The Radiant Hotel & Spa  

Its close to the airport. Our flight home was scheduled for 1.20am the next day. Staff are helpful, but you have to be firm in having your request met.

We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the airport and offer of airport shuttle included in the tarif. I requested a quiet room and a bathroom with bathtub. From the photos on the net it seemed ideal. The alley way to the hotel was dismal,full of pot holes. On arrival while registering, I asked if the room was the same as the one shown on the net and their brochure, which clearly showed a bathtub. We were told no, I pointed out that the photos of the room booked clearly showed a tub. It was also the most expensive advertised. The room was changed to one with a tub, on inspection of the bathroom I found excretia on the toilet seat and the bathtub looked like it hadn't been scrubbed from several previous users. The whole bathroom looked dirty. When a cleaner was sent I requested to be moved to another room as I was not happy with the state of the room. I had to go to reception and ask to see the manager. We were moved to a much larger room with a sitting room and jacuzzi, the jets of the jacuzzi looked quite dirty as well. We did not use the tub and wore thongs in the shower, the sheet also had a stain. The hotel is shabby run down and basically dirty. The staff are trying to do their best with what they have, but it's not a place I would ever choose to stay in again or recommend.

The location is fairly closed by the Ngurah Rai Internation Airport, Bali and that is quite covenient if you have any business appointment within the airport vicinity. It's also closed with Kuta Beach area where you can find many choices of night life (bar, life music, etc). The hotel surrounding is quite thus it's good for family and those who prefer peaceful athmosphere. It's kind a bungalow type where you have room with garden and tress surrounding the area.

Entrance is in poor condition and it was not easy to find the hotel location as it's indeed located a bit remote. Seems the resto or bar only opened up to 0900 P.M.

Very good. We liked the facilities. The breakfast is compatible with the hotel. We liked self service. Two swimming pools that virtually allowed to have a privacy

Staff great, Shuttle pick up timely, room very clean and great stay for near teh airport if transferring the next day or two, breakfast good

The access road for entry into the hotel was horrible.

Very close to the airport for late flight arrivals. Clean and tidy well furnished rooms and nice buffet breakfast.

Rooms very bright in the morning. No blackout blinds.

Hotel hodně starý a zašlý, staré vybavení. Cesta k hotelu hodně nepříjemná. Na pokoji jsem našla švába. Hodně špatná a chudá snídaně!!!

Leuk hotel lokatie is minder erg slechte weg om te bereiken . Hotel personeel erg vriendelijk ontbijt netjes niet simpel niet overdreven geen lopend buffet. Leuk hotel voor een overnachting als je laat land op Bali en de dag erna optijd weg wilt..

Just right for closeness to Airport. Not worth more than one night stay.
