The villa with one bedroom and private pool was great. The place was clean and private. The massage at their spa was also very good and great value for money.

The bed could have been more comfortable..a little harder than I like it.

One of the staff, Hendra, was excellent in providing his help to us. Other staff were very friendly as well. Having breakfast delivered to our Villa every morning was a luxurious feeling.

The food was passable, but the drinks weren't that great. Only the Bali coffee was nice, but as I am not a Coffee drinker, it wasn't for me. It was a slight distance away from the beach (15 min walk), which made travelling to the Beach quite laborious.

The staff were always friendly, helpful and thoughtful. We had a late flight to catch but we were able to store our luggage safely as well as use the spa toilet facilities to freshen up before catching our flight. This was very useful considering the hot weather made us quite sweaty and it was nice to feel fresh and clean for our flight.

This was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. The private villa design was elegant and understated, with lots of thoughtful touches. Unlike some big resorts, it felt very personal and effortlessly luxurious. Staff were attentive but not obtrusive. Nice touches like a complimentary 15 massage for all guests and good in-room magazines. Great little art gallery in the same complex too. Very highly recommended!

The private pool was the only plus point.

The place was not kept well. The common pool was horrible. Reception had only one staff, and check in process was delayed. The location is off the main street and had very poor security. No restaurant or cafe. Breakfast food was below average, and we didn't get our selection.

The staff are adorable, they were so beautiful with our 3 year old son. The room service was quick and tasty, breakfast is included in the overall price of your stay and is really nice, the private pool and lounge chairs are sensational and the bed was super comfy! Loved the books in reception you can borrow as well.

The spacious bathroom was a treat. We also really enjoyed the private swimming pool and outdoor area.

Would have like access to gym facilities.

In the villa they dont provide any plates or knives or dishes or range of glasses. They will provide ice and these things on request. Food and breakfast very basic. Eat at the restaurants around the area.

Excellent location for the town of Seminyak. Luxury self contained villa with own swimming pool.Breakfast served in your villa. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable airport transfer.

We absolutely loved our stay at uma sapna. We stayed in the executive pool villa - the villa was modern and clean. The service was fantastic, from the helpful people in reception who answered all our questions to the people who cleaned our room, brought us food and maintained the grounds. Short walk to the main strip in seminyak. Would definitely return.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Booked tour through them and Nyoman was great although would not go to their recommended restaurant in Jimbaran -overpriced and not great food

Bed a bit hard and street difficult at night to walk to eatery strip

Great location, facilities, staff and competitive pricing.Privacy is assured. The staff really were excellent and went out of their way to assist us to have a great stay.

Sometimes slightly inconsistent quality of cooked breakfasts (dependant on chef on duty) and bedding turn-down in evening but these were minor in the overall sheme of things. Just suggestions for improvement.

Close to all the good restaurants and quite location

Lovely villa close to all the hustle and bustle of Seminyak.

一切都很完美。舒适的房间，不错的设计，适中的价格，热情的服务。酒店地处主街道后面的安静街区，位置闹中- 取静。酒店离沙滩有一定距离，但如果喜欢逛小店，享受私家泳池的话，这里是完美选择。可以享受一下UMA SAPNA的Spa（可在房间里做），是我们在巴厘岛做过的。spa里手法最好的。

Superb service, Exceptionally friendly hotel staff. One bedroom with spa was gorgeous. Well located right off of the main eat street with stunning restaurants, lots of shopping and 10-15 min walk from the beach and KuDeTa. Highly recommended!!

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is without peer. The location is quiet and peaceful and close to all the nice restaurants. It is not too far for a walk to the beach and navigation around the streets is relatively easy once you realise motor bikes are everywhere.
