The Radiant Hotel & Spa    

The staff were helpful. Especially the lady in the restaurant. She let us know that even though we were leaving the hotel at 5am we would still be able to have breakfast in the form of a 'lunch box' or as we found out after some enquiries they actually have 24 hour room service and would make us breakfast at any time. We stayed here because we had been staying in Ubud and thought it prudent to find a hotel near the airport for our early morning flight. Not sure we really needed to be quite so close in the end because the streets were fairly deserted at 5am! Better safe than sorry. We had a two hour spa treatment that included the best massage I had during our ten day stay...however the jacuzzi is one of the negatives- in all a nights accommodation, a massage each and breakfast each plus drop off to the airport cost $85 australian, more than fair.

First negative was trying to find the place, it is down tiny little back streets with some very shabby looking places, I feared that we may have to abandon this hotel and try for a more expensive hotel last minute. But when we found it we were presently surprised. It is quite shabby and although the owners concept is for minimalism it is quite sparse and bare and can seem a bit unwelcoming along the corridors. However it was just clean enough and the food was quite good at the little restaurant, I wasn't sure if we could trust it or not but it was fine. But don't try the spa the water just didn't feel fresh to me and it was deep down under the hotel in a cave like room and it smelt musty in there I had to get out quite quickly, it was a bit claustrophobic for me too.

The drivers were very friendly.

The receptionist and manager had multiple organization and communication problems.They should have a strict rule of no AmEx if they are going to have so many issues with it. When I said I would pay the remaining balance, they charged the entire amount to my card.

The setting at Radiant Hotel & Spa was very nice. We were there only one night. Our room was just off the pool so was very relaxing, just what we needed. We choose this hotel because it was close to the airport and had a shuttle as we had a early plane to catch. The staff was very friendly and more then willing to accommodate anything we wanted. They had a box breakfast ready for us in the morning.

- very near to the airport, - airport pick-up service at no cost - free shuttle to Discovery Shopping Centre; - very clean - value for money accomodation

- check-out at 12.00 noon sharp. They should be flexible especially if the room is not booked for the next customer.

the location is not very interesting : a car is necessary to get there. Good location if you go to the airport. there were stains on the sheets.

Was great - staff were lovely and the hotel was nice and quiet.

It was a bit out of the way (down a dark alleyway) but it opens up into the hotel, which is absolutely lovely.

Very pleasant, comfortable and welcoming

The location is fairly closed by the Ngurah Rai Internation Airport, Bali and that is quite covenient if you have any business appointment within the airport vicinity. It's also closed with Kuta Beach area where you can find many choices of night life (bar, life music, etc). The hotel surrounding is quite thus it's good for family and those who prefer peaceful athmosphere. It's kind a bungalow type where you have room with garden and tress surrounding the area.

Entrance is in poor condition and it was not easy to find the hotel location as it's indeed located a bit remote. Seems the resto or bar only opened up to 0900 P.M.

posizione comoda vicino all'aeroporto e navetta gratuita. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte prima della partenza.

Non vicinissimo alla parte piu' turistica e movimentata quindi non so se lo consiglierei per tutta la durata del soggiorno a bali

Proximité avec l'aéroport et la ville de Kuta, rien a redire .

Locatie, dichtbij vliegveld (ik moest slapen en doorvliegen). Hotel shuttle die punctueel haalde en bracht.

Wifi werkte niet. Restaurant had grootste moeite Engels te begrijpen en in beweging te komen.

Hotel uitgezocht omdat het dicht bij het vliegveld ligt. Hotel is goed te bereiken en bied luxe.

Veel muggen. Zowel in de airco kamers als rond om het hotel.

Mijn verblijf in het hotel was maar van korte duur maar het ziet er allemaal erg mooi uit en rustgevend

kolam renangnya amat kecil ( tidak seperti di foto yang terlihat nesar ) , breakfast selalu sama setiap hari , jadi bosan, daerahnya jauh dari pusat keramaian dan melewati jalan yang sepi dan cukup gelap

Tres bon accueil malgré mon arrivée tardive et le personnel du roomservice très agréable.

L'accueil du personnel est très bien

+ very close to the airport, super convenient during transfer from/to airport + clean + nice design + comfortable + very helpful staff, doing everything to make the stay for our 1-year old baby comfortable and friendly + well equipped rooms + free transfer from/to airport (make sure you inform them in advance as there is NO shuttle bus from the airport, only pick up) + free shuttle bus to/from the Kuta city + great value for money

- very expensive restaurant (also be aware of 21% plus plus)

L hotel est très bien situé car près de l aéroport.

Propreté des chambres insuffisante. Petit déjeûner moyen.
