The hotel had a nice resort feel, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. It is not smack in the middle of the main tourist hangouts, so if you are looking for a quiet getaway, this villa could be the place for you. Breakfast was the same throughout the stay, save for 1 dish that does change occasionally. The rather 'unattractive' surroundings around the hotel itself does somewhat bring down the overall points I'd give the place. |

The staff were friendly and the hotel was kept in excellent condition, very clean. It was in a great location, close to shops and the beach only a 10minute walk, yet still had quite a relaxed feel. |

From arrival to departure we were attended to impecably, the staff were very helpful and always smiling and friendly the shower heads are positioned a little too low down for tall people and the bath/shower didint have a shower curtain, so from a water conservation point of view i would reccommend a curtain and the shower head to be raised |

well, the hotel is really nice, the staff was really friendly and they help you for everything. Swimming pool is located to recive sun till the sunset and u feel really protect. Actually the bathroom need to recive an upgrade, not much, but some for sure. Small stuffs like use the toilette paper to blow the nose or other small stuffs that could get it really better. Location... it's little bit out of everything, but actually we knew when we booked. |

Nice access to swimming pool from my room 1.Holder for shower so its possible to stand up without holding it. 2.Dont calculate wrong price for phone call- it looks like you try to cheat - better if you specify on a paper minutes and price per minute not just final price when you make it 3 times higher. 3. Even though not big, it's a relaxing place with nice ervice. We received enough attention and care when stayed there. Our room was big, bright, clean and well serviced. the staff at reception were nice and helped us make a few phone calls for free. a bit far away from the beach and everything. It took us 20 munites to walk to Kuta beach for dinner at the first night. The local taxis will raise their price when it gets late. We had to hire our own vehicle to save time and money. |

The ambiebce is nice and relaxing, the room abd bathroom spacious. The location is in quite street but walking distance to shops and restaurants. The pool area is beautiful especially at night time. Tke linen and towel is in poor quality, they should choose better one for the price and other amenities in the hotel. |
