Fasilitas tempat tidur dan TV cukup bagus.

Kamar mandi kotor, ada cacing di sela2 lantai, so terrible. Pintu kamar mandi tidak bisa ditutup. Sangat mengecewakan.

Lobby hui - Zimmer pfui! Unmögliches Zimmer. Badezimmer hat nur bis auf Kopfhöhe einen Lappen kennen gelernt. Fließen am Kopfhöhe bis Decke sehr verdreckt. unterhalb Kopfhöhe und Boden werden scheinbar nicht nach jedem Besucher gewischt. Viele Haare von letzten Gast, sowie sonstiger Dreck auf Boden, Waschbecken, Dusche... Betten: Unmöglich. Betwäsche scheinbar seit Wochen nicht gewechselt. Kopfbezug war dreck-grau (nicht einfach verwaschen). Stank nach Dreck. Deckenbezug: Gab es nicht. Es war lediglich das Steppbett, welches ebenfalls sehr sehr dreckig und muffig war. Das Lacken hatte sehr viele rote, orangene, schwarze flecken. Man kann nun mutmaßen welchen Ursprung diese Flecken hatten. Wenn wir nicht nur eine kurze Nacht dort gewesen wären, hätten wir direkt wieder ausgecheckt. So blieben wir bis 2Uhr und ließen uns zum Airport fahren. Das gerufene Taxi erwies sich als Abzocke. Das Hotel ist auch hier nicht interessiert, den Gästen einen Grund zu geben wieder zu kommen. Als wir in Australien waren, war im vergleich des schlechteste Hostel noch ein Sternehotel. Wir sind keine Luxusverantiker, wussten, dass es sich um ein Low-Budget handelte, aber hätte selbst das nicht erwartet. Dieses Hotel kann für keinen westlichen Touri empfohlen werden, auch keinen Bagpacker!

I only chose this hotel because it is close to the airport for an early departure.

The cleanliness was poor, the hotel staff are asking for personal information all the time, which can be annoying and they did not even have the taxi I asked for ready - the guy in the morning did not even know about the request.

nothing really. well it was clean. breakfast was ok but have seen much better for that price

shower cold, staff is unfriendly and unorganized, wifi speed is a joke, no shops or restaurants around, building and interior in a terrible shape, not worth the money

Room's cleanliness was average. Small variety at restaurant and for breakfast buffet. Expensive menu at restaurant and room service. Booked for 2 nights but checked out after the 1st night.

Very closed to the airport. Hotel staff are very friendly.

Some staff want to know what you do by asking personal questions like "what are you from", "what are you doing in Surabaya", "where do you work", etc.
