Villa Aya    

The great location, spaciousness of the villa, private pool, and attentiveness of staff.

The villa could have done with better lighting, as it was almost pitch-black at night. The pool area was too dim for night swimming. The villa needs more maintenance or some sprucing up.

Location was perfect, 1 min to the central stree. Very nice pool and bathroom.

Old villas and furniture inside. Staff was unattentive, we had to carry our luggage by ourselves.

The villas are very spacious and private. All villas have their own pool in a lovely garden setting. The location of the villas is perfect as it is situated in the heart of the shopping and restaurant area.

Location close to amenities in one of the busiest & trendies road in Seminyak area yet quite place for a good night sleep. The traditional Balinese style that hard to find this day & everything about them is spaciousness, so if you love the old Bali this villa is the place. Private parking in front of the villa. Definitely will be back again.

No good lights for reading at night, even the pool & surrounding was very dark after the sunset which is a pity. We were happy during our stay but the proper lights would be perfect. Not enough kitchen's equipment. Breakfast served cold.

Staff were excellent helpful and courteous, always willing to help. Lots of space and nice concept. Balinese stylling.

Somewhat run down. The airconditioners are not working efficiently and cooling properly. Some rooms do not cool.

The location is so perfect near to everything. i travel with small child and my child got sick at 4 am and the 24 hours clinic just in front of the villa.

There is no 24 hours reception. We stayed for 4 nights and had same breakfast everyday.

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff

Kitchen is dirty. Alot of insects and mosquitoes.

Villa Aya is one of the most amazing places in the world, it's not over the top with all the frills you get at most resorts but the beauty of the villas, the friendliness of the staff, amazing location and absolute serenity made it beyond excellent. We have already booked again through the hotel, and will never stay anywhere else! The street it is located on has some of the best restaurants in Asia and is only approx 150mtrs from seminyak square, making it perfect walking distance to basically anything in seminyak including potato head and ku de ta - two of the best night spots I've ever been.

I didn't want to leave! The breaky wasn't that great but that seems pretty standard across all villas, but with the choice of eating it was a very minor detail, and if you request something they will go above and beyond to help if they can.

Close to the beach/kudeta and the nice boutiques & restaurants.

1. AC did not work properly, not cool. 2. There were some bugs and ants at the bathroom. 3. Electricity outlets were halfway unplugged from the wall, very dangerous if there are children around.

The staff were very friendly, and happy to help with booking additional tours etc. The rooms were maintained & cleaned to a very high standard.

not enough cooking equiptment, breakfast often cold when delivered, not enough choice, would have been better to have a choice of cooking your own breakfast

My friends and I stay in this villa for 4 nights and it was totally a remarkable experience!! The location was superb as many of the food and shopping outlets were just outside our villa and it is very near Seminyak Square. But I would recommend other people to rent a bike if they want to go places like Jalan Legian, Jalan Poppies 1 & 2, Kuta Beach, Seminyak Beach as taxi fares would cost around 40-60000 RP per trip wherelse renting a bike would cost only 40-50000 RP per day. The villa is amazingly clean including the pool. Room service is done everyday and breakfast was served at our villa. The breakfast was not great but fine.

Before the trip I've made a confirmation with Booking.com about my airport transfer but once i reached at the airport no driver from the Villa came and picked us up. It was so frustrating as I thought the pickup was already confirm as i even got an email from booking.com saying the pickup is confirmed. In the end i had to take my own transport with cost me $30 USD rather than $17 USD which Booking.com told me. Other than that, some lights were not working at the villa but the staff managed to rectify it immeditely and at night it maybe a little dark as the lighting inside the villa is not that bright. There is a lot of mosquitoes but we bought some mosquitoes coils nearby and it solve the problem. It would be nice if the Villa provide us with the coils. It will also be better if there are some carpets place inside the villa and some renovations should be done to make the place more welcoming and also change the furnitures to a more modern one.

