Very comfortable hotel with great services. A little bit far from centre of Ubud but hotel shuttle goes every hour so no problem with that. Hotel staff was one of the best I met at Bali. |

The rooms were very spacious and villas nicely located around the resort. Staff was very polite and helpful but they did appear to be a bit inexperienced at times. The restuarant was expensive but ee enjoyed our meal in the restuarant. The best pool (Sunrise Pool) was located along the far side of the hotel and access was either thru the reception or along the front of the buildings. It would have been more practical to have access from the rear of the buildings or from the other pool. |

The dinner was fantastic. My compliments to the chef The spa (jacuzzi ) was not private as mentioned and the shower in the room was only a stream from a hose, no shower head. |

the opportunity to plan a spa program, very few people so it was a quiet place to be, 2 swimming pools the shuttle schedule not enought schedules and moreover the schedule was not followed |

The staff was very pleasant and the room was comfortable. I had a problem with the toilet being visible from all parts of the room. The description of the room as a "suite" was inappropriate. It was one room with a bed, 2 chairs, a television and a desk and no wall between that area and the bathroom. |

This hotel was very comfortable, relaxed and the staff were courteous and helpful. I would stay there again. The only thing i would say is that there should be a noon shuttle service to Ubud |

L'endroit est typiquement balinais et semble hors du temps. Le personnel est très gentil et au petits soins pour la clientèle. Nous avons apprécié la navette car l'hotel est en dehors d'Ubud. L'hôtel n'est pas au centre de la ville. Il devrait y avoir un buffet pour le petit-déjeuner. |

Het is een bijzonder hotel door z'n kunst en gallerie uistraling heeft het iets apparts. Het hotel is kleinschalig opgezet dus niet veel kamers. Als je even 1 nachtje als tussenstop wilt houden is dit een ideaal hotel. Dus voor je rust is dit zeker een aanrader. Het hotel straalt een soort gallerie achtig en kunstzinnige sfeer uit dus een artistieke sfeer. Verder hebben ze heerlijk spa & welness centre met goede massages. Het hotel is prima. Enige nadeel is dat buiten het hotel niks te beleven valt. Het is enkel op toerisme ingesteld dus veel prut winkeltjes en weinig culturele bezienswaardigheden. Voor doorreis prima 1 nachtje is meer dan voldoende. Niet geschikt voor mensen die voor hun rust en gezelligheid komen. Het dorpje Ubud hadden wij zeker niet zo toerischtisch en chaotisch verwacht maar juist rustig hellaas. |

Tout, tout est absolument magnifique..l'emplacement, le jardin éxotique, les chambres, le calme, la nourriture, le service,L'hôtêl était autrefois une galerie d'art est de ce faît il est magnifiquement décoré avec des oeuvres d'art exposées dans tous l'hôtel. A recommander..trop beau ! |

les chambres sont tres biens oui, plusieurs: deja, personnel tres inegal et souvent indifferent aux demandes. de plus, on ne se sent pas bienvenu dans l hotel contrairement aux autres hotels a bali. le service n est pas au niveau des 5 etoiles, tout est payant et pretentieux, pas de vrais avantages |
