My kids love their pool. Staff are friendly . Kitchen is very useful can cook kids food. They dont have their in house restaurant.All room svc are ordered through other eateries. By the time food arrived it is always cold. |

The staff are very nice and helpful. The villa is spaciuos and comfortable. The bahtroom is impressive and to some extent it looks more luxiorous than the bedroom. It would be nice to add a TV in the dinning area. |

The facilities provided within each villa are first class and certainly lived up to our high expectations. Loved the personal pool, beautiful garden and well appointed pavilion. Great touches such as breakfast cooked within your pavilion by your maid and afternoon tea by your pool all provide a personal feel lacking in larger hotels. The staff were very attentive and professional and couldn’t have been more helpful. 2 minute walk from a great restaurant ‘Sarong’. |

The Kunja staff were the best I have ever encountered - incredibly helpful whilst being completely unobtrusive. They had a real understanding of service and seemed very happy in their work. They made the holiday. The villa itself was very private and very cool (in every sense). Although a 15 minute walk from the beach, what you lose in location is more than made up for by the peaceful and private nature of the Kunja villa site. Restaurants everywhere accessible on foot or using the excellent car service provided by Kunja. Whilst in Bali we had a look around Kayana and a couple of the beach front hotel such as the Oberoi and the Seminyak and would not hesitate to choose the Kunja after the experience we had ther |