Size of villas especially the bathroom,location,location,location, staff beautiful friendly people,every possible requirement for shopping,medical,eating,designer ware,markets,entertainment at your door.Peaceful quiet property. No shiny bling but very happy with stay. Breakfast very satisfying and changeable .loved the new big fluffy towels and extras in bathroom,very good complimentary items in bathrooms.

Bed fairly firm but can't make everyone happy I suppose. Spa bath not working not much to complain about .

Villa Aya was perfect accomodation for our family - 2 adults 15yr-13yr-10yr kids, the kids shared a villa to themselves and were very happy to have their own space a pools distance from their parents. The villa's are spacious and clean, at all times we felt safe and secure within the very solid walls of our "very private" villa. It was so quite, we could hardly hear outside noise or people in other villa's. The staff are very friendly and pleasant and there is a security guard at the main entrance. The pictures on the website dont do this place justice, we couldnt beleive we had this whole area of two seperate villa's, outdoor kitchen and swimming pool all to ourselves, each villa has a huge bed, seperate dressing room area with plenty of cupboard space & a safe, a bathroom with toilet, shower a beautiful big stone bath and a outdoor shower, just beautiful & traditonal Bali style.They cooked us a lovely breakfast each day, cooking our eggs what ever way we liked, fresh fruit and pasteries tea, coffee & juice. They organised transport to & from the airport for US17 which is reasonable. They cleaned the room daily, fresh towells, bathroom & pool and left bottled water also. We would definately stay here again and recommend to family & friends. Thankyou again to all the lovely staff at Villa Aya.

We had the best stay here. The rooms are huge with beautiful facilities that catered for our teenages. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had our own pool and breakfast was served to our outdoor cabana area each day. Very relaxing and central to Seminyak Square. Would highly reccommend a holiday here.

Hi I thought Villa Aya was lovely, it just needs a big of TLC. The staff where fabulous very helpfull. The kitchen very ordinary but who needs a kitchen on holidays. You basically got what you paid for which is fine very affordable holiday.

It would have been better if the staff had more insect repellants around.

Lovely large private villa's with large swimming pool, friendly staff, if you want to stay in Seminyak it is a great location, near shops and restaurants.

Хорошая просторная вилла с отличной кроватью, хороших размеров бассейном. Бассейна хватает по длине и глубине нырнуть и вынырнуть, проплыв под водой. Ухоженая территория. Вообще приятное и уютное место. Персонал выполняет просьбы, по мере поступления просьб, лишний раз никто не пошевелится... Оплату сняли сразу при заказе, без отмены бронирования, депозит не брали и не блокировали на карте. Постель, полотенца, воду и т.п. меняют каждый день. Бассейн и территорию убирают каждый день, только пнуть нужно бассейнщика. Громко в бассейн падает струя водопада, но лечится вилкой и камушком, струя разбивается на более мелкие. В телевизоре был Первый и Россия каналы, но после грозы исчезли, персонал так и не настроил обратно. Если собираетесь ездить на мопеде, ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО берите права и надевайте шлем! Иначе постоянные разборки с полисменами, на главных дорогах их на каждом углу...Недорого, но время и настроение попортите. Завтраки приходят готовить на кухню в то время, которое пожелаеш, делается это громко и быстро. Ну просто завтрак.

Через букинг заказали трансфер, потом изменили время прилета и два раза уведомляли через почту на сайте виллы, в итоге, прилетели, никто не встречал...Обратный трансфер был, бесплатный. Так как расчитывали готовить сами, думали, с посудой все в порядке, однако не так: набор тарелок на двоих, кривые вилки, десертные тупые ножи, две малюсенькие сковородки, убитые напрочь...Плитка газовая, времен гражданской войны, работала через раз. Интернет ходит пешком, постоянно вылетает, на скайпе с видео общаться невозможно...Ну, как и везде на островах.. На вилле давно пора сделать ремонт, обновить технику на кухне, вкрутить все лампочки, покрасить и починить кровать, чтобы не срипела.

Très belle piscine privée, proche d'une rue très vivante avec de nombreux restaurants. Personnel aimable et disponible.
