just perfect!!! yes they didn,t except the original booking cost @ $750 US they charged me $30 extra for the exchange rate ??? I payed in cash in US dollars $30 extra!!! |

the service was amazing, especially the front desk! the villa was exactly like the pictures and breakfast superb. there is no view to speak of and location is a bit of a hassle, but easily manageable via the superb complementary hotel car and driver. |

Absolutely amazing place to stay! We only had four days but it was just so fantastic. We had them pick us up at the airport and once inside the air-condition car we got given a cold bottle of water, a cool facecloth and snack food. After an overnight flight it was lovely to get this little welcome plate. The staff are really lovely and the food great. The day spa is sooo devine. It's really hard to fault this place they really have paid attention to detail - and done it well! Don't think twice, just book it! |

The staff were very warm & welcoming, exceptionally friendly and helpful and accommodating. The Villa I stayed in was beautifully maintained and was very peaceful & private. |

Fantastic place for honeymoon or any sort of stay when you'd want to enjoy privacy of your own cozy and luxurious villa. We stayed at the villa will the pool and the whole set was excellent. Having breakfast for just two of us out in the lush green garden next to the pool under the azure blue sky was breathtaking. And nights were even better. They have speakers for your iPod next to the bed too, should you bring your music collection with you to complement the relaxing atmosphere. They didn't have yoga mats and I missed my morning routine |

I enjoyed the location with proximity to SEminyak's attractions including the Breeze and La Luciola restuarants. The room was peaceful and staff were very friendly. The breakfast was average |

The staff is always friendly. Well-hidden from the hustle & bustle of Seminyak but close enough to civilization. Excellent spa and massage! Morning papers were not provided. Would be good if they have them. Red ants near the plunge pool, but since it's amongst the grass, we do understand that insects are inevitable. |

uns hat im Allgemeinen alles am "the Kayana" gefallen, besonders hervor zu heben war der sehr gute Service durch die Mitarbeiter im Hotel, es könnten für diverse Reinigungsmaßnahmen bessere Mittel verwendet werden, um wirklich alle Rückstände (z.B.Kalkflecken, oder Bettwäsche) restlos beseitigen zu können, dies würde dem Hotel einiges an Qualitäts Plus bringen!!! |

Buitengewone service, zeer vriendelijk (oprecht) personeel, prachtige en schone villa's van alle gemakken voorzien. En een heerlijk groot prive-zwembad. Kayana heeft aan alle verwachtingen meer dan voldaan! |

Hormis le prix légèrement élevé pour Bali ($360 la nuit), il n'y a pratiquement rien à redire: personnel compétent, efficace et agréable, chambre (villa avec piscine privée) comfortable, spacieuse et propre, service en chambre excellent et bon marché, endroit calme et reclus, mais à proximité de l'agitation de Seminyak. Un petit paradis de détente et de confort. |
