Overlooking Tjampuhan Valley, Uma Ubud provides free scheduled area shuttles, free guided morning walks and free scheduled yoga classes with a yoga master. The staff are most friendly, polite and courteous. This is the single most important element that makes this hotel stand out among similarly priced hotels. The yoga pavilion and the spa are also excellent facilities. Only a limited number of villas have expansive views.

Impeccably designed in a tasteful,minimalist Asian fusion Not too big,so always room for guests in lounge, poolside and Restaurant One of the most innovative, healthy breakfasts you could find....no request on any variations was ever a problem All the staff know your name from the first day, and are friendly and curious without being invasive Management needs to be congratulated on superlative training The big noisy group who arrived and killed the ambience

The staff were wonderful. We travelled with a baby and they looked after him like he was there own, giving us time to enjoy our meals etc. He loved them too. A lovely peaceful and calming place. Recommended!

Der herzliche, respektvolle und persönliche Umgang des Personals mit den Hotelgästen ist besonders gut. In Sachen Serviceleistungen wardasPersonal zudem sehr kompetent - Sie erfüllten all unsere Wünsche! Das Essen war hervorragend und die Preise angemessen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. nein, es gibt nichts!
