1. The Location which is right at the beachside with beautiful scene facing the sea and the mountain, 2. The size of the Elty Hotels, the surroundings and its facilities 3. The friendliness of the staffs 4. Free Mini Bar, welcome drink and Fruit baskets 1. Hotel Room is too plain and simple, and worse the TV provided in room is too small ( CRT TV 21") with very bad signal reception, so we decided to move to Villa which is more homey and interesting. 2. The Beach can not be swum, especially by Children, because too much Rocks scattered all over the beach and too much wild seaweed in the sea that make it looks defintely dirty ... If the Beach is just clean from seaweed, and there is no Rocks all over the place, Elty would be just Perfect ! 3. Swimming Pool is too shallow, not conevenient for grown-ups. 4. They do not always ready with the menu listed on the Menu List. We ordered dishes which is definitely listed on the Room_service menu List, but turned out not available.

2jempol untuk pemandangan di elty siang hari kita bisa menikmati pemandangan laut dikelilingi gunung,snokling melihat ikan di sekitar terumbu karang,atau bermain kano,banana boat. saat bermain kita ditemani pak saipul yg melayani tanpa basa basi dan melayani dengan hati. malam hari kita bisa dinner romantis dan jalan2 di dermaga.bermain bilyard dan DLL. salut untuk GRAND ELTY tolong tingkatkan pelayanan dengan HATI... Kami pasti kembali...!!!!!! pelayananan yg kurang memuaskan dari karyawan hotel misalnya: 1.salahnya menempatkan tamu,reservasi beda ruangan yg dikasih beda.kta reservasi minta vila eksekutif tpi dikasih vila biasa kesokan hrinya kta minta pindah dan lagi2 tdak ada yg meminta maaf atas ketidak nyamanan ini. 2.untuk mendapatkan welcome drink kta harus menunggu lama padahal kta chekinn jm 10 mlam krena lama kmi masuk kmr tnpa welcome drink dan tnpa permintaan maaf dri semua staff dan karyawan cafe.ketika ditanya merka jwab tunggu aja bu..!!!tanpa kata maaf seolah2 kta nunggu jatah sembako.. 3.terlalu mengatur tamu,kala sarapan kta tdak bisa memilih meja yg kta inginkan. 4.kurangnya karyawan,ketika kta k dragstore kta hrus menunggu lama untuk petugas stlah lama menunggu barang yg katanya ada ternyata tdak ada. satu2nya yg menhibur kami adalah bagian rental alat yaitu pak saipul beliau memberikan pelayanan yg dri hati menurut saya tanpa basabasi bahkan beliau menemani kami snokling,beliau pantas jdi karyawan teladan di grand elty. saran kami engk perlu kata2 manis tpi hnya lipsing doank contohlah pak saipul walo karyawan di tempat tdak srategis tpi beliau melayani dengan hati. terimakasih.... Kompleksnya bagus dan terawat, jauh dari keramaian. - Layanan makanan kurang bagus. Makan pagi kurang dimonitor sehingga pada saat makanan habis, tidak langsung ditambahkan dan harus menunggu cukup lama. Pemesanan ala carte juga lama sekali pelayanannya.
