Perfect for our honeymoon! A very enjoyable experience in every single aspect of our stay there. Amazing luxury and the kindness of all the staff is remarkable. The villa with private swimming pool is my best experience in any hotel. Great! If you do not like stairs, don't come here. Otherwise is a good way to do some exercise (they carry your luggage for you, so it's not a big deal).

El increíble paisaje desde tu cama al despertarse. El hotel es el mejor de Ubud y es perfecto para tres noches en las que visitar el centro de la isla. Es impresionante desde que entras pero tu villa es una habitación enorme con cama de 2,5 metros. Totalmente acristalada con lo que las vistas del valle del río Ayung son de película. Te sientes como si estuvieras literalmente en la selva. La Villa también tiene una sala de estar y un gran cuarto de baño con ducha y una bañera para tres personas ademas de la impresionante piscina privada desbordante literalmente colgada del precipicio a los pies de la habitación. Te ponen una cuna muy chula para el bebe de madera estilo balinés aunque hay muchas escaleras por todo el hotel para andar de un lado para otro con el carrito. Desayuno muy bueno. Te van a buscar al aeropuerto gratis si estás tres noches y después te devuelven al hotel que quieras del sur de la isla o al revés. Un lujo. Los ascensores necesitan una pequeña renovación.

Architecture de l'hôtel, magnifique vue de l'hôtel sur la rivière et paysages, grande chambre avec belle piscine privée Hôtel trop grand, chambre à la décoration vieillissante, restauration chère et pas forcement de qualité, et surtout accueil très impersonnel et froid.

사진으로 보는 것보다 훨씬 멋있습니다. 다른 풀빌라에 비해 수영장이 월등히 넓습니다. 힐링빌라에 묵었는데, 풀빌라에 비해 상당히 넓은 듯 합니다. 아주 만족합니다. 실내에서는 욕조에서 샤워해야 합니다. 따로 샤워시설이 욕조밖에 없어서 당혹하스럽긴 했습니다. 샤워시설이 야외에 있습니다.

酒店房间内挂着纱幔的大床很浪漫。巴厘岛最顶级的SPA近在咫尺。 酒店设计是巴厘皇室风，比较古旧的设计，单身入住容易产生害怕的感觉。

fantastic view. it was like a heaven. the service was not as good as this kind of expensive hotel is supposed to be. especially staff's attitude was unpleasant and they kept asking me to do a tour. it was very annoying.

Excellent for tranquility relaxation. Beautiful traditional balinese ambience. Great service from staff. The food was also very nice, although breakfast are not a buffet style, choice of halal breakfast also quite limited. Honeymoon setup was perfect and free in my case, so you'd better order it when booking. Also the private pool in my villa was very private although the water was rather on the cool side.. Bath tub should have a jacuzzi function, insects and bees, choice of breakfast, large premises means lots of walking.
