The Radiant Hotel & Spa  

The staff were very efficient and friendly. The rooms were very spacious, clean and very comfortable

We had lunch at the hotel when we arrived. The food was very poor, for example, my son was served a frozen pizza. A small lunch for 4 cost almost $75 which is very poor value.

This hotel is in a quiet location, there was no noisy youth and rooms were spacious and clean. Managed by an excellent group of staff and good value for money.I Would highly recommend to family & friends.

The hotel was very quiet though there seemed to be plenty of guests arriving and departing.Great for a quiet holiday or a special occosion.There was a shuttle to Discovery Plaza Kuta twice a day and it was very efficient on arrival and departure. There was also a pick up and return service to the Airport

The breakfast was reasonably poor.The food was usually cold and the selection was minumun of content.

Although a little out of Kuta, this Hotel is very comfortable and modern. The staff and rooms are excellent and the pools very good also. Their customer service is very high and they help if ever needed or when called upon for anything even minor. I would certainly stay at this Hotel again.

The Breakfast was all designed for the asian market. Western food was not really considered but after speaking to management I think this will be a priority on their list for change. They were very positive in trying to cater for all groups that stay there, and extremely receptive to my feedback.

Very good. We liked the facilities. The breakfast is compatible with the hotel. We liked self service. Two swimming pools that virtually allowed to have a privacy

My husband and I loved it's peacefulness and tranquility. The surroundings were beautiful, the restaurant was well presented, the staff were fantastic. We were supposed to stay somewhere else for the last 2 nights of our trip but after 1 night, went back to The Radiant. It was our first trip away from the kids and it was everything we wanted.

The only negative was if you got to breakfast late, the food was a bit cold as the warmers didn't really keep the food warm and fresh pots of coffee would have been great. But othersie great!

Very close to the airport for late flight arrivals. Clean and tidy well furnished rooms and nice buffet breakfast.

Rooms very bright in the morning. No blackout blinds.

The hotel's free airport shuttle was convenient and prompt, and the swimming pools are nice. It is a good place to stay if you are flying in or out of Denpasar and don't plan to be there long.

The room was not very clean, there were no toiletries provided (not even soap) and the towels and sheets were not very clean.

The SPA treatment is 100 times thumbs up!!!! You should try if U ever to stay there. Room are clean and staff are friendly.

The variety not so much for the breakfast buffet. I was fall to sick during the stay, and was looking for porridge, but they did not serve that. And, we need to pre-order if we want the food other than from the menu.

My Girlfriend and I paid about $25 dollars each, and checked in to a room that was worth way more. The bed was very comfortable, and over all, the room looked classy. I was surprised when i first walked in. Breakfast was great as well; you will have someone cooking your eggs, and a whole buffet to choose from (cereal, pancakes, fresh fruits). You also have a really nice pool to hang out in and swim after a full day of heat and sweat!

I didn't like the fact that no taxi knew where it was! It is hidden, and you have to take this awful road to get to it! You have to take a taxi, you absolutely can't walk there.
