Big bamboo structure not good looking. Not much space in the garden No isolation between rooms

Nice vibe, relaxed and healthy place. Very friendly staff and owner and the yoga classe every morning are a plus!

The food in the warring is good but the portion could be bigger.

Bathroom a bit dodgy, especially rusty old gas bottle. Having to pay for use of computers.

Rent a scooter in the hotel to move around. Good for yoga and relaxing. Nice breakfast.

The nearby beach is very polluted.

it is a very good accommodation at a reasonable price. In particular speaking of facilities and of the food! It is really close to the beach and away from Kuta's chaos!! Absolutely recommended.

Wifi connection not always very performing.

The staff here are nice,and they clean the room everyday. Also it's safety, I could put my stuff in my room without worries. And there's a great swimming pool, though I didn't use it, but it really looks great. Also near the beach, it's convenient.

Most things are good, but I hope it could set the windows to avoid the annoying mosquitos, they bothered me every night. And I hope they could provide the stable hot water, and the hair dryer,that would be sweet.

Food, eco-friendly, atmosphere, calm area

Villa Serenity is a beautiful Eco friendly Hotel on the beach with great customers services and good Infrastructure! You will be able to have different kind of Yoga lessons every day teached by great instructors with international background! Villa Serenity has a Spa where they provide different kind of massage with a great value for the money ... In terms of Food and Beverage they use fresh seasonal local products and they are able to bring the most tasteful meals to your table! This place is very relaxing and a super price for what facilities there are. The Yoga studio was a lovely addition and a wonderful way to start the day, only 50k idr for a 1.5 hour session. The room I had was "Freedom" which had a big double bed, nice size bathroom and a terrace. It's all quite open and so you hear the wildlife and some mozzies etc can get in but there is a net over the bed so it's fine! The pool is lovely and a nice cool down in the Balinese heat! There are lots of masseuse on site as well who do a good massage for a good price. I would surely stay here again!

The water and electricity doesn't work all day so if you absolutely need it, you just need to ask them to connect your room.

Le bruit infernal le matin dans la chambre "yang" car les femmes de ménage remplissent les seaux d'eau juste derrière votre fenêtre et papote pas mal

beaucoup aimé le cadre, l'ambiance de l'hotel et des chambres, la piscine, le restaurant, et surtout le personnel des cuisines, adorables !

Великолепное место: спокойно, комфортно, красиво, вкусно. Идеальное место для релаксации. Есть комнаты для занятий йогой и медитирования. Предоставляют в аренду серфы, мопеды, машины. Организовывают различные туры. Очень милый персонал.

Hotel vetuste , tres sale , ne correspond pas du tout a la description et aux commentaires !! Veuillez faire verifier l etat de cet hotel , car c est une publicite mensongere , depuis 7 ans que nous venons a bali, nous n avons jamais vu aussi crasseux, meme dans des hotels moins chers . Bien sur, nous y sommes restes qu une nuit .

L accueuil ,le prix , la proprete

Calme, détente, piscine, originalité, architecture, possibilité de yoga, massages extraordinaires: revitalisants après un long voyage. Restaurant de qualité, pas cher. Bon petit-dej. Le patron est Français et sympa, ça aide.

Les chambres ne sont pas très insonorisées mais c'est aussi le pays qui veut ça, de plus les clients sont calmes.

Calme, typique, souci de l'environnement, du recyclage ...

The staff are nice and helpful and the location is close to the beach. The pool is nice.

The room quality was terrible. There was a single mattress on the floor (no box springs or bed frame). The room ("Japan") was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen anywhere in the world. Maybe other rooms are bigger. The smallish mattress barely fit inside the room. We could not open a small carry-on suitcase or backpack in the room unless we put it on the mattress because there were literally only 18 inches of clearance between the bed and the wall (on 3/4 sides - on the fourth side it was flush with the wall). You could not pass another (skinny) person in the room. One person would have to wait in the corner or get on the floor mattress to allow the other person to pass. A large person would be unable to walk in the room at all. It was extremely uncomfortable (claustrophobic) and nothing like the pictures on the website. The bathroom was filthy with no running water, a bucket to flush the toilet... We actually preferred to use public restrooms in the area as they were higher in quality than the restroom attached to our tiny cell.

It was within comfortable walking distance to the beach, they had a common room, daily yoga classes

You couldn't put toilet paper in the toilet, I heard phones ringing and construction from my room, the electricity went out 5 times in the one evening I was there, the manager wasn't particularly friendly, the 'shower' was just a shower head over the toilet area, the air conditioner wasn't very effective, the ceiling fan was over the mosquito net so you couldn't really feel it.

Ma nuit à l'hôtel Villa Serenity était la pire de mon séjour! Les chambres ressemblent plus à des dortoirs qu'à des chambres individuelles (ma chambre était séparée de celle de mon voisin par un simple mur en bambou), les parties communes sont sales. Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais une gigantesque maison de colocataires où le ménage n'a pas été fait depuis longtemps! La cuisine est tellement mauvaise que je n'ai même pas pris mon petit déjeuner, pourtant compris dans le prix. Quand on arrive dans cet hôtel, une seule obsession; en repartir!!
