The Laguna, A Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali    

The hotel setting is great, with nice rooms and beautiful swimming pools. Free bottles of water was appreciated.

The quality of food is not up to the standard you would expect from this range of hotel. The juices were tasteless, as well as fruits. Restaurants are way too expensive in addition which makes eating inside the hotel really not advisable in terms of value for money. Also there were no transportation provided by the hotel to move around the area, which is quite empty. Nusa Dua can be an understandable choice for relaxing in Bali but cannot be advised for anyone wishing to feel being in Bali.

The resort was fabulous, staff very accomodating, Beachside and pool facilities outstanding. Perfect place to be able to park yourself away from the rest of what Bali has to offer, but close enough to get out and about if you want.

Luxurious accommodation, attentive staff and clean beach and pools to enjoy.

Mattress was saggy, pls check as you enter the room. Breakfast was not great and the lagoons are not interconnected like the Conrad Bali.

the pools were excellent! best pools in nusa dua! hotel is nice, lagoon rooms are the best, thees are the nicest rooms, getting something else is a loss of experience!

we booked a lagoon room but wasnt available first night because of the president being there. lots of security, and police with guns, just bad timing for us...

Huge swimming pools designed like lagoons. Beachside location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Buildings and beautiful grounds were immaculately clean and well maintained. Good cuisine in main restaurant with an excellent selection of fresh food to suit all tastes. Option to stay in resort after checking out before a late flight and use of spa showers. Excellent concierge services. 24 hour butler service.

The pools and garden areas which allow private swimming and relaxation

The rooms are dated; tv does not work correctly; more Australian sport content program's needed such as foxtel; staff should be better conversed in English especially in the service areas; cheap Australian wine over priced to such an extent that it is not worth considering a purchase; restaurants have exorbitant prices for food that is not extra special; poor choice of food if one is vegetarian or not liking seafood. Hotels close to Laguna have better food variety and more reasonable prices. Seafood bbq sub standard and poorly cooked,eg fish cooked and left on rack for up to 1 hour so when served was dry and tasteless. We have noticed on each visit that the quality of all services except those older employees to reduce on each stay

No tea/coffee maker in the room. no steam facility at fitness center

The rooms, pools, and restaurants were amazing and clean. This place was awesome to relax in, just lazing around by the pool. The place is opulently appointed, but not gaudy or over-the-top. And at night, the place is lit by amber lanterns and fiery cauldrons that look epic. The breakfast buffet is huge, and we stuffed ourselves silly every morning on a huge assortment of foods. The restaurant menus have maybe 50% exotic dishes, and 50% westernized ones (in case your travel buddy needs to get back in their comfort zone). And they're fantastic meals.

Taxis were pricey, as was the laundry fee. The Spa is expensive even by Australian standards.

It was a great stay for 14 days, nothing to add !

Great beach, fantastic spa experience

I had diarrhea and stomache after having the seafood buffet in their restaurant. Kept going to the toilet and volmitted for 4 days. But hotel refused to take any responsiblity and didnt give any assistant on medical treatment. This was not supposed to be act by such a 5- star hotel.

We loved the pool outside our room for easy accessand the staff were all extremely friendly.We also enjoyed the pampering at the spa.

We have no complaints but I would have liked an iron in the room - this was only a small concern

It took long time to check in.

The location of the hotel is very good, the huge area for swimming also make it even more amaising that it say's around 5000 meter square.

I have a problem there regarding my booking. In the website that i book i remmember i book the executive suite with lagoon access, but in the slip that i being confirm from booking.com is deluxe studio with lagoon access and they gave me deluxe room with lagoon which much smaller compare to both of the room. And the first time i complaint about that the staff insist that they have gave me the correct room and they also said they gave upgraded room. Until i have to make a overseas call to booking.com cust service it also say that it very confusing about the name of the hotel and booking.com also can't do anything much. At that night email all my confirmation letter to all the people that should give me an answer of "Who Make The Mistake??". And in the morning i recieved an email from one of the laguna manager that say they have booked my room wronggly. and i think they also have cc the email to booking.com as well. And in return they gave me to spend in the hotel a more or less Rp.862.125,-. It's not about the money it is my family holiday and i just want to give them a time to play with me in a bigger room. it just make my first 3 day's of holiday not so perfect.

The beach was clean with white sands. The room was big with complete facilities inside. The breakfast menus was variative with good taste. I really loved stay at this hotel.

Isolated and comfortable

1- tv in bedrooms need updating as many channels had voice movement and actions in delay- very offputting- This has been the same for at least 3 years- They need to really sort this out 2- Staff need to really improve on their English skills as we had trouble with quite a few staff members who had no idea what we were talking about. This is not a racist comment- as we love Bali and the Indonesian people- but noticed this particular problem on this trip. 3- Noise in corridors 4- Bed turn down every night- annoying us as we usually have a mid-afternoon nap and we forget to put the do-not-disturb sign on the door- and get rung on the buzzer-when we're sound asleep- This service is really not needed I believe once beds have been made

At first, we were put into a room that was non-smoking, however smoke was seeping into the room from the adjacent rooms making sleeping very difficult. When the manager learned of this he made all efforts to improve our stay and transferred us to a luxury Villa for the rest of our stay. This was amazing and it transformed our holiday. We would definitely come back because the villa, its decor, the private pool, the service were incredible. It was truly beautiful. So, whilst the initial experience was average, The Laguna made every effort to improve and were very polite and courteous. Also, the breakfast was amazing.

These are just a few ideas that might make a great resort even better. Coffee needs to be improved. We come from Melbourne and if you could find a good barista, with an understanding of a good espresso machine, that would be amazing. Also - menu variation. We stayed for 10 nights and while we loved eating at the restaurants, started to get a bit over the menu (which is shared between in house, Arwana and Banubiru). I think many people would prefer a more detailed, changing a la carte menu to a buffet - especially given that we have already have a buffet for breakfast

separate waste for future

A beautiful place to stay and relax. The upgrade to a lagoon suite was well worth it. So many quiet relaxing spaces around the pools and the beach is also beautiful.

The only thing that was less than excellent were the breakfasts. They were good - but just not quite up to the standard of the rest of the resort. I think I am probably just being a bit 'picky' here though.

old resort, no free transportation

The Laguna is een fantastisch hotel, een oase van rust en luxe. Alles is geweldig: de zwembaden, het strand, de kwaliteit van de restaurants, het ontbijt, de gym, de heerlijk ingerichte en comfortabele kamers. The Laguna is ook een beeldschoon hotel. Aan alle details is gedacht.

对于前台员工弄错了的我房费记录，在没有询问我的情况下，私自申请扣除押金，我感到很生气。因为实际上我是- 当天check in的时候就付清了所有的房费。
