The room layout & size.

Access to the villa itself. Only small cars could pass through the small Alley (gang Melati) where the villa is actually located. Villas are not by the main residential road.

No stand for hanging wet clothes :(

Eine Oase im Center von Yogyakarta mit eigenem Pool und Privatem Garten, wirklich schön.

Prive zwembad, lekkere tuin, lekker ontbijt, heerlijk rustig, ondanks dat je dichtbij het centrum zit. Het huis is gebouwd in koloniale stijl, met veel sfeer. Een goede manager met zijn personeel die alles voor je willen regelen.

Ontbijt was beperkt

Location which is within walking distance to the best restaurant in Yogyakarta_ Zando and we had some great deals dining at the restaurant throughout our stay.

The villa is less than a 3 star rating which came as a surprise. The advertisement certainly does not match what we encountered and one of the rooms was too tiny for one adult and we had to threaten to move to another hotel before the owner would install an airconditioner in the room. It was a nuisance to have to pay in cash only which we were not informed prior.

Een prachtige plek midden in de stad, zeer stijlvolle inrichting van het ruime huis met een heerlijke porch en tuim met zwembad.

Diamond & Silver villa were nicely laid out and large. Aircon was great to keep out the mosquitoes especially at night. Staff were very efficient and helpful (but remain in-conspicious) at all the time.

Concrete king bed at Silver villa feels funny to sleep in. Diamond villa has only one large bathroom with a drawn curtain, not quite great for privacy for 4 persons to stay. However, contrary to advice provided at time of reservation, Silver and Diamond were not connected by a doorway but a short walk through 2 doors.

The staffs at Pondok Terra were friendly, helpful and attentive. They provided great services accompanied with lots of smiles and warmth. It was indeed a good experience staying in the villa. We enjoyed our stay.

Nothing in particular except for the driver who took us out on a full day trip who seems very unfamiliar with the routes and attractions. He seems to be taking wrong directions on a couple of occassions during the day and we were in the car for practically the whole day!. Upon my return to the villa, I understood from staffs that the driver assigned to take us out was an alternative to the main driver who had personal commitment to attend to during my trip.

Une piscine privée séparée pour chaque villa, avec mur d'enceinte pour chaque villa: intimité assurée; cuisine équipée; grande douche 2 places; très grand lit dans la chambre principale; personnel très aimable et prêt à rendre service.

Salle de bain: pas de porte (seulement un rideau), pas de séparation murée avec la chambre principale, donc tous les sons de la sdb s'entendent dans la chambre. Certaines lumières défectueuses dans le jardin et la piscine.
