Free shuttle to town and airport; close proximity to airport Exchange rate from US$ to Rupiah was exceedingly high. Waitress at breakfast had 'sour' disposition but rest of staff very friendly; poor maintenance of rooms. |

The hotel is luxury, with Nice rooms and à good swimming pool. The hotel personnel could do à training in hospitality, although this seems more common when travelling to big hotels in Indonesia. The rooms are missing some details. For example, there is à water cooker, but no power plug :). Not à big problem, but one would expect this for these rates. |

very clean modern hotel, bit out off the way,but free transport 10am /12pm/3pm/5pm,also free airport tranfares, breakfast good for asia people,poor for non asia people,resturant cooking very poor,Ihad snapper for tea the first night,was pink and,uncooked inside,last meal Ihad their To quite for my likeing,no one spoke to each other for the 8 days i stayed,no one stayed at the hotel during the daytime,may suite some people |

The hotel was fairly new and clean. The internet was horrible and very difficult to use. The were too many mosquitoes in the sitting areas which made trying to use the internet even more annoying. |

just convenient to be near the airport, room was quite good for the price. I was not picked up from the airport as promised, staff could barely speak English, breakfast was awful, no reason to stay here unless like me you just have a quick overnight stop in Bali en route elsewhere. |

We needed a hotel next to the airport, because we went to Labuhanbajo the next day. The breakfast was good, we got free transport to the airport.The staff was very friendly. |

The location of the hotel is completely "off-track", in a small alley-way. Not your typical "airport-hotel" location. Completely overpriced by Asian (or even European) standards. |

The common areas seemed nice. The linens, bed and decor were nice. They provided us with a boxed breakfast for our early morning flight. Front desk staff = horrible. Given a room with 2 double beds and told it was because we did not request 1 bed eventhough I showed them the request typed into the booking request.The person asked what currency to be charged in and then charged in local currency despite a request to pay in usd. Had very little sleep bc they played the World Cup final ridiculously loud in the lobby and, from what I could see, only the staff were watching and yelling loudly. The hotel is quite far from the main strip and is accessible down a series of dark, unpaved roads. We requested an airport transfer the night before and came to the front desk 15 minutes early to check-out, but after 30 min, no taxi arrived & staff took us to airport. |

I liked that it was close to the airport and it was easy to get to the airport for an early flight out. The staff were unsure of what they were doing when we arrived and they only had one room booked for us. The hotel was a long way from a main street and it was difficult to find. The room was not clean it still had hair on the floor in the bathroom and the shower recess was dirty. A rooster woke us up in the morning also. |

The bedroom was comfortable. There was no spa (ready towards end 2010) although the name of the hotel suggests so. The bathroom needs in improvement in particular the bath area, as the walls are stained. Insects, especially mosquitos can enter the room via the ventilation holes in the wall in the bath area. There was no mini bar although there was coffee and tea-making facility. |

Beautiful hotel, all area very stylish. Rooms have all comforts of home inc tv with international channels/ DVD player. Location is slightly out of main shopping/bar area however shuttle service is avaliable and taxis are very cheap. Hotel could improve selection of basic food avaliable on menu i.e.sandwiches, pizzas etc. |

Hotel staff is nice. Location is good for anyone who want to stay for flight connecting since it taks around five minutes to go to teh airport [free tarnsfer offered]. -They did not offer to carry the bag at all. Breakfast had limited choices. No map of hotel or hotel card was available, and that's why hwen I got lost, I faced difficulties to tell taxi where is the hotel location. You should know that this is very new hotel, no show on the map at all. Internet connection in my room was not so good, keep disconnected. |

The staff We booked for 8 nights and checked out after 1. The hotel is new and some facilities are not finished. It is a fairly modern hotel but lacks the "Balinese" feel. The room we were in was very small and the bathroom below standard (only just enough room for the toilet and shower, the sink is in another section of the room). The location is dreadful - down a long, dark, seedy, potholed "lane" and is within walking distance of nothing. If you are only in Bali as a one night stopover this Hotel may suit you - otherwise there is much better around for the same money. |
