Spacious rooms

Cleanliness was not great. Breakfast was horrible. Tired hotel interiors. Non existent spa. Lot of mosquitoes in the room with no or little help from the staff to deal with them. Stay out of this hotel and there are number of hotels better in value.

Its was a quiet hotel..not sure if it was bcos it wasnt fully booked bt the quietness was great..

The fact that to go to the hotel the journey in from the main road was narrow and pretty far

The hotel staff were very nice and the pool area clean and well maintained. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the rooftop restaurant was great.

The rooms need painting, the linen attrocious the pool towels were threadbare and had holes in them. The bathtowels were grey and thin and not absorbent.The bed linen stained and torn. The rooms were clean and tidy but ours had a musty smell coming from the bathrooms.The alcohol content in the mixed drinks was negligable.

Hotel is located to very peaceful place, so can recommend to families with children.

While we were in Bali, I ended up being very sick. The staff were very helpful and nice and called the doctor for me in the middle of the night. They called the room a few times the following day to see how I was feeling and if I needed anything. Cannot say enough for the staff!

The breakfast wasn't great, we didn't eat dinner any night so I can't comment.

Room quiet and clean. 2 bedroom unit so plenty of room. Poolside service good.

American breakfast cold every day. Noise from 2 renovation/repair projects spoiled enjoyment of the pool area.

The pool was very nice. Lounge was also cozy and comfortable.

They have a WiFi system that gives you Wifi coupons that is valid for only 3 hours. Some of the coupons I tried were invalid, hence the hassle of going back to the front desk asking for new ones. Wish they would just use the normal system where they have one username and password for all, and unlimited usage. The room service is pretty slow. We kept calling the staff to replenish the sugar sachets, but they did not. Their breakfast was also rudimentary. And since the breakfast is at the rooftop terrace, when it rains, there is not enough space for the guests to be seated, and when the sun is shining, it gets really hot. I hope they will do something about this.

Very good accommodation, friendly staff, Internet for free, restaurant, pool and shuttle service to town. Food from the restaurant was good.

Although we appreciated the shuttle service we would have preferred to walk to places which wasn't really possible. Not close to a beach.

The place is very clean and comfortable. We have same impression when we saw the hotel's pictures in the website and the actual when we lived there, so we are really satisfied.It's very recommended hotel when you stay in Bali.

Additional flexible shower in the bath room will make it more perfect. Currently there is only a fixed shower on the ceiling.

friendly staff & helpful. pool was great. restaurant was fair. the 3 bedroom suite was ideal for our purpose. air conditioning was quiet and efficient. the gym & sauna were great

the kitchen bench top had water markings-a good kitchen spray would solve this. the towels had seen better days- every towel. the bed sheet had the odd stain.

The hotel's location just around 10mins from Seminyak town. It is very convenience for the hotel guest who like to go for shopping or dining. We stayed at the 3 bedrooms superior appartment, the rooms are very clean. There is a balcony beside the dining where u can enjoy the swimming pool view. We have our breakfast at the roof top restaurant which is very nice, and the food are nice as well.

Although the hotel is near to the town, but if the hotel can provide free shuttle transport service would be better. The bathroom does not have a window so it does not have any natural lighting but it has exhaust fan for ventilation. The lighting in the bathroom should change to warm white instead of cool white. There is no bathtub but only shower in the bathroom.

Staff were great, although not as friendly as other resorts we stayed. Room was clean and comfortable. Service and quality of Roof Top Restaurant were fantastic.

Didn't really like the way they handled a query/concern regarding the charge of overseas calls - was just brushed off and told to complete a customer feedback/suggestion survey. Just be aware that their overseas calls are charged some four time more than anywhere else we stayed in Bali!!!

The location for me personally,who is looking for place that not middle in the crowd of Seminyak,but in 5 to 10 minutes drive to the famous restaurants and bars.

for the poolside room its to noisy from the pool guests.

It was worth every money paid for. Like the roof top open restaurant. Clean and cozy, suitable for families as well.

It was a wonderful stay throughout. Special thanks to Suci Aryani from Reservations for making the stay even more memorable. It couldn't have been better. Absolutely nothing

This is a really comfortable stay for my friends and I. We like the common living room and the kitchenette here. It feels like being at home and everything is really clean. The staff are real friendly and helpful. It is also near to the seminyak centre and taxi is less than 20,000 rp.

they upgraded us from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom suite when we checked in. The room is really spacious. There are no essential kitchen equipment available for cooking. Only cutlery & few plates were given. But you can ask from the counter. They will deliver to your room quickly.

The only thing to complain about is the cleanliness of the bathroom. can see black stain on the edge of the bath tub, as well as sewage smell after shower. Bed is less comfortable. Other than this, everything is ok with this value.

We were very pleased about our stay in Umalas Hotel & Residence. The staff was supportive and the room very clean. Enough facilities and a great breakfast with lots of choices.

The only bad thing about this hotel is the location. You need to take a cab or the free shuttle service of the hotel to go downtown.

Very friendly and warmed welcome staff.quiet place to stay , very relaxing good for honeymoon or family..I definitely be back with my whole family on my next vacay.

Quality of bed is good, design of room is chic and modern. swimming pool is nice too. kopi langit restaurant offers quite reasonable good quality food. but not so fantastic as for complimentary breakfast.

abit out of main road. if you are not the type that enjoy walking under hot sun, it's not a good choice, though they provide shuttle, but only 3 times in the afternoon, not very helpful.

3 small points... 1. My bath saluran air lagi tersumbat. Tapi habis dilaporkan, staf Umalas perbaiki cepat sekali. 2. Shower fittings did not really work (kept falling off). 3. Please improve the coffee at breakfast - it's too weak, no taste..
