The pool was gorgeous and the villa felt like a high class resort

Friendly service from the reception, especially Arie and Yani.

It was quite frustrating to get a timely feedback through email from the resort. They explained that their internet connection is poor at the island. Location of the resort is a bit out from the main strip. Need to walk further.

We loved the upgrade to a superior room, outdoor bathroom, amazing breakfast and the beautiful pool. We ate at the restaurant a few times at lunch and it was really good.

Beautiful rooms, right on the beach, really nice breakfast. Overall a fantastic stay.

Good quality villas with frendly, ready to help and English speaking staff. Tasty breakfasts, always fresh meal. There ara perfect lounge places in restaurant and breakfast cafe. If we go to Gili T again we most likely will stay in the hotel.

Wi-Fi Internet time to time was not efficient. Small swimming pool, about WxL: 3m x 12m.

I took my two daughters and we really loved our stay at the resort. They had great satff and it was it a excellent location. Just out of the main hussle and bussell. The food was all very nice and priced well and everyone was more than happy to make your stay the best they could. We are all ready sorting our next trip back to Gilli T. Thanks guys

i like the trawangan resort, i like room design and they have good service. this resort is so comportble, i will stay again in this resort sometime..

The 2 bedroom villa is beautiful. Lovely bedrooms and living area. Lovely and private.

The towels were threadbare and tiny. Intermittent and weak wifi.

Everything except wifi connection which was very problematic. Not the fault of the hotel I was told as there was work going on somewhere in West Java (?). staff tried to fix problem but it seemed it was out of their control. Everything else was great.

Out of the main area of GT, but only a short walk away. Glad I visited Gilli Trawangan but would not go there again.

It's old and tired, going by the images the pool looked much larger than it was. The wifi connection was non existent. Staff were friendly but didn't have much idea about running a hotel. Don't really think they should call themselves a resort.

Great facilities. Gorgeous outside bathroom. Friendly staff. Very very QUIET!

It was a little far out. Even though the island is small it would have been nicer to be a little closer to everything else.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were lovely and the room with its private pool was fabulous.

Their restaurant could be improved

Nicely located away from the busy main street but still in walking distance. Rooms are ok. Restaurant at the accommodation and at the beach are nice and food is nice.

Complex has large corridors that do not make it attractive. Airconditionings are right above the beds making is very uncomfortable to sleep under, also because there a no blankets. Leaving the airco off is no option. Beach in front of the hotel is nice but difficult to swim in with low-tide.

We stayed at the 2 bedroom villa and we loved our private pool. The size was also quite ok compared to others we had at other villas. The breakfast was great, was very nice that you could just order whatever and how much you wanted. The location is just right, close enough to the restaurants so you can walk there but far enough so you're not bothered by the noise (except for the full moon party which we could hear going on all night, but then again it's just for one night).

The communal pool at the restaurant was very small. We couldn't access wifi in our villa. We booked the transport from the Lombok airport which cost almost 1M each way. However we needed two horse carts for our luggage, which they charged us 50K extra for... I think it's not so customer friendly that they charge you that even though you already paid quite a lot for the transport and they could have known in advance that 4 adults + 2 kids + luggage would never fit in one horse carriage.

The private pool, but they do not clean it every day, so it has leafs from the trees always. Lots of cloride in the water.

Too expensive for the facilities offered. All the staff are teenagers. Poor breakfast, and bad quality. To go to the hotel from Gili T restaurants you have to cross 5min walking in absolute darkness. No wi-fi in the villas, only in the restaurant. The wi-fi in the restaurant has a very bad connection, and pulls you out every 5min, more or less. We dont recommend it, sorry.

We booked the two bedroom villa and it was perfect. I was very sick when we got here so i spent a lot of time in the room! It is extremely comfortable, clean, modern and overall great! I would highly recommend this resort!

Our lives were put at risk by the close proximity of building works above our path to the villa. We had to insist on being moved. The workers could also see into our villa and bathroom. The plumbing/water supply was filthy brown in colour at times. The villas represent extremely poor value for money.

The trawangan resort is lovely and peaceful staff very friendly. The outdoor bathroom was a real novelty and the room adequate for our needs. The downsides were it was a long walk from the main strip around 10 minutes along a sandy path which was unlit at night. The pool was very small and shady and the bar was never open in fact we never saw anyone else around the pool. Unfortunately they don't have any sun beds at all do it wasn't possible to sit around the pool really except for one cushioned cabana in the middle. We were on the island for the diving which was amazing so didn't spend much time in the hotel so wasnt a problem really. Would probably try another resort next time! Blue Marlin dive were great English speaking and small groups would recommend meno wall thousands of fish awesome!

The villas and the personal pools are nice and well kept.

A construction site in front of the hotel (probably an extension being built) generated a significant portion of noise during daytime, which would have made us reconsider the booking had we known it.

We enjoyed the private pool which is deep compared to other villas. Cleanliness and tree house access provided by the hotel.

We paid for a 2 bedroom villa just for myself and my partner, we willing to pay the extra price for more space. On arrival check in was prompt, staff showed us to our 2 bedroom villa however he asked me what room my partner and I planned to stay in and so I chose bedroom A. He then insisted that I did not need the key to the other room which we have booked and paid for. I found it rather odd so the next day I complained to the front desk that I am paying for 2 rooms not one and they agreed to give me the other key to unlock the other bedroom. Really annoying. Food is ok, room service is timely. Breakfast is limited, we only enjoyed the pancakes. Front desk staff seem unfriendly they do not greet you and calling front desk is a nightmare, they never pick up. Waiter and waitresses in the front beach bar are nice and friendly though. Air con is noisy and I disliked that our villa overlooked the palm tree field. Tourist and locals regularly walked passed and had full view and/or access to our villa. I felt unsafe at night. All in all I could not justify why I paid over $1200 aud for 4 nights here. Wish I stayed at ko-ko-mo or ombak villa
