Great location, accommodating staff.

Hotel is worn out, especially the furniture. Bed kept making noise all the time, even after changing the room. Other furniture was also shaky, had to call the hotel staff 4-5 times to fix few things. Pool is very small.

Location is amazing. It is situated at the centre of Kuta. You dont need taxi if you stay here because everywhere are reachable.

We stayed in Deluxe room. Room is spacious and comfortable but there is no window. Air conditioning is superb!

Free upgrade from superior room to deluxe room! Friendly staff, and comfort huge bed! Location is wonderful, walking distance to Matahari, Discovery mall & beach and so on.

Wifi is only available at some specific areas only. Room 208's bath tub had problem, made the floor wet at all time. Small pool.

Staff always greeting you, making you feel welcome. Pool big enough size, quiet. Food at the restaurant was good. Location close to alot, beach, shopping, nightlife.

No wifi in the rooms, took a while for staff to attend to your room if you need something, sometimes not answer the phone at night.

Close to Kuta market, and hence the beach. Staff were friendly and happy to chat. Nothing seemed a problem for them.

management and staff are very nice and helpful. All the facilities there are good and useful.......

Room view I asked for higher floor but got at 2nd with just wall view....

We stayed here only one night, before leaving Bali, because it's very close to the airport. For this it was perfect. Nothing special, but offered a correct room for a very good price. I think this was the best value I ever got for 50$.

We didn't like Kuta, it was too busy for us, but of course this is not the fault of the hotel.

The couple spa was very nice yet budgeting. The location was wonderful. Everything in Kuta was within walking distance. Nice and cheap restaurant. Close to convenient store and many restaurants near by. The room was clean and spacious.

The car service seemed to be overpriced by a particular staff.

The hotel was clean and value for the price.

Swimming pool is bad

Unpersonalized wi-fi (common lounge wi-fi). Personal individual wi-fi in room would be great..

The location is great; a block from the beach and in the middle of tons of restaurants and shopping. Only a $3 US cab fare to the airport and the facilities are less than a year old.

We were on the west side of the building and the residential neighbors had a couple of noisy dogs that barked at all hours of the day and night. Even after mentioning it to the staff, they did not offer to move us. One day we received a note under our door that the water to the entire building was going to be off for half a day. There was no offer to compensate us for our inconvience. There is a hotel across the street that can be had for about half the price of this one.

Thanks for free upgrade From standard to deluxe^^ Large clean room. Staff are great & friendly. Very nice location, near from kuta beach, hardrock, legian. If u looking for motorcycle rent, u can choose around of the hotel. If u looking for balinese massage with hot stone, u can looking at the front of hotel with green billboard very nice, relax & cheap.

Breakfast menu could have been better. No hands rail / non slip texture on the bathup floor, it makes the bathup very slippery. Has mosquitos..

The service provided is excellant. We are welcomed and served with friendly smile and superb service.

a very nice value for money hotel, i enjoyed my stay in the clean spacious room, I always wondered how they picked their staff so friendly with that wide lovely smile, the hotel ideally located, supermarket (circle k) few meters away with 24 hours service, nice breakfast variety( local & international.

the slippery bathroom after showers, they should do something to prevent spitting water from path tube, path slippers are needed urgently, lobby and corridors where you can find internet are not air-conditioned, any, pool is a large Jacuzzi size,or a fountain not a real pool. any way non were a disturbance to my holiday, but you should be ready not to be surprised.

The room was very modern, luxurious and spacious. The staff really go out of their way to help you. The restaurant is good for food and very reasonable. This Hotel is just far enough from the main strip in Kuta so you don't hear any noise. Beautiful Spa also in hotel.

The swimming pool is small and sunbathing area only large enough for 2 people.
