The location is great; a block from the beach and in the middle of tons of restaurants and shopping. Only a $3 US cab fare to the airport and the facilities are less than a year old.

We were on the west side of the building and the residential neighbors had a couple of noisy dogs that barked at all hours of the day and night. Even after mentioning it to the staff, they did not offer to move us. One day we received a note under our door that the water to the entire building was going to be off for half a day. There was no offer to compensate us for our inconvience. There is a hotel across the street that can be had for about half the price of this one.

Thanks for free upgrade From standard to deluxe^^ Large clean room. Staff are great & friendly. Very nice location, near from kuta beach, hardrock, legian. If u looking for motorcycle rent, u can choose around of the hotel. If u looking for balinese massage with hot stone, u can looking at the front of hotel with green billboard very nice, relax & cheap.

Breakfast menu could have been better. No hands rail / non slip texture on the bathup floor, it makes the bathup very slippery. Has mosquitos..

The service provided is excellant. We are welcomed and served with friendly smile and superb service.

a very nice value for money hotel, i enjoyed my stay in the clean spacious room, I always wondered how they picked their staff so friendly with that wide lovely smile, the hotel ideally located, supermarket (circle k) few meters away with 24 hours service, nice breakfast variety( local & international.

the slippery bathroom after showers, they should do something to prevent spitting water from path tube, path slippers are needed urgently, lobby and corridors where you can find internet are not air-conditioned, any, pool is a large Jacuzzi size,or a fountain not a real pool. any way non were a disturbance to my holiday, but you should be ready not to be surprised.

The room was very modern, luxurious and spacious. The staff really go out of their way to help you. The restaurant is good for food and very reasonable. This Hotel is just far enough from the main strip in Kuta so you don't hear any noise. Beautiful Spa also in hotel.

The swimming pool is small and sunbathing area only large enough for 2 people.

I like the Friendliness of the staffs, the room is big and clean with wide bed as I requested, breakfast is OK, and they gave us room upgrade for free.

The towels is old

The close proximity to beaches, airport and shopping malls. Pleasant staff. Guest computers in the lobby.

bathroom had poor shower construction resulting in a lot of water on the floor, no hand-rails and no non-slip textures on the tub floor. I slipped once knocking my wife to the floor with me. Hotel food was inferior to nearby mall food especially the Nasi Goreng. No wifi in the 2nd floor room.

large clean room, excellent service from staff ready to meet any request, close to the beach and like a million restaurants, decent price, overall amazing quality for the money.

Good value for money. The king size bed is very comfortable. Good location. Nearby has spa which is cheaper than the one in hotel.

The Superior Double Room is very small. And it's at the 1st floor, not the same as the description said in the 2nd floor. So the balcony is useless since the only thing we can see is a wall. Has mosquito.

4 stars,,no way,,did not like this place at all,,,bed bugs,,dirty towels,smelly water,,no English speaking staff. Never again. Location good close to kuta square etc.

With a great customer service that we have got from them. We really enjoyed our stay in there and also with their friendly staff always helping while needed.

There is no WIFI connection in our room

It was close to kuta beach about 5 min by walking. If you dont like local food there is McDonal's and kfc close to the hotel.

Just its swimming pool was small and we did not use it.

The location, definitely! Free upgrade of my standard room to a deluxe room! Lcd Cable tv! Reception desk staff are friendly and helpful!

Building is not well-maintained, considering it's only a few years old - off-aligned toilet door, splitting door frame. Their housekeeping is also poor - rusty clothes hangers, dead cockroaches (I killed 3 in my 1 week stay!) Not cleared, toothpaste stain on the wash basin counter not cleaned. Pin code of safe box suddenly got changed/reset by itself, on my fourth day, and I couldn't open it with the pin code I have been using for the past 3 days.
