In realtà è stato in generale sotto tutti I punti di vista deludente. Tra le receptionist ce n'era una che parlava un po' d'italiano. Camera spaziosa

Era stato scelto solo per la relativa vicinanza all'aeroporto, siccome a surabaya era previsto solo un pitstop. Zanzare in camera molto fameliche più che in foresta in borneo. Ho dovuto mettere l'autan per dormire. Lenzuola sporche. La zona nei dintorni è piuttosto brutta quindi per spostarsi si deve prendere il taxi. è in un piccolo centro commerciale quindi dove ci sono un paio di fastfood

The price & the location were great!

The bathroom shower was not well-maintained - there was mold around the perimeter and the drain was so slow,that showering was a problem.

The view from the 7th floor was excellent. The personel was very kind and helpfull.

Located just around the mosque, so at 4am there was a terrible noise. Windows did not open, so we couldn't get rid of the unpleasant smell. The city doesn't have much to offer, fortunately it was only a transit for us.

Brand new, very clean and spacious.

Helpful English speakimg staff. Excellent gym and nice pool. Great clean room, comfy bed. And cooking area in the room.

The food court closes a little early.

A comfortable hotel with helpful staff, I espcially thank 'Nina' (reception mananger) for her help.

strict check in time at 02:00 pm imagine if we're on 5 hours flight then on arrival at the hotel they said "you have to wait 2 hours before you can check in" ridiculous

The room was good and clean. Internet easily accessed in the room.

No tooth brush neither tooth paste provided, fortunately I got mine. The reception of the TV was poor.

The room is nice and clean and there's a starbuck and restuarant nearby. Also the wi-fi is good.

We had some problem for check in via booking. Seem like staff can't find ours, so they take long time to find us the available room and air con didn't work well for room 1720.

Quality, secure accommodation with many handy restaurants in the arcade on the bottom two floors. Staff very helpful, shuttle bus available to shopping mall and airport.

Situated opposite the university, the eating places mostly catered for students, but that was not a problem for us.

Neat room, neat concept i.e. stove is available for in room cooking. Preferable location, outskirts Surabaya; easy access to Juanda and Bunguraseh Terminal.

The room facilities, the air conditioning unit is not suitable for the room. Perhap it is not strong enough to cool the room. The other thing is the towel! Supply sufficient clean towels.

the location is not close to the city center

Easy access to the airport and to the highways if you are not staying long in Surabaya. Lively with all the students from St Peters University and inexpensive food.

It was rather, nothing great but nothing bad about it.

The hot water runs out after a while, don't take long showers or you'll be in the cold.

The price and quality

Taxi is needed to city centre, about 50.000,00 rp.

location close to juanda airport

what i get not the same as what they offered. i did not get any slipper, electric kettle. the balcony can not be locked.

Close to the airport, just off the new highway. Comfortable and clean. Nice view of the city from the upper levels. Starbucks and other restaurants are located in the same building. Located close to the City of Tomorrow mall. Easy to get a taxi from in the front of the hotel.

Breakfast was not included with the price of room. Food for purchase was easily accessible, however.

The room and the place

There's one girl (at the reservation) is so noisy and have no good attitude for a professional staff and she's not good staff for a good place.
