the privacy in the Villa and the private pool. there were many mosquitos in the living rooms area and bed room during the night and the mosquito coil does not help much |

The staff were really enthusiastic and tried to be helpful Despite their enthusiasm the restaurant staff had not received adequate training (eg no butter with toast, no milk with tea, couses delivered out of sequence and not coordinated) |

Exellent value for money. Staff spoke good English and were very helpful. The pictures of the hotel are accurate unlike some other hotels we stayed in Bali. The breakfast options were limited but that meant a quicker service and was of good quality. |

The best of the hotels i have ever been .......in the last 15 years i have travelled almost every part of the world but trust me people this hotel is the best hotel i have been ........ No complaints No Criticism ....I m all praise for this hotel..... The best staff i have interacted with.....so helpful they made my dream honeymoon come true.......given a chance i would definately want to visit them netime..... Thr is nothin which i dint like about this hotel |

Relaxing, spacious, clean, quiet, accessible and delightfully designed. The staff were very helpful, gracious and efficient. Shuttles were generally available and if not a taxi was called. I stayed a week and it was not long enough. We will come back. The locking system to each villa was cumbersome. The flimsy latch was held together with a heavy padlock but did not give a feeling of security. |

Quite a spacious villa for 2 person, the private pool is awesome. The location is only 5 minutes away by car from the busy road seminyak where all the good restaurants are. The thing is I found this villa exactly the ame as the photos, clean, modern and quiet. The living room floor is very slippery if we get out of the pool. So it's not very suitable. |

The Staff was always helpful, and friendly. I would just say be patience when ordering room service. Its obvious English is not their first language, but that does take away from the hotel, or the great staff. I have stayed in hotels all over the world, and I have never come across such a friendly and caring people. |

We recently enjoyed our honeymoon at The Wolas Villas and it was everything we asked for. The villas are beautifully decorated and presented and contain everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. The outdoor living area and pool were fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the service was outstanding. The Villas are only a short walk from the main hub of Seminyak or they also offer a shuttle service every hour. We would definately recommend The Wolas and look forward to staying there again. |

Un complejo de villas espaciosas y comfortables aunque algo alejadas del centro de Seminyak y de la playa. Buena relación calidad precio sobre todo por el espacio. El servicio es voluntarioso aunque algo limitado. Quien busque servicio 5* preferirá un hotel convencional, pero si buscad espacio y privacidad esta es una buena opción. La localización, el restaurante tampoco era destacable. |

Die Villa wahr sehr gemütlich und für mich zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Es ist sehr schön und Komfortabel eingerichtet. Ich würde dieses Resort jedem weiter empfehlen es ist etwas besonderes. |
