level and the interior of our villa needs re-decoration/upgrading. We were greeted with ginger ale from the can as our welcome drink - think the hotel can do better than that as we paid more than USD 300 per night.
