Old Balinese style Food was very average. Very hard to walk on the streets outside due to open drains and traffic. Seminyak beach dirty and dangerous for swimming

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Sheets and towels were changed on a daily basis. Great pool. Food was good. Staff were very friendly and polite. The gym could be improved. The hotel appears a little old but still comfortable and clean.

The staff are so arogan, They only run 30% occupancy, and asked for late check-out but they wont let it go unless you pay 50% of publish rate! If you dont want to pay, you can stay anywhere else! that what the receptions told us.

Great pool, food was great and awesome buffet breakfasts. Booking a pool view room should mean u get a pool view room. Having to ask for what we booked for and swap rooms was annoying but it was fixed.

We loved the staff. They were fantastic, kind, friendly...They were always smiling and helping you in everything you need. They also were always playing with our 1 year old daughter who also loved them. We took our plane back to Australia at 10.30 pm and they let us to have a shower in one free room. So we were able to spend there the last day. I can´t find anything I didn´t like

The pool was very good as were the gardens, staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good -- close to the beach and a lot of nice restaurants without the chaos of Kuta/Legian area. We were without water for almost a full day while there (a hazard in Indonesia I know) and the price quoted on a car was a lot more expensive that we got from outside the hotel.

We like the location of the hotel Villa Lumbung that is so close to the city and the garden is beautiful. Room really need to upgrade, not very well maintain. Air conditioning not cool in hot weather.

Location - easy reach of Seminyak shops and beaches and clubs( walking distance to Potato Head); excellent pools; general lay-out of resort; friendly and accommodating staff Rooms could do with a make-over - especially the bathrooms which are tired and dated and are a drag on what is otherwise a great good value resort.

Great staff!!, good quality hotel with all required facilities for the right price, we will definately consider to stay here again if in Seminyak. A bit further off from the centre, but a taxi gets you there in less than 5 min for a dollar.

The grounds were beautiful. Nice water gardens, great pool, and nice landscaping. Breakfast was good including the coffee. Staff were friendly and professional. If you plan on hanging out by the pool all day, then this might be a good option. The hotel felt a bit overpriced. The staff and the grounds were 5 star quality, but the room was more like a 3 star, and included mosquitos and an out of date bathroom. After two nights I moved to a simpler place just down the street that cost half the price, was only a little less nice, but it had a garden bath, which Lumbung did not. Really, at Lumbung, you are paying for the beautiful pool to hang out at. By the time I arrived, they had given out all of the rooms with double beds, so I was forced to take a room with twin beds. I'm a very tall man and haven't slept on a twin since grade school, I certainly don't expect to have to sleep on one at a "resort." Just glad I was alone and not there on a romantic holiday, or I really would have been upset!

Quiet tranquil surroundings. Ideal for a holiday. Nothing except the bath was very high off the ground so difficult to step into and out of it. The shower fitting was abit shabby and needed replacing. There is no airport shuttle which was abit unfortunate as we landed in the evening and were abit unsure of many things such as taxi fare, distance from hotel etc.
