It had all the amenities and design of the much more expensive hotels in Bali but at a very reasonable price. The staff were really helpful, the breakfasts were good, the grounds beautiful. We had a wonderful stay. |

The villas are absolutely lovely and the staff are delightful and could really nor do enough for you. Although the location is not perfect, they offer a free car into the town, and the Kayana's driver Putu can be hired at reasonable rates to take you out for the day around the island(do not drive as there are NO rules on the roads over there!). He was typical of the excellence of the staff which made our stay such a good one The food in the veenings was pretty average but there are good restaurants literally 2 mins walk away |

Rooms are amazing in design and condition. Plunge pool was great given Bali's sticky conditions. Complementary afternoon tea was appreciated. Had a minor issue regulating the heating of the plunge pool. |

The hotel consists out of 24 luxury villas, each with own swimming pool. The villas are in modern Blainese style The breakfast could be better for this range of hotel. There are no sporting facilities |

The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and to cater to our every whim and need. The service and hospitality were unmatched. The villa was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was phenomenal with the fruit pancakes (banana etc.) being the best I have ever had in my life. Bugs tend to come into the room if doors are left open for a while. Lights in the villa need to be brighter. |

the service was amazing, especially the front desk! the villa was exactly like the pictures and breakfast superb. there is no view to speak of and location is a bit of a hassle, but easily manageable via the superb complementary hotel car and driver. |

Absolutely amazing place to stay! We only had four days but it was just so fantastic. We had them pick us up at the airport and once inside the air-condition car we got given a cold bottle of water, a cool facecloth and snack food. After an overnight flight it was lovely to get this little welcome plate. The staff are really lovely and the food great. The day spa is sooo devine. It's really hard to fault this place they really have paid attention to detail - and done it well! Don't think twice, just book it! |
